The great pyramid
, Feb 2020
I cannot recommend this tour enough. Not only did we get to see the wonders of Egypt but we did so in the most knowledgeable and best company. The tour guide, Housam, was kind, patient and so well informed that there wasn't a question he didnt know the answer to. If you visit Egypt be sure to take this trip and ask for Housman, you wont regret it
Our guide was Ayman Gabry and he was great and we had a comfortable mini-van to ourselves with an excellent driver. It was our first time in Egypt and Ayman was great about answering all of our questions, taking fun photos of us and providing detailed explanations of what we saw. Ayman filled in for us last second because the agent at Viator mistakenly assigned us to a German speaking tour, but he (the German-speaking tour guide Jack) called Ayman and arranged for us to go with him instead. (Double-check all of your details on the Viator app - we booked 2 trips and we assigned one in English and one in German.) Great value for the price - we highly recommend this tour and guide!

Private Day Tour To Luxor from Cairo by Plane, tours, sailing felucca&camel ride.
, Feb 2020
If you only have a limited time in Cairo, this is a good way (but a long day) to get a tour of the must-see historic sites in the Luxor area (Valley of Kings, Hatshepsut, Karnak and Luxor temples). We modified our itinerary to skip the camel ride and go to Luxor temple instead - do not miss Luxor. Our guide, Ahmed, was very knowledgeable on Egyptian history and was very helpful in accommodating unexpected needs and in changing our lunch menu and itinerary. He also checked on us to make sure we got back to our hotel ok. He and the driver were very nice and we definitely recommend this tour and guide.
Know before you go: A driver will take you from your Cairo hotel to the airport and then you meet your tour guide in Luxor. We were picked up at 2:30am and got back to our hotel about 8:00pm. Bring Egyptian cash - admission fees not included or required tipping - and a working ATM was difficult to find. Eat before you go, there is no breakfast on arrival - but our driver kindly took us to a market to get something. You will stop at a stone carving museum and store with the long sales pitch. If you buy, expect their first offer to be about 3 times higher than you should pay.

Awesome day trip to Pyramids, Sakkara, Memphis, Giza
, Feb 2020
What a fabulous introduction to the Pyramids and history of Egypt. Gerges from Emo Tours was an excellent guide - knowledgeable, polite, professional and relaxed. More importantly he was so passionate about Egyptian history and imparting his knowledge on us. We loved going inside the tomb of the Great Pyramid (well worth the extra 400 EGP) and Sakkara too was really interesting. The oldest pyramid and human made structure in the world deserves to be on your list of things to see, not just the pyramids. Our driver Ahmed was also awesome. Great safe driver and also very professional. 5 stars and More for this trip.

Thanks Heba and her team!
, Feb 2020
Excellent idea! Unique experience thanks to the help of Heba and her guidance. She made a BIG difference and it would definitely have not been the same without her. The cruise offered amazing accommodations and food. They all made trips our relatively short trip to Egypt perfect. We visited every single temple with our amazing tour guide Ahmed who knew every single detail and genuinely wanted us to learn. Great experience! Thanks Heba and Egypt Gifts travel agency!
We were greeted at the airport in Aswan by our tour guide Ahmed who was available to us for the 4 days. We were escorted to the ship where we began our tour .. the crew were friendly, the food was delicious, and accommodation was comfortable. Ahmed was friendly, very very knowledgeable and very helpful with all requests. The tours we took were wonderful and we learned so much of the history.. definitely would recommend this tour
I was travelling with my parents, both 65, so I was careful while booking. I selected this package after going through the reviews on viator (about the trip and Heba).
Heba was constantly in touch and ensured everything was convenient. It is not easy to coordinate to such great detail but Heba was excellent. I also took her help to plan my other excursions in and around Cairo / Giza. She helped us with everything.
Coming to the tour -. Everything turned out to be exactly as mentioned in the "what to expect" section. Sometimes we got delayed due to trains running late and traffic. So we had to shift and juggle the sightseeing, but all got covered.
Our guide was Mohammed. A smiling and energetic personality. had good knowledge and his English was extremely good.
The boat Company (Flash Tours) - this is slightly tricky, I guess the boats are managed by different agency (This package managed by heba is organized by Egypt Gift Tours) The crew looked grumpy, people hardly smiled at us there, except a few young ones at the restaurant. rest .. very very grumpy people, but don;t worry, your interaction with them will be marginal and insignificant. They gave us a room which was at the back end of the ship so was smelling of smoke and was slightly stinky (i read someone else also mentioned in one of the reviews) but the moment I mentioned this to Heba she got it sorted. (In fact I later realized that we were given a different type of room from than what Heba had told me before we checked in. I should have checked and informed her at the beginning)
we were also very happy with the boat itself - Serenity - I guess it was named. I could see that we had balconies and spacious rooms. Most of the boats we crossed during our cruise did not have balconies like ours. So that was super fun.
all in all, a great experience, Aswan, Abu Simbel, Kom Ombo, Edfu, Luxor, all are fabulous places, Egypt was long in my check list and I am glad we got this trip done. The balloon ride was icing on the cake.
many thanks to Heba for helping us with such a nice trip. We will highly recommend this package.

We had a wonderful dinner cruise on the Nile - our tour operator picked us up from the hotel - was on time. The dinner cruise was great - buffet was good, the entertainment was great - the Sufi dancers were mesmerizing, belly dance was ok. The singer was outstanding great value for money spent
The cruise was good, the pick up from hotel was late but in time to make the cruise. The food was a disappointment - very bland food, if you like your food well flavored, you will be disappointment. Dessert selection was good. Entertainment was good
Watch the Cairo skyline light up after dark on a 2-hour dinner cruise of the Nile with two remarkable dance performances. Enjoy the convenience of a private hotel transfer as you travel to the port, then enjoy a sumptuous Egyptian meal on deck. Watch belly dancers and Tannoura performers bring their traditions to life with a mesmerizing blend of twirling skirts and sensuous movements. Very cool, average food, difficult accent
, Jan 2020
Was good to visit all these egypt sites, as it is very interesting. We enjoyed all the site seeing, but our lunch wasn’t nice. I ate the food, but my partner didn’t.
Our tour guide was nice and friendly but his accent made it a bit hard to understand him.
Still recommend to do a tour to visit these places, but maybe organize your own food

I couldn’t have been more pleased with this tour I booked during my layover! As a solo female traveler it is always a bit never racking to venture into big cities like Cairo. My tour guide and driver were excellent, professional, full of knowledge and made me feel incredibly safe the entire time. The sights were breathtaking and completely achievable during a long layover. I would highly suggest this tour to anyone and everyone. So much fun with memories and pictures to last a lifetime!

Cairo : 4-Days Nile Cruise Aswan to Luxor & Sleeper Train rounded trip
From $743.00 (Price varies by group size )
Tour guide is great & worked very hard to have the best tour experience while selection of cruise lines could be better
, Nov 2019
Egypt Best Holiday tour group guide is very customer focused. Especially when the issue arises, they were working very hard to resolve the issue. For example, while our return sleeper ticket needs to be on an early train when the original ticket was for later train for us to catch our flights, Tour guide worked very hard to change the ticket to an earlier train so it gives us ample time for our flights. Tour Guide should get a 5 star -rating while selection of cruise line deserves a 4 star rating as comparing with other cruise lines based on the service like Wi-Fi and quality of cruise facilities.
Sleeper train - not much of a sleeper train, very cramped, loud and noisy. Instead of taking the train the last day we booked a flight from Luxor to Cairo we did not like the train!
Nile Cruise - the customer service was great, bedrooms were very nice, unfortunately our room was near the engines and was extremely loud while the boat was moving, we couldn't be moved because the boat was full. I highly suggest asking to move if you can! Food was mediocre but enough to get by. The pool on top deck was small but just want you needed.
Tours - Most of the entrance fees are extra so be prepared to spend a bit more than what is listed on the price plus tipping. Lots of tipping, everywhere you go they ask for a tip. Try to carry small bills for that reason. The tours are mostly In the early mornings 5-6am and they try to get you back before the boat leaves again around 8-9am. Sometimes you felt a bit rushed due to this factor. All tour guides spoke very good English and very knowledgeable.
Overall, It was a great way to see the country and sailing on the Nile was beautiful. I wish the whole price included the entrance fees, so maybe tack on an extra $200 per person for that maybe even more.
Some of the astounding treasures of Egypt were nicely explored with this fine tour. The Watania night sleeper train really does start the trip on a note of high adventure. River boat Radamis 1 was nicely appointed, very comfortable and well provisioned - well suited for a cruise down the Nile. The staff on board was also very professional and eager to please. At each stop - Aswan, Kom Ombo, Edfu and Luxor there was a modern private car with driver and a personal tour guide. All of the guides were knowledgeable and professional with Michael in Aswan and Hani in Luxor going above and beyond in providing an excellent experience. Just a couple of minor issues detracted from the trip including not knowing who the tour guide was going to be on advance and the compulsory shopping stops. I compliment Peter in constructing an affordable, highly informative and safe individualized adventure without the need for being on a large group tour.
Skip the expense of flying and travel south for a Nile cruise in style. Exploring with a guide in a group capped at just 12 travelers, catch the sleeper train to Aswan, then join a 5-star ship for a full-board cruise. See the signature sights of Aswan, Kom Ombo, Edfu, and Luxor with a guide—please note, entrance fees are not included. Finally, take the sleeper back from Luxor.

Giza Pyramids And Sphinx With Tour Guide Adel Hakem
, Aug 2019
Booked half day guided tour to Giza pyramids and sphinx with EMO tour. Our tour guides name was Adel Hakem who picked us up from the hotel. On route to Pyramids he stopped and bought us cold drinks and juices for the kids which was nice. Adel was very knowledgeable in Egyptian history which my 9 year old loved having just done a project in school. Adel was very patient and helpful gave us enough time to take photos and also took family photos for us. He fulfilled our every request and need which was fantastic as we were only visiting Cairo for the day. One the way back he stopped and bought my kids some fruit which was a very kind gesture.
Thank you Emo Tours and Adel.

Nile Dinner Cruise in Cairo with Belly Dancing and Hotel Transfer
, Feb 2020
The arrangement was very good. We are of family of 8 and we enjoyed the whole programme thoroughly. The belly dance & Tanura was very good. Specially the Tanura Dance. The dancer was the best. All the best to him.
See the Cairo skyline after dark on a Nile River dinner cruise, and watch belly dancers and Tanoura performers take the stage as you enjoy a full buffet dinner. This evening tour includes pickup and drop-off at Cairo hotels, and combines dining, dancing, and music for a classic night on the Nile.
Great guides who provided information about Egypt. Food very good and people nice. Felt safe in this country. Great accommodations in hotel and on boat. Shops we were brought to for jewelry and essential oils were overpriced (rip offs).
Initial communication before the trip was so so. But once in Egypt the communication was better.
The 9 day tour of Egypt that included a visit to the Giza Piramids, Egyptian Museum, Numerous temples including the Valley of the Kings, a 4 day River Nile Cruise was spectacular! This was a fantastic tour. Our guide Ahmed El Sayed in cairo and Sadoon in Luxor were good at sharing their knowledge of the history of Egypt with us. We also able to add a day trip to Alexandria on the last day as our flight was leaving late on that day.

Very good tour, our guide was on time, knowledgeable and helped us with an personal luggage problem. Saqqara and Dashur were spectacular and our guide helped us get inside two different pyramids. Overall a great day.

Our driver and guide were prompt and very friendly! The traffic in Cairo is like nothing I have seen before! So that makes your driver very important. Seeing the pyramids at night is awesome! The show itself i could have done without, very cheesy.

I did a trip to Egypt and I get the tour guide Mohamed for 2 days-tour. He was excellent, attentive, has the knowledge about the history of all places I visited, and explained everything in Portuguese! I was lucky, because I am Brazilian! This tour was amazing, has a lot of walking and lots to see, but worth it.
Thank you Mohamed for this wonderful and memorable experience !
This is such great value for the money!
An excellent tour! Seeying the Great pyramids of Giza, statue Sphinx, Sakkara, Dahshur. Absolutely magnificent.
Next day the egyptian museum and Khan El Khalil Bazaar.. Ayman was a super guide.
he spoke about ancient Egypt with great knowledge.
Answered all my questions.
I was travelling on my own and didnt expect it to be easy but it was. I didnt feel rushed and had time for myself. Actually seeing the Pyramids and the sphinx was a highlight - made all those years of reading about it come to life!
I really appreciated the flexibility Ayman and the company showed so that we could alter the itinerary and pick him up.
This was also an excellent option for solo travellers - safe, reliable, and pick ups, meals etc were all as planned. The professionalism and knowledge of my guide were outstanding and this was a great way to see Egypt!
Well organized and focused guide. Was better than expected. Good value. Very informative! I would never have noticed all the details on our own. Was the best guided tour. Would definitely recommend this tour.

we had a terrific driver and guide - the car was practically new and very comfortable. The hotel/resort, whilst not the one listed in the tour description, was perfectly fine. We only used it to change and shower, spending all our time on the glorious beach. Lots of umbrellas available for shade with lounge chairs (no added cost). The lunch was ok - standard buffet fare.
This was last day of our trip and it was so relaxing before having to fly back to New York on a plane the next day for 11 hours. We had lots of laughs on the way with our tour guide. He offered snorkeling as an optional activity and we were able to rent fins, mask and snorkel for both of us for 120 EGP ($7.50) for the day. We had a very nice day room to use for the day, where we were able to change and take a shower at the end of the day. The snorkeling was amazing and we were able to see colorful fish ranging in size from 2 inches to approximately 16 inches in length. The lunch was good also and I would highly recommend this trip. Our tour leader was Nader.
Ahmed, our tour guide was awesome! He and the driver were very kind, friendly, and a pleasure to be with. He made sure we were good the entire trip. He allowed us time to spend together as a couple and also engaged in good conversation. Thanks!
