Chianti Tours

It is a cooking course where guests will be an active part of the course. Not a demonstration course but guests will literally get their hands on it! You learn simple recipes of our tradition, which can be easily recreated at home. The course takes place on my farm where I produce saffron oil, vegetables and raise chickens: the ingredients we will use are all very fresh, many of which are our own production. If time permits, we will take the course outdoors with a view of vineyards and olive trees and then eat what we have prepared in the open air, otherwise we will work in our barn. The farm stands on top of a hill in an oasis of peace and tranquility away from noise, cars and pollution. On request we can make a vegetarian menu.

Visit an organic estate that organizes guided tour and tastings in the heart of Chianti Classico area, between Radda and Panzano in Chianti. During the tour it is possible to see the vineyards and the wineries, hear a guided explanation of the wine-making process in order to make wines of the highest quality. She will teach you to recognize the trees under which they grow, the ideal habitat for the growth of truffles, and how to cook and store them. The search will take time and patience, but when you will see Tep start wagging his tail and sniffing insistently near a bush or the root of a tree, sticking his nose in the ground deeper and deeper and digging, it will only mean one thing: the treasure has been discovered!
