With medieval air, Gonzalez Catán is the most unusual recycling city in Argentina and its surroundings, only 30 minutes from the Federal Capital. Through a mystical path, the Twelve Casitas del Bosque are traveled, to transport us magically to a fantastic place. When all this seems incredible we find fountains, lakes, quebracho bridges to cross the islands, docks, a Dutch windmill, a colonial chapel and a locomotive with wagons. The Museum of Railings or Ferroteca is one of the most interesting places where all kinds of wrought iron grills, hanging chandeliers, vitreaux, antique objects and pieces of art are exhibited. It also highlights buildings where the materials used for its construction are the theme such as, for example, the Stone House, the Wood or Stick Museum, the Slag House. You can also visit the Passage of the Owl, the Museum of the Caireles, the Cabildo, the Cascina, the Casa Proa de Barco and hundreds of secret spaces.
