Marianna, the cook from Tropea, is the classic lady of the past, a nice mother who keeps the secrets of traditional Calabrian cuisine. In every session we offer we will prepare pasta and pizza. Everyone has tried at least once to make pizza, but the really good one is not easy to make ... we reveal a couple of secret ingredients to add, in addition to the doses, to have a great freshness.About the typical pasta of Tropea - 'fileja and maltagliati' - it will be seasoned for tasting with 2 other exclusive products of the area: the 'dolce' red onion of Tropea IGP (as a vegetarian option) and the n'duja of Spilinga IGP, famous spreadable spicy salami made from pork and Calabrese pepper. All this in a jovial and cheerful atmosphere. Naturally, all accompanied by a good local wine to taste during the activity.
