Full-Day Small-Group Tour to Pig Beach by Powerboat
, Jan 2020
I recently visited the Bahamas this past November 2019 with my friend. We booked this tour and could not be more satisfied. Captain Henny and Captain Flowers were very informative. Every sight seeing location was truly breathtaking. The Pig Beach and the Sharks had to be my favorite. We spent a lot of time at each stop and we were able to capture every moment on this tour. We stopped for food and drinks, which was delicious. Shout out to the chef. I definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting the Bahamas. The water is so clean and clear, you will not be disappointed. This tour exceeded my expectations and would return on my next trip back to the Bahamas. I will post pictures soon.
This trip was amazing and the best in the Bahamas! I was very nervous about the Powerboat, but Tyla reassured me and calmed me the entire trip going from one island to another- he always made sure I was okay! He is an asset to the team, so knowledgable and such a hard worker! The trip itself is really the trip of a lifetime. Swimming with the sharks was incredible and seeing the pigs on pig beach was surreal and such an experience! The whole trip is like being on a movie, it is total paradise and 100% worth the money. The only small criticism I have is that the boat needs ladders! The guys are great getting people on and off the boat but ladders would be very helpful. Thank you Tyla and the rest of the team for an experience I will never forget! xxx Kim.
Cruise off the coast of Nassau and visit several islands in one day on this power boat tour of the Bahamas, a great choice for first-time visitors and nature lovers. Plus, lunch and round-trip transportation from Nassau Paradise Island is included.
Blue Hole plus Secret Falls & Dunn's River Falls Combo from Montego Bay
, Feb 2020
The whole day was great. Packed in adventurous experiences from climbing up the waterfalls to jumping to cold water. The driver was super nice, very knowledgable, chatty and relaxed. You could have asked him about anything and he was helpful. I highly recommend that trip.
We had a fantastic time on this tour with Ricardo as our tour guide. Ricardo was warm, personable, knowledgable, and patient. Both attractions were beautiful and fun, and though the day was long, we had no regrets that we did a tour that combined both Dunn's River Falls and Blue Hole. Would highly recommend to anyone!
Tons of fun. I recommend wearing a life vest even if you're a good swimmer...my girlfriend didn't wear a vest and experienced ear pain from the water that inserted her ears (probably from how deep she went without a vest). Breath taking beauty.
Combine a trip to the Blue Hole, Dunn's River Falls, and Secret Falls in a single full-day tour from Montego Bay. Make a lunch stop at the famous Scotchies Outdoor Garden Restaurant (own expense) for some traditional Jamaican jerk. All entrance fees and round-trip hotel transportation included.
See the varied countryside surrounding Punta Cana on this full-day excursion, including stops at waterfalls, beaches, and more. Combine sightseeing and adventure amid the natural attractions of the Las Cañitas for a hassle-free trip away from the city.
Visit The Baths & Jost Van Dyke from St Thomas or St John
Breakaway boat trip to BVI!!!!
, Feb 2020
Brie was a fantastic tour guide. The Breakaway crew was wonderful! The Bath’s were great and lunch was so enjoyable. We loved our time snorkeling and the swim to Jost Van Dyke was an adventure not to be missed. Also, stop at the Soggy Dollar Bar for a famous Painkiller....not to be missed!! Overall great day would recommend to all!!!
We joined Captain Dave, Kate, and Julie on this excursion in January 2020 and we had a blast. The crew was awesome- fun, friendly, and safe. The boat was comfortable and had everything we needed for a fun day. The itinerary was a full one and we enjoyed each part of it. The Baths were amazing, as expected, but the snorkeling and stop at the Soggy Dollar were also really fun. The only thing I would flag for folks is that the breakfast is very light (e.g., muffin pieces and some fruit) so you may want to eat something before you hop on the boat or bring a snack. We did eat lunch early (before 11am), which was good but we were pretty hungry by then. Lunch at the top of the baths restaurant was really tasty and very well organized. Overall it was a top notch experience and I would highly recommend!
Explore the British Virgin Islands during this full-day boat trip from St. John or St. Thomas. During this excursion, enjoy a breakfast boat ride to Virgin Gorda's Baths. Explore the grottoes, arches, and chain of tidal pools formed by eroded rocks along the beach. Visit a local restaurant, The Top of the Baths for lunch (own expense), then head to Jost Van Dyke to enjoy some time swimming, lounging, or visiting some beachside bars. Breakfast, snorkeling equipment, and unlimited open bar on the boat are included.
A very pleasant experience! Transfer arrived on time and the tour guide (Banjamin) had a ton of enthusiasm. Great value for money as you get a speed boat ride, great lunch & unlimited alcohol, catamaran ride back and some time to explore the island. One of the highlights of our holiday in the Dominican Republic for sure!
It was our first trip during our stay in Punta Cana and we enjoyed it very much! The Saona island is very beautiful, it’s a true paradise. The music was great and the staff too ;) I cant stop singing “me pide leche” Would recommend to anybody.
Experience the idyllic Saona Island on this full-day tour from the mainland via speedboat and catamaran. Zip out to the island on a fast boat, which ensures you have plenty of time to hang out and relax or participate in watersports. Cruise back aboard a sailboat, sipping drinks from the open bar and dancing to island rhythms. Hotel pickup and drop-off makes for an easy round-trip experience.
Famous Swimming Pigs Tour Bahamas - Full Day Powerboat to Exuma from Nassau
Expensive, but glad we did it.
, Feb 2020
Excellent tour! A little on the expensive side, but my group is so happy we did it. Roscoe, Leslie, and Tyson were wonderful, fun guides that made the experience memorable. Smooth ride on the boat and the provided lunch was surprisingly delicious. I wish we could've stayed by the sharks and the pigs a little longer, but there were other tours waiting their turns. The guides kept everyone hydrated and our tummies full. I'd definitely recommend.
My husband and I both really enjoyed the excursion. Our crew was very nice and helpful and the boat ride was a lot of fun! All of the stops were equally fun, but the pigs were the highlight! The only complaint I have is the condition of a few of the pigs. A few had obvious skin issues and there was one that was very thin and not moving around like the others. Another seemed to have an issue with its back which was causing trouble with its rear legs. I hope that since we are using them for personal gain and entertainment, that someone is taking proper care of the pigs. Overall, it was a very fun experience and I would highly recommend the excursion and the company. I just pray these animals are getting the care they need...
The staff was so friendly and very patient with all of us. We left on time and returned on time.. everything went smooth. They made sure we were good on drinks every chance they had. Very welcoming and so funny! The whole tour was beautiful. Our lunch was ready right when we got to the restaurant. This tour was our absolute favorite part of our Bahama trip! Worth every penny. It was perfect wouldn’t change anything. Can’t wait to do this again
Experience the highlights of the Bahamas in one day on this powerboat tour from Nassau, a great choice for nature lovers and first-time visitors. Board a 39-foot (12-meter) powerboat and take a water sightseeing tour of the Exumas, stopping to swim with pigs at Pig Beach, feed Bahamian rock iguanas, swim with sharks, and visit a hidden beach. Lunch at the Staniel Cay Yacht Club is also included.
Our tour guide (Angel) was very knowledgeable. Showed us a lot about life in the Dominican Republic. Answered many questions that we had about everyday life. The views and experiences were great. The lunch was ok, not the best food I've had.

Full-Day Package: ATV 4x4, River Cave, Catamaran and Snorkeling from Punta Cana
, Jan 2020
We booked the full day excursion and it was broken up into 2 parts. This allowed us to go back to our hotel change and eat before the second excursion. Loved that!
ATV was amazing!! Small group of only 6 carts/ATVs and our guide David was fantastic- honest straightforward and helpful. He tried keeping us away from the chaos including crowds and aggressive vendors. I’d give this tour a 5 all day long and would book again.
The catamaran was fun overall but not as expected. We spent a whopping 15 min snorkeling, then had to sit idle on the boat while they took us to an excursion only 4 people on the boat had booked... and we had to wait for them!! (This was swimming with sting rays and sharks which are CAPTIVE and NOT anything we would have signed up for!!!) We ended the day at a shallow area where tons of boats gather to drink it up and have fun. This was super fun but not for kids IMO. I would not book this second portion of the excursion again simply because it wasn’t what we thought it was.
Nice landscapes and fun atv ride but useless guide
, Dec 2019
The atv ride was fun but we could have had the same amount of fun without the guide. He was basically useless. He just drove in front of us the whole time and when we reached the attraction points he would just leave us there saying we had 25 mins. No explanation about anything. After 25 mins he would appear out of nowhere gathering us to leave. At the end of the tours he was also asking for tips. What for?! He just drove, the same as us! The catamaran and snorkeling were nice however, we are happy we didn't buy shark and stingray encounter because poor animals were held captive, forced to swim with the tourists and were forcefully grabbed by the guide who would place the stingray on the tourists' backs. This was truly one of the saddest scenes I've seen. This should be banned!
This full-day package combines an ATV ride, catamaran cruise, and snorkeling excursion—allowing you to experience multiple island highlights in a single trip. Drive your own quad or ride as a passenger and explore the Dominican countryside. Then board a catamaran and cruise along Punta Cana’s coastline, stopping to snorkel at a coral reef and see tropical fish and maybe sea turtles or rays.
Went January 2020, A very international group, but all languages seemed to have been catered well, yes there were some coach changes but we weren’t waiting too long, we were picked up from hotel at 0730, arrived back 1940. Water provided for on coach, our guide at the national park a bit pushy for a tip. We had a good variety of sights to see, this tour cheaper than what hotel reps were offering, would recommend

It was on time for both trips. The beach is beautiful. Please pack plenty of water or huy some there. There is not enough umbrellas or tarps. So be aware most people spent the day in the sun no shade.
Lunch was good bbq chicken salad rice hotdog and salad.
Swimming pigs were cool. I didnt snorkel.. All around great trip for the day.. try the voodoo juice its amazing

I went on this trip with family including three teenagers and my father in law who is in his 70's. We all had a great time. We enjoyed taking pics with the pigs and snorkeling. There is a fair amount or riding in the boat to get to destinations so if you have motion sickness be sure to take medication before boarding. My daughter got a little ill but we had a great day and the entire crew is FABULOUS and attentive!
This tour offers a variety of activities for a full day of adventure. Take a powerboat ride around Spanish Wells Harbour, then hang out with the swimming pigs. Enjoy lunch at a beach bar with games like volleyball, billiards, and snorkeling, then finish up the day with a visit to Green Cay to snorkel and swim with sea turtles.
The Abbey and Railway was very interesting and historical. It was awesome to see sugar cane being processed....not what I had imagined. The railway was fun for the kids and the view at the top was beautiful. The local vendors are a bit aggressive but very friendly. We had to find transportation for 14 from the cruise terminal and this was a bit of a challenge.
This is an authentic heritage steam experience for those passengers who want the thrill of a Victorian era travel experience within the tropical setting of this heritage plantation c.1658.
The tour can include optionally a visit to St. Nicholas Abbey Great House and Rum Distillery which needs to be booked additional to the railway experience.

Jackson took us for a long drive up into the Blue Mountains. Once we got to the park, there were 3 hikes we could do. We did all 3, and the last one was by far my favorite. We went up over the ridge. It was a fair amount of work, we were definitely tired by the end, but not tooo hard. Its walking a trail. The hiking was fun and the view was great. Jackson showed us a lot of things and pointed out a lot of historical/geographical points along the way. A nice private tour!
