This private tour completely exceeded our expectations. There were 7 of us in our group. 4 of us had been to Chitzen Itza as part of a group tour. As you can imagine we really had no interest in going back. Were we in for a surprise we were picked up promptly at 7AM and traveled straight to Chitzen Itza. Along the way we taught about a plethora of historical facts including the Mayan calendar and how numbers were displayed. Arriving before all the crowds flood in makes the experience that much better. We visited a local Cenote and then stopped in a town on the way back. This was a fantastic day!! Thank you so much for exceeding our expectations.
Unlike other reviews, this outing includes the driver and a guide once arriving at Tulum. We paid an additional fee for being picked up in Cancun, but it was worth it. We were a party of 5, including a senior citizen for whom we considered while booking the trip. The only thing that would have made this trip better would have been a guide on the van to give a better background of Tulum and its place in Mayan history. The cenote on the way back was not very impressive as we had previously visited the Cenote Silva Maya when returning from Chichen Itza. However, for the price, this was definitely the way to go.
Alberto and Benjamin were great! Our party of 10 (4 adults and 6 kids) had a fabulous time learning about the Maya history and Chichen Itza. The kids age 9-13 were enthralled with all the information that Alberto shared. Then they recommended the cenote and lunch at Selva Maya and it was fabulous. We had a wonderful day and the kids said it was worth the 3 hour drive from Cancun. That alone says it all!

This private day trip lets you customize the itinerary with your guide and choose your own pickup time from the hotel. Entrance fees and a buffet lunch are included, along with beer and soda in a cooler aboard the air-conditioned vehicle. Bonus: swim in Ik Kil or Xcajum cenote.

We loved every minute of our catamaran trip to the sandbar. While the logistic of getting picked up and transported to Puerto Morelos were a bit challenging, once we got there we went immediately to the boat and set sail for the sandbar. The drinks flowed and we had a great time chatting with the other guests. We anchored and spent about an hour swimming and enjoying the water. A box lunch followed and then we sailed back. What a relaxing afternoon. Highly recommended.
This was a great tour. The driver picked us up on time. We arrived at the marina, and check in was quick and easy. There were only 6 of us on the tour, plus the crew. We sailed to the sandbar and had a blast. All in all, it was great
My family thoroughly enjoyed this experience. What a wonderful way to end our vacation in Cancun. The crew was very attentive. Very relaxing to watch the coast line as we headed to the sandbar. Next time we will be sure to include this at least once during our stay.
Board a catamaran and cruise through the clear Caribbean waters of the Puerto Morelos lagoon. Enjoy a drink and take in beautiful views of the coast. Once you arrive at the secret sandbar, hop out for a swim in the warm water or try stand up paddle boarding. Have a delicious lunch and relax in the lounge areas before your return.

The whole evening from the moment we stepped onto the boat until we hugged Sergio the m.c. at the end was absolutely perfect. Couldn't have asked for a better way to celebrate our 40th anniversary.

The experience was spectacular for me and my family. It was our first time to be in a tour with a guide. Ana Lilia or Layla is an excellent tour guide. We will always recommend her expertise in guiding tourist to Chichen Itza, she did an excellent job leading our tour. A special mention for Alex too, our driver who drove us safely to Yucatan and back to Cancun. It was an enjoyable tour and experience. My family (my husband and our daughter) will always recommended Viator and Amigos tour to anyone who wants to see Chichen Itza.
Frank was an amazing tour guide, making our time there extra special. So much history and beauty! I learned a lot, soaked up the sun and beauty, and left feeling inspired. Thanks to Frank and Alfredo (our driver), we had a magical time. Loved it!!!
Discover the ruins at Chichen Itza with a private archaeologist guide on this all-day Viator exclusive tour. Skip the lines and the crowds with early morning access and view parts of the ruins that most traditional tours don't visit. Learn about Mexico's past through your guide's insightful commentary about this UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the New 7 Wonders of the World. A boxed lunch is also included for your convenience.
Fantastic tour. The format was a perfect balance of stops and free time. The sites we visited were incredibly beautiful. Arik was a great and attentive guide. One thing to highlight is that it may be worth adding an option to add-on a fee to cover the non-covered costs like life vests and towels, upfront. That is more representative of an all- inclusive.
Specially designed for those who wish to pamper themselves, giving them quality of personalized service while staying in Cancun, Riviera Maya, Playa del Carmen, Cozumel, so that they do not miss the opportunity to get to know the wonderful Bacalar Lagoon in one day without necessarily having to stay there. The Laguna de Bacalar, one of the beauties of the world, is located in the almost southern tip of the Yucatan Peninsula, in the state of Quintana Roo, Mexico and is within the limits of the area of protection of flora and fauna being as a An ecological reserve.
The Catamaran and the service on the Catamaran was 5 star. The 2 hour drop off at Isla Mujeres was not what I was hoping for. The lunch I would rate 3 star at best. The lunch and Isla Mujeres was a disappointment and caused the rating to drop over all
In my opinion this is the best way to experience a catamaran tour in Cancun. The number of folks are limited on the boat and the quality of the service and experience is much higher. Truly a GREAT family day.
Take a break from the bustling city on a luxury catamaran trip to a private beach club on Isla Mujeres. Private Isla Mujeres Catamaran Tour - Nal Gone Boat - For up to 13 people_
From $520.00 per group
Chilly January ride but great time
, Jan 2020
We had a great time. Snorkeled over a nature preserve between Cancun and Isla Mujeres that had lots to see including some goofy underwater statues at the end. Then had an hour on Isla Mujeres to shop and grab a bite. The crew was great, friendly, and kept the cerveza flowing. The weather was cool and windy so we got bumped up to a larger cat--not the Nal Gone--which was great. The port access was down an alley behind an older resort which seemed a little sketchy at first, but only because we didn't expect it.
Sail the clear waters of the Caribbean Sea aboard your own private catamaran during this half-day tour from Cancun. Your captain can take you to Isla Mujeres or other great spots around the bay, and provides time to go snorkeling at the coral reef, stop at secluded beaches, and lounge on the 32-foot (10-meter) catamaran's deck. Priority Access: Xcaret Park Day Trip with Transportation
, Nov 2019
our tour guy Juan Pablo was very informative they arrived on time for the pick up. On the bus they explained everything in detail to us, we were amazed how everything was so organized, easy to display around everything has numbers so you cant get lost. The buffet was amazing go to Laguna Buffet you will enjoy it believe me. We took the bus way back earlier and we have no problems getting back into our hotel. Me and my husband had a great experience, will come back with family and friends.
This tour company is very well organized. Everyone was brought to the same place and then separated into tours from there so everyone on our bus was going to Xcaret. Once there, our guide was so helpful to get everyone organized. There is much to see and do once at Xcaret and the night show was fantastic. I would pay the extra money to get the plus adventure so you can have a locker. This is a full day tour, we did not get back to our hotel until 11:00 pm.

Chichen Itza, Ik Kil Cenote & Valladolid All-Inclusive Tour
Juan is the greatest
, Feb 2020
Our guide Juan was fantastic. He taught us so much about his Mayan culture. He was hilarious made us all laugh while at the same time teaching us about the areas we visited. I would take this tour 100 more times as long as he would be the guide. Best tour best time of our lives thank you
Norma was a lovely, lovely tour guide. We were able to book last minute and everything was so timely and efficient. The bus was comfortable, which is great because you spend a lot of time on it- it’s a LONG day so be prepared for that! We brought snacks which I was grateful for because lunch is not vegetarian friendly and not very good either. Other reviews talk about feeling pressured to make purchases and while there are vendors everywhere and always an opportunity to buy trinkets or food, just realize people are just trying to make a living and you can buy or not, it’s not a big deal. But overall it was an excellent day, Norma and Manuel were fabulous hosts and they deserve all of your tips at the end of the day.
The Yucatan Peninsula offers visitors a treasure trove of history, from the pre-Columbian archeological sites of the Maya civilization, to 16th century towns settled by the Spanish. Experience this history firsthand with a full-day tour from Cancun or the Riviera Maya. See the ancient Maya site Chichen Itza (admission not included) the pyramid of Kukulcan, and explore the architecture in Valladolid. After a busy day exploring, refresh yourself in the waters of the Ik Kil cenote, and enjoy a delicious buffet meal.
Thank you so much for the great day out! Eugenia and Eric did a great job, and were very flexible with our children who were a bit tired that day. Eugenia went far above and beyond to make a meal that was safe for their allergies (and was very gracious when they were not as grateful as they should have been for that effort).
All of this on Christmas Eve, nonetheless! Thanks again for the beautiful Christmas Eve sunset!
We had a great time!! Eugenia was amazing - so communicative in advance of our boat day, and so nice and professional on the day of. She made excellent margaritas and snacks and catered to our every need. this was the perfect day, would highly recommend!
We sailed for a second time with Eric and Eugenia in Cancun. As much as we loved the first time, the second time was even better!! Eugenia is amazing! She was always making sure everyone was comfortable and especially looked after me when the seasickness hit! 🤢snacks were amazing and plentiful! She even shared her recipe with me! The little touches make the experience and there were plenty here. Can’t wait to sail with them again!!! Eugenia, my “Jolene” friend...until next time!!
Customize this private sailing tour aboard a luxury Bavaria boat for you and your group. Set sail around the bay of Cancun and Isla Mujeres for a relaxing day on the water or choose to go out deep-sea fishing (rods are provided). Choose the duration, departure time, and activities, plus if you opt for a longer tour or depart in the afternoon, you can catch the sunset.
Playa del Carmen Great Shopping Tour from Cancun and Riviera Maya
More time on 5th Ave in Playa del Carmen
, Sep 2019
Nice tour. I would have preferred less time at Matis Jewelry store and Hacienda Jalisco to spend more time on 5th Ave in Playa del Carmen. Most of us only had time for shopping and didn't get to eat. We were required to return at a certain time a d had to wait on the sidewalk for about 40 minutes.
Catch a ride to the largest jewelry store in the Caribbean and receive a gift of a personalized steel pendant. Look for the perfect sparkly reminder of your trip and admire the handicrafts being created by the vendors. Depending on the tour, visit the Malecon las Americas in Cancun or the Hacienda Jalisco and the 5th Avenue of Playa del Carmen.
Sail along the beautiful crystal-clear waters of Cancun’s Caribbean coastline on this half-day sailing adventure to Islas Mujeres. Get geared up and go snorkeling, then take a break to enjoy a gourmet lunch on board your catamaran. Stop at the island of Isla Mujeres, and visit must-see spots either on a guided tour or on your own. Afterward, sip on complimentary beverages on the way back to port.
Our family of 4 (two kids age 9 and 12) enjoyed our excursion to Tulum and Cenote Dos Ojos where we went snorkeling. Our guide Victor Manuel was friendly and very knowledgeable about the history of the ruins. Our driver (I think his name was Juan Carlos) picked us up promptly at 7 am as directed and we returned back to Cancun around 5 pm. We highly recommend taking the tour for a nice mix of history and swimming in a ceynote.
I had such a great time this week with this tour! The hotel pickup service was prompt and we had such an awesome group. Our tour guide was so knowledgeable about literally everything! I learned about the Ruins, the best souvenir market in Cancun, stories about the cenotes, new music artists...everything! The view over the cliff of the Tulum Ruins was absolutely breathtaking. But the best part was visiting the Dos Ojos cenote. Careful with ordering the food though at the cenote- it took so long for our food to arrive that it ate into our swimming time. Would be best to grab something on the way out. Great value, I highly recommend!
Quite a good experience, only thing being that bus was late in picking me up
, Feb 2020
I'm giving this 4.5 stars. The only reason why I'm not giving it quite 5 stars is because the bus picking me up at my hotel was 15-20 minutes late. Otherwise, such a terrific trip, and with the number of fellow visitors (15+) that made it pretty intimate!
Visit two of the biggest draws in the Yucatan on this tour to the Tulum Archaeological Site and Dos Ojos cenote from Cancun. Not only do you get a guided tour of the massive archaeological site—a lot to cover on your own—but you get to make the most of your time in the area by visiting the beautiful cenote. You can swim there, too, if you pay a fee upon arrival.
Cancun Shopping and City Tour Including El Meco Mayan Ruins
Getting to know the area
, Oct 2019
Jesus and Armand, were our tour guides for our Cancun tour. Pick up and drop off was on time. Both gentlemen were knowledgeable of the areas we had the opportunity to visit. To be specific, Jesus was knowledgeable of Cancun and El Meco, while Armand was extremely comfortable talking about the Mayans.
The trip was nice, however my husband and I do feel like the price was over priced for an excursion that did not include a meal or a drink.
Shopping time (because hey, that’s why most of us would book this excursion) needed to be a little longer. Cutting El Meco stop and the tequila store/explanation down to 15 minutes each and more time to shop around, especially because the market we went to was so big, 1 hour was not enough for me (my husband on the other hand was glad it was just an hour, lol)
Tony our tour guide was very accommodating and cordial. When we were ready to leave a location, he was very flexible. One of the tourist felt ill due to the heat and he quickly had her dropped off at her hotel. Very thoughtful. He has great knowledge of the area and culture. Keep him and give him a raise.
Pair Mayan-ruins sightseeing with shopping on this combo tour from Cancun or Riviera Maya. Discover the archaeological site of El Meco, and learn about its historical role in trade. Move on to an artisanal craft market, Celso at Market 28, in the heart of Cancun. Visit Cancun landmarks and highlights, including the Tequila Museum. Snap frame-worthy photos of Cancun’s coastline at El Mirador in Playa Delfines. Entrance fees, tequila tasting, and hotel pickup and drop-off included.
Explore the ruins of Tulum and Coba Quintana Roo, two of the most important pre-Hispanic cities in Mexico,
This combo tour includes swimming in an underground cenote and visiting the 5th Avenue of Playa del Carmen as well. In addition, you will live an interesting Mayan Chocolate Experience in which you will know the importance of cocoa beans for this civilization.
On our tour to Tulum and Cobá you will have enough time at the archaeological sites to take excellent photos. You will enjoy a delicious meal in a regional restaurant, you will swim in a nice underground cenote and then we will go to the 5th. Avenida in Playa del Carmen, where you will have free time to visit its boutiques, shops and craft stalls. Amazing!!!
Specially designed for those who wish to pamper themselves, giving them quality of personalized service while staying in Cancun, Riviera Maya, Playa del Carmen, Cozumel, so that they do not miss the opportunity to know the wonderful Holbox Island in a day without necessarily having to stay there. Holbox Island, one of the beauties of the world, is located on the northern tip of the Yucatan Peninsula, in the state of Quintana Roo, Mexico and is within the boundaries of the wildlife protection area called "Yum Balam "which is an ecological reserve.
Travel back in time at the extensively excavated Mayan city of Chichen Itza, then swim in a crystal clear Yucatan cenote before enjoying a buffet lunch. Bilingual and certified guide, air-conditioned transport, entry fees, lunch and pickup from Cancun hotels is included.
We enjoyed the tour. Did the 3 for 1 tour (Chichen Itza, cenote and shopping). We liked Chichen Itza but would skip the other stops as the day is way too long. It was about 13 hours from Playa del Carmen. About 6 hours on bus.
Immerse yourself in the atmospheric splendor of Chichen Itza on a full-day tour from Playa del Carmen. Discover the secrets of the ancient capital of Mayan civilization as an informative guide provides captivating commentary on your comprehensive tour of the site. Refresh in the crystal clear waters of a submerged cenote for an adventurous addition to your experience. Conclude your day with a fulfilling buffet lunch and a visit to the colonial town of Valladolid.
Spend the day in the jungle on a tropical zipline adventure. Soar above the treetops on ten ziplines of varying heights and distances, including a “Superman” zipline, the Aquazip (prepare to get soaked) and Tarzania, a zipline coaster. Enjoying the majestic views and a bird’s eye perspective. Then, it’s cenote time—head even further into the jungle to enjoy a refreshing swim at a private sinkhole.
