Interaction with the driver Linda and the dip in the hot spring were the highlights of our trip. Linda was very pleasant, kind and full of gems of knowledge. Her understanding of the nature and the tundra were much appreciated. We wish a little more cleaning done in the interior of the vehicle

Our tour guide Lexie was amazing. She was very informative and very friendly. She really made the tour an unforgettable experience. We were determined to find the northern lights and we were successful. Lexie kept us safe driving thru what looked like challenging conditions thru icy roads. Would recommend 100% to all my friends.

We all loved our tour guide "Lexi" she was amazing. She went above and beyond in taking pictures and sacrificing herself in the cold so we could have the full Alaska experience in chasing the northern lights. She is just an amazing person and tour guide.

Chena Hot Springs Day Tour from Fairbanks
Chen’s Hot Springs in and of itself is pretty awesome, but the tour was also awesome! Justin was a fantastic guide, taking us to and from the hotel, giving us recommendations for the area, as well as trying to help us tourists on the bus spot our first moose and/or bear! Would definitely recommend booking with these guys. Be sure to bring a camera because there’s so much to take in!

Viewing the Northern Lights

Due to its geographic location and low light pollution, Chena Hot Springs is one of the best places in Alaska to view the Northern Lights. Dark skies are needed to see the lights, so visit from September through May when the skies are their darkest.
