Our Tourguide was fantastic! Knowledgeable, entertaining and practical. I was hesitant about joining a large group tour but the headsets made it easy to hear and keep up regardless of where we
were in the group. I highly recommend it!

London in One Day Sightseeing Tour Including Tower of London, Changing of the Guard with Optional London Eye Upgrade
One of the best experiences I've ever had!
, Jan 2020
There is nothing you could miss out on this tour. A tour around the city of London and Westminster, the Changing of the Guard, St. Paul's Cathedral, exploration of Trafalgar Square, Tower of London and ferry ride on the River Thames... the day couldn't have been any better. And to top it all, our tour guide Leslie's commentaries were so detailed, clear and enchanting that she left us asking for more. It was a bit upsetting to see her leave after the tour ended. She knows every nook and cranny of the city. Definitely opt for it if you are reading this!
This tour was superb.
Emily our tour guide was amazing. She knew to stand to get the BEST view for the change of guards.
Apart from change of guards, the Tower Of Guard was another highlight for this tour and the stories told by Emily was interesting.

Fully Guided Tour of Warner Bros Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter
, Jan 2020
Great experience, this really was the perfect way to visit Harry Potter Studios. The guides were very knowledgeable and provided a first class service, from the initial meet to the journey back. 100% recommend this to any one thinking of visiting!!!
Our tour guide Jonathan was amazing! The tour starting from the meeting spot until the end was handled extremely well. Loved skipping the lines and the personal interaction with our guide. Many others in the group dropped out and went at their own pace so we had Jonathan mainly to ourselves for a group of 4. The studio stayed open until 10 pm the day we were there so we went back in after the tour. It was fantastic and the grandkids (12 & 8 yrs) really enjoyed it!
This tour was the best decision we could have made for our first trip up to the WB Studios. The tour guides made the day such a seamless, enjoyable experience. Starting with the meeting point and having someone there to help manage getting the entire group on the train and then on the bus to the WB Studios. From there she handed us off (with our return bus and train ticket to get home) over to the WB tour guide who led our group on a guided tour of the WB studios. We got to skip the general line to enter the studios and go through a VIP entrance, which is another thing that made this tour so worth it. Since there is so much to see and do, the guided tour is necessary and then what was nice was that at the end of the guided tour (which took about 3 hours) we were able to go back and check out things we missed our wanted to spend more time checking out (i.e. one of the many photo opps). We picked the earliest available tour so that we would have the most time possible to see everything we wanted to. It was a magical day and I cannot say enough good things about this tour. I would highly recommend you choose this option if it's your first time going to the WB Studios.

Warner Bros. Studio: The Making of Harry Potter with Luxury Round-Trip Transport from London
Harry Potter Tour
, Jan 2020
Clean well organized tour, check in easy and orderly. Bus trip pleasant. Actual wonderful, self paced and plenty of time to see everything we wanted. To see everything offered you do get option of more time. Highlight was Umbridge Afternoon tea in food court. Great fun.
Easy to locate the place where the coach is. However long queue to exchange voucher for the real tickets. Once ticket has been exchanged, able to board the bus immediately and once the bus is filled, then off to our destination. Bus driver was approachable and friendly. Time given to explore HP WB studios is plentiful. Definitely a good experience, for those travelling with families. Take note, this trip, take at least half of your day as the travelling time heading to and fro is impeded by the bad congestion in London. So it's best not to make any bookings/appointments for delays are to be expected. The HP WB was excellent, eye-catching and amazing props leaves you with lovely memories.
My husband and I had a great time. I just wish it was more clear that the 10:30 AM time we selected was a check in time. I would say the only downfall is that you only get 4 hours to explore, we knew that going in so we by passed some things. I would recommend if possible they add at least an hour or 2 to time at Warner Brothers. If you are a fan , it's a MUST.
Immerse yourself in the magic and mystery of Harry Potter™ with a ful-day behind-the-scenes experience at Warner Bros. Studio Tour London - the Making of Harry Potter. Enjoy round-trip transportation by luxury coach from London Victoria, and spend roughly four hours exploring the spellbinding film sets independently. See the Gothic grandeur of the Ministry of Magic, walk Diagon Alley, snap photos at iconic locations such as Platform 9 ¾ and the Hogwarts Express, and admire intricate costumes and props used in the movies.
I'm not a habitual reviewer but I felt compelled to say this was well worth it and our host for the bus ride was a delight. Just GO! Sit back relax and let them drive you, tell you all the stories and make it better than if you try to do this yourself.
Avoid the hassle of renting a car to see rural England’s highlights with help from this full-day tour which includes round-trip transport from London. Choose from two options to find what best suits your preferences, and travel by air-conditioned coach bus with onboard Wi-Fi. You can either combine a visit to Stonehenge with a pub lunch in Lacock and a walking tour of Windsor, or opt to visit both Windsor Castle and Stonehenge with a break for a traditional English pub lunch. Both options also pass by the city of Bath, hometown of Jane Austen.
Inner Circle Access of Stonehenge including Bath and Lacock Day Tour from London
, Feb 2020
The trip exceeded my expectations. The insights provided by Frank and Nuno rounded out what was a already a fantastic experience. I would definitely recommend this anyone who is considering going to Stonehenge.
If Stonehenge is on your list then you will definitely want to do this tour. Not only was it amazing to get to stand in the middle of the stones, it was also amazing to see the Roman baths in Bath as well.
The Stonehenge part is amazing and justifies the whole trip and cost. You can’t get right up to the stones any other way. This can’t be overstated. The sense of presence while walking through and around them is amazing.
The rest of it is very hit and miss, and I suspect totally depends on three things you cannot control: the weather, the crowds, and who you get as your tour guide.
We were reasonably lucky for the weather but not so much for the other two.
I think we want our tour guides to be four things: friendly, helpful, entertaining, and knowledgeable. Our one was very friendly and helpful, but unfortunately not so great at the other two.
A hint for the tour guides at this company: I suspect you’ve all been told that dead air is the cardinal sin and you must always find something to say. However this does not mean you should fill all available talk time with a stream of consciousness babble based on whatever your eye falls on. You are there to add value to what the customers can see for themselves, not to say what you see. It really isn’t necessary to tell us even once that a red brick house is made out of bricks that are red... let alone saying it several times. It certainly isn’t necessary to tell us that the stone that a stone house is build of is a naturally occurring substance that comes from the ground. If that’s all you’ve got then may I gently suggest not saying anything at all and studying up so you have actual material the next time?
But I’ll finish this review by saying again that the Stonehenge portion is what makes this tour. If you get a great guide, fantastic, otherwise just tune them out.
Be one of a rare few to walk inside the UNESCO-listed prehistoric stone circle of Stonehenge, and visit Bath, and medieval Lacock on this day trip from London. Select a morning or afternoon tour for early or late access to the Stonehenge site, and walk inside the inner circle of stones—an experience only available to your group—without the daytime crowds. Then visit the Lacock Abbey and the Georgian spa city of Bath to cap off your tour.
The day trip was amazing! We had a wonderful tour guide in Steve who shared the history of the many areas we drove through on our way to Stonehenge. The transportation was fantastic and the length of travel coupled with the smooth ride allowed for some much needed shut eye.
When we arrived at Stonehenge, we were in awe. There was so much more to area than what can be explained through articles or television specials. It was truly wonderful.
After visiting Stonehenge we were off to Bath. This is, with all seriousness, a destination not to be missed when traveling to England. To be standing in the very area of the Romans and learning of the historical significance of the city was not to be missed. Steve provides a short walk around the city explaining the uniqueness of its construction and the many changes that occurred through the years.
After hours of touring the Roman baths and walking the city, it was time to leave. Rachel met us on time and carefully transported us back to London.
Don’t miss out on this trip. Our family has been known to attempt too many stops fearing we may miss out on something, but this was perfect. We highly recommend this day trip and hope you are similarly impressed.
Discover two gems of southern England on this full-day coach trip to Stonehenge and Bath from London. Travel to Stonehenge, a prehistoric stone monument that rises imperiously from Salisbury Plain. Gaze at the gigantic stones, learn how the monument was used, and then continue to the UNESCO-listed city of Bath to discover this gorgeous 18th-century city independently. Choose to stroll the elegant Georgian streets and see top Bath attractions such as the Royal Crescent as you wish; or upgrade to visit the stunning Roman Baths or Jane Austen Visitor Centre.
Windsor Castle, Stonehenge, and Oxford Day Trip from London
, Feb 2020
It was ta good trip our trip guide Richard was a good guy he did his job good the only thing that I did not like was they charge for WiFi even they said it’s free other wise as long as the driver and the guide concern it was good plus we were told that lunch will be provided but no lunch
I loved this trip! I was by myself and get comfortable the entire time. Tour duo Leslie and James were great. They made expectations very clear and were full of fun facts and knowledge. This was a great glimpse at a few big sites around England. Would recommend for anybody looking for some fun sight seeing.

Fully Guided Luxury Paris Day Trip with Lunch at the Eiffel Tower
, Dec 2019
It exceeded our expectation, the lunch that was provided in lieu of the Eiffel Tower lunch was more than enough. There was good food, wine flowing, live entertainment and the boat was clean.
Our tour guide Anna was very informative and so protective to the group.
See Paris and savor lunch on the Eiffel Tower on this private day trip by Eurostar from London. Travel by high-speed train from St. Pancras International and, on arrival, take a panoramic coach tour of top Paris attractions including the Champs-Élysées and Arc de Triomphe, followed by a Seine River cruise. Then, after having lunch at a chic Eiffel Tower restaurant, choose either to visit the Louvre (own expense) or enjoy free time. Upgrade to first-class Eurostar travel, including breakfast and dinner.
Please note: Restaurant 58 reopens in the Fall of 2020. Until then, a Seine River lunch cruise replaces the Eiffel Tower restaurant.
All routes and areas taking care of with this hop on hop off. Found all the staff helpful and the knowledge that the guides have is far better then any of the other hop on hop offs I've done all over europe.
Viator are third-party service to Big Bus tours. Even though we booked and paid early, before Christmas Day, Big Bus demanded a 6 pound premium per person and non-negotiable, this even without live guide, walking tour or short boat cruise on Thames. Appreciate the 25th was a national holiday, but the buses were crammed to capacity and Big Bus would clearly have known the tickets sold. Having done hip-hops in many cities, the Big Bus attitude was by far the worse with minimal courtesy shown. The actual stops were fine but competitor firms are similar. Most disappointed.
Discover the grandeur of London aboard the open-top, double-decker Big Bus on this hop-on hop-off sightseeing tour. With your 1-, 2-, or 3-day ticket, design a personal itinerary with dozens of possible stops, including Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park, St. Paul’s Cathedral and more. Enjoy unobstructed views and onboard commentary as you view the city’s highlights. Hop off to enjoy a free walking tour and a Thames River cruise.
We only had a day and a half in London and wanted to see all of the top attractions without walking in the cold or getting lost along the way. This is BY FAR the best way to see London. Our guide Anne Marie was fantastic and the bus we rode on was nice and spacious. I was also really worried that we would get antsy on a tour for that long but they really, really figured out how to hold your attention and give you the breaks when you need them. We would go to one location for a bit, get a break on the bus driving to the next location, and so on. We also really enjoyed the hour break for lunch. We had great fish and chips and a beer with a group of people on our tour (by choice) and it was one of the highlights for us. I have recommended this tour to EVERYONE because it was the best day ever for my husband and I. Also side note - we went on a Sunday which meant we missed out on entering some of the churches (which I was sure would be a bummer, and it wasn’t because we got to see so much even despite it!) I
Tour guide was quite knowledgeable and did an outstanding job, Made the historic sites come alive. We were only a few blocks from where the terrorist incident (stabbings) on London Bridge occurred and he did a great job of handling the delays and reroutings that resulted.
See the English capital’s top landmarks on this most comprehensive of London magical tours. Take a tour of beautiful St Paul’s Cathedral, then make a photo stop at Westminster Abbey. Watch the Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace and visit the Tower of London, where you'll have free time for lunch (own expense). Enjoy an extended river sightseeing cruise, and upgrade to cap everything with a London Eye flight or cream tea at Harrods.
This tour was absolutely worthwhile for us. The smaller group made it seem more intimate.
We all met at the Hard Rock London where the fun began. We first made a services stop to get food and beverage for the day so that we could have a picnic on the lawn at Highclere. After Highclere, we drove through the countryside until we got to the Yew Tree Farm where we spent lots of time exploring the gardens, the house and the barns. The cafe was a great place to end the tour with a tea.
Afterwards, we took country roads to some other scenic sites from the show - I'll leave those as surprise extras for you. We eventually landed in Bampton, where we were able to tour the village, the church, the library and visit local shops.
Highclere was the eventual highlight of the day where we did a tour of the house (tip: dont do this first, explore the grounds, have a drink, eat your lunch), toured the grounds, visited the exhibit in the basement and took lots of pictures.
Thank you to International Friends, and especially Amber and Richard and the staff at Yew Tree and Highclere.
Amber was a fantastic tour guide, chock full of humor, information, anecdotes, stories and insider tips for us. Our driver, Richard, was also fantastic, navigating the roads like a professional and getting us to our destinations safe, sound and on-time.

Stonehenge Inner Circle Access Day Trip from London Including Windsor
, Feb 2020
This tour was such a once in a lifetime experience. To be able to see stone henge as a small group was truly magical. Oliver, our guide, was extremely engaging and knowledgeable. Very highly recommend.
The day trip to Stonehenge & Oxford was well worth the time. Inner circle access was my only choice to visit Stonehenge and I'm glad it went very smoothly. Oxford and Windsor were really crowded but our guide Chris & driver Kevin were really professional and took great care of us. Nothing but positive to say about the tour.

This was an excellent day-long bus tour to the Midlands. Warwick Castle is an eye opener as a genuine Norman castle. Stratford upon Avon us a delight and the focus on Shakespeare is both interesting and enlightening. Oxford is always a treat. The guide was both informative, interesting and very approachable. An accommodating driver added to the experience. A very worthwhile tour.

It was a lovely day and best tour ever. Because we have two small kids and finally we decided to be more relax during the tour and back to London earlier. So, we skip Bath but we have a wonderful lunch at a English Pub recommend by our tour guide Jay! Jay was wonderful and know a lot about history, during the ride,I enjoyed chatting with him about history.
Jay also planned our trip very very well, he gave us a full detail schedule, and we follow his instruction and always have the best part and best position to see the Windsor castle.
It was a wonderful day for us! Really thanks to Jay
Great day trip to Windsor, Stonehenge and Salisbury!
, Jan 2020
Peter was a great tour guide, provided a lot of information about all the spots we visited. Peter suggested we visit Salisbury instead of Bath...best suggestion! Request Peter if you can for your trip.

London In a Day: Tower of London, Westminster Abbey & Changing of the Guard
Fantastic tour guide!
, Nov 2019
Richard 01....was fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable and a great communicator. His comments observations, and historical perspective gave us great insight into the history of England. I would definitely recommend his guided tour to anyone. When in England....book Richard The First!
So glad I took this tour. It was so worth it. This was my 2nd time in London and I was dismayed at how much I missed the first time. Watching the guards in action was one of them. The guide know when and where to position ourselves. Our guide was excellent. So sorry I did not catch his name, but he was very knowledgable and had an excellent sense of humor. We actually sat and listened while he enthralled us with history and stories. Some people even stopped and listened in. He went above and beyond and you can tell he clearly love his job. I saw and learned so many things. Thank you so much. Job well done.
Gina paid close attention to the individual interests if the group and pointed those items of interest out to those people. It was a great day walking London and Gina was a seasoned veteran at navigating and storytelling. Highly recommended.
Limited time in London doesn’t have to mean a limited view of the capital. Soak up the key sights in just one action-packed day on this guided small-group tour. Explore Westminster Abbey and watch the Changing of the Guards at Buckingham Palace. Then cruise the Thames River to Tower Bridge and explore its inner workings before delving into British history at the Tower of London.
We absolutely loved every second of this trip. The pickup/drop off processes were smooth and conveniently located. We enjoyed having plenty of time in Oxford, both guided time and some time to explore on our own. Our guide Tom was extremely knowledgable and made the tour very fun and interesting. We booked it primarily for the studio tour tickets but were pleasantly surprised by the Oxford part of the excursion, and how our guides slipped in some Harry Potter related facts as well. We were worried we wouldn't have enough time at the studio tour, but ended up having more than enough time to go through the tour, stop for some butter beer, and do some shopping after as well. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed this tour and would highly recommend it to anyone passing through the area.

Evening cruise on the Thames River with dinner and music!
, Nov 2019
We enjoyed our dinner on the Thames River! The food was very good! We got a welcome drink (Prosecco) and bottle of wine to share for each couple! There was a two piece entertainment, which was nice! The best is the scenery while cruising! This time of year it was dark, but I think cruising at dusk in an earlier month would be awesome! The boat had full length windows so you could see everything! Beautiful going under some of the bridges. We even saw some fireworks!! Loved it!
My family and I took this cruise for my fathers bday. The staff was GREAT, but it was the food that I was not impressed with. We were not given a choice of what we wanted to eat (guests at the table next to us had steak, we had chicken) plus there was not a menu provided prior to booking this cruise.
The staff on this cruise was fantastic. They had us seated quickly and were very friendly and curteous. The food was good and prepared well. We were seated next to the musicians and my only negative comment was due to volume. The Saxaphone was deafening.
Take to the Thames for a sparkling river dinner sailing past London’s waterfront sights. Settle at your table to savor a delectable dinner and admire floodlit city sights such as Tower Bridge, the London Eye, and Big Ben as you eat and relax, and enjoy enchanting live entertainment.
First of all I had read other reviews where people said they had trouble finding the tour representative at the London train station. That was not my experience. The representative in uniform found me and was on time and very helpful. The train ride was nice. The Beatles story as well as the Magical Mystery Tour. If you love the Beatles this trip is worth it!
Discover The Beatles’ hometown on this rail day trip to Liverpool from London. Visit The Beatles Story attraction, packed with memorabilia and replicas of Beatles’ sites; and enjoy a Magical Mystery coach tour of locations linked to the Fab Four including Penny Lane and the Cavern Club.
Tour was great -- small bus a little uncomforatable
, Sep 2019
We enjoyed our tour of Highclaire Castle and the town a Bampton. Our tour guide, whose name escapes me at the moment, was fabulous and provided many extra tidbits about the filming and the story lines. A most enjoyable day except for the coach was not the most comfortable. We took the smaller coach thinking we wouldn't be in such a large group, thinking we'd get more personalized attention, which was accurate. However, I ended up sitting all the way in the back in the corner, not enough leg room or seat room, very uncomfortable.
Our guide and driver, Caroline and Ray, were fantastic! It was my dream to visit Highclere Castle and tour the areas that Downton Abbey were filmed. The tour was very enjoyable and Caroline's enthusiasm and knowledge were the highlight of the tour. The tour was the perfect length, and the locations were great. I would highly recommend this tour, and if you are lucky to have Caroline and Ray as your guide/driver, you will not be disappointed!

Plus, visit Highclere Castle, the real-life Downton Abbey, to explore its above-stairs rooms and gardens independently. Highclere admission and round-trip transport included.
Warner Bros. Studio Tour London - The Making of Harry Potter with Transportation
My HP tour experience
, Jan 2020
Approx 1hr busride from London to Watford due to heavy traffic, no movie was screened due to error in the system. Golden Tours has their own bus stop, a short walk away from the toilets and the entrance. Overall it was an awesome experience to see the movie sets up close. Took 2 hours to clear the self guided tour. If you pay and follow the audio guide, your visit will take about 3hrs, due to additional information played by the guide. Remember to cater for spare time to queue and eat at their food halls! Booking comes with e fixed timing return trip back to London. Since we ended early, we tried to board an earlier bus. Fortunately, we were not denied entry, however we had to wait in line for the current bus time to lasp before being allowed to board. 45mins ride back to London. Bus will stop by baker st if you prefer to drop there.
My husband, two-year-old son, and I booked this tour with transportation and have nothing but wonderful things to report! The bus was a double-decker wrapped as the Hogwarts Express which was a great start to the trip. The bus ride to the studio was less than 90 minutes, and we watched the Philosopher's Stone on the way. We arrived and ate at the cafe before entering the tour. We took about 2.5 hours to go through the tour, and it was AMAZING!!! I am a huge fan of the books and movies, and I had to keep reminding myself that I was looking at actual props, costumes, and sets from the films. It was kind of surreal when you've seen it all on screen and then to be walking through it. We were giddy as little kids! There was plenty of interactive experiences and food options, and the gift shop had absolutely anything you would ever want or need. It was definitely an experience we won't ever forget!

Windsor Castle, Stonehenge and Bath Tour from London with Admission & Lunch Pack
, Jan 2020
Our guide Pablo was very enthusiastic and I appreciate his efforts to manage both English and Spanish commentaries simultaneously. I would recommend that during winters (I went in Jan 2020), the trip could be started a bit earlier as it would enable people visiting Bath to explore the city before night falls. Overall, the trip was splendid!
My husband and I were in London to join an escorted tour of England and Scotland. The tour did not include a visit to Stonehenge and only made brief stops at Windsor Castle and Bath. I have been to England before and these stops were long-remembered highlights so I didn't want my husband to miss them. I booked this tour through Viatour and it was great! It is a very busy, fast-paced day with much to see but if you have only a short time in this part of England I highly recommend it. Including the simple lunch pack helped save time so we had more time at each of the three locations. My husband is still talking about this day trip two months later and it was a highlight for both of us. Wear your good walking shoes!
This is an all day tour and our weather wasn’t terrific but the tour was. Our tour guide, Vaughn, was outstanding and so was our bus driver, Armando. We couldn’t have asked for better, All 3 sites were worth seeing...Vaughn’s commentary throughout the day was informative, interesting, and he was very knowledgeable. Windsor Castle was beautiful and we wish we had more time in the village of Windsor itself...perhaps a day trip there another time. Bath and Stonehenge were both worth the time. As a side note, before leaving Bath we stopped at a small restaurant for Fish and,Chips...right near the meeting place for the bus. The fish was excellent. Bath is beautiful Stonehenge leaves you wondering...however did people manage to do that?
