Fuji Safari Park Tours

With snow-capped Mt. Fuji as its backdrop, Fuji Safari Park is a drive-through wildlife park where animals from around the world roam within seven different zones. While the park is designed to be navigated in a private car, guests can also make use of the Jungle Bus (additional fee), a tourist tram with wire-netted windows, allowing guests to safely view animals from very close proximity.

The Fureai Bokujo zone is a rather unique petting zoo, with animals like kangaroos, warthogs and dikdiks roaming around. There’s also a walk-through portion of the park, where squirrel monkeys, rabbits, hyena, African porcupines, leopards and other animals are kept. For an extra fee, travelers missing their pets back home can spend some time in the House of Cats, House of Dogs or House of Rabbits, surrounded by their favorite furry friends.
