The morning and afternoon tour guides are excellent. The Uffizi Museum is must see attraction.
One of the BEST experiences of my life. The setting was impeccable overlooking Florence and Tuscany. The tour guide and chef were fantastic. The food! SO delicious. I was so stuffed after everything because I didn't want anything to go to waste.
Excellent tour! Both tour guides were the best. We would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Florence.
On the tour of Uffizi Gallery, the guide concentrated on 7 artworks. My wife and I loved this approach.
This tour allowed us the ability to get into 3 major attractions with minimal waiting, plus the benefit of a guide who is directing us to what is important about the exhibits and important features. Our tour started at the Accademia to see the original David statue, and then onto the Duomo - having a guide brought the information to life and gave us so much more information than just reading the descriptions. After a break for lunch, we reassembled to tour through the Uffizi Galleries. We had two different guides, both were fantastic, highly enthusiastic, passionate, and very knowledgeable - most guides are art historians/architects/artists and must complete a training course in addition to their own studies so their breadth of knowledge is rather great. You will need to wait in line a little since the security does get a little bogged down. The guides' english is perfect and not at all hard to understand, and the individual headsets make hearing the lectures easy, and one does not even need to be that close to hear everything. I will also commend the tour group agency - we had gotten a little lost finding the meeting place our own stupidity, they called us to make sure we were coming, waited and were very helpful in trying to make this a good experience. Highly recommended.
Excellent tour! 2 very knowledgeable and entertaining guides wonderful artwork! Strongly recommend this.
This was great. It was NOT a long strenuous bike trip. It was PERFECT for moving around over a pretty big area of the old city to get a lay of the land. Covered lots more distance than you could on a walking tour. However it was like a walking tour in that you would stop every 5 minutes or so, the guide would give a little history / background, then you'd move on. Was not a problem with cars - more people to avoid than cars. Lasted about 2 hours. Good overview of the city - do this the first day then go back on foot to the places that interested you. Please try to get to the meeting place early or at least on time to not inconvenience the other riders.

Excellent, interesting and fun. Highly recommend.
Loved it. Our tour guides were so knowledgeable. Elisa in the morning tour and Valentina in the afternoon...both guides were fabulous! Brought the art to life with the info and stories. I can and #39;t imagine not signing up for this tour and trying to do it myself.
We thoroughly enjoyed the HASSLE FREE EXPERIENCE. The Assisi and Siena stops were well worth the time...beautiful. Florence was amazing. Then off to Balogna and Padova before Venice. Words can't describe!! Our tour director Lucy made everything memorable! Lover the tour! Be sure to book the Venice hotel on the island, it is right on the Grand Canal.

The tour is well organised and commences on time and content is consistent with the tour description and detail in the booking information. The morning tour guide Patrizia was fantastic, her passion and enthusiasm for the city and the art in the Accademia Gallery was matched by her knowledge and understanding of the city and the art. The afternoon tour of the Uffizi Gallery was well conducted and the guide Antonio gave a terrific tour of the gallery, explaining in detail the art works and the various artists responsible for the works.
Crooked this tour to anyone wanting to see great art, the cathedral and gain a very good understanding of the city.

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and I learned a lot about Florence's history.
A must tour to do Florence in one day!! Highly recommended.
We had two different tour guides, Angela in the morning and Angelo in the afternoon. Both were very informative, pleasant and loved what they were describing. It was very enjoyable to experience their love of art and Florence. Their English was fantastic. Although we had skip the line passes, we still had to wait in line for about 40 minutes which is nothing compared to ones that do not buy ahead. We were told that Thursdays seem to be the busiest days at the museum because the cruise ships dock in Florence that day. There is a lot of walking and a lot steps so wear your most comfortable shoes!
Great tour guide. You will not be disappointed. Highly recommended
It was nice to do a morning tour and then break for lunch on our own and regroup for the afternoon tour.
Ou morning guide was very knowledgeable and did a good job, but I did not get her name. Angelo Angelo was fantastic guide at the Uffizi Gallery, lots of stories and insights, appreciated his passion! The earphones are very nice and able to hear the guides well!
This was the second time we have done this tour as we took our son, daughter in law and granddaughter this trip. The day is fabulous and so informative. It's a great introduction to Florence.
Our tour guides, Charles and Angelo, were very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. They really seemed to love the subject matter. We learned a lot and enjoyed the experience very much.
We're so happy that we booked this tour. Historic Florence is teeming with tourists and walking through the crowds takes so much time. A bike tour makes it so much easier. You get a good overview of area in a much shorter space of time... especially when you have a guide that knows where she's going. Marzia was our guide and she was excellent. When you're visiting such a historical city, it's invaluable having someone who can bring the history to life for you. The same goes for the Academia Gallery. She provided context and we viewed the gallery in a manageable period of time. She was worth her weight in gold. Actually, she was worth more than her weight in gold. She was short. :
In fact, we so enjoyed the Florencetown tour, we booked another two tours!
A great tour... Eliseo our guide for the day was wonderful and fun to be around. He was also very knowledgeable about the local area. The women that led the trail ride spoke between themselves almost the entire ride but the beautiful views made up for that.

Great tour guides!
Really enjoyed this tour, both of our guides were amazing. It does involve a fair bit of walking and climbing stairs particularly in the afternoon segment but well worth it. The museums are quite crowded but our guides were both patient and waited to allow us the best views. Would recommend this to anyone who wants a good overview of Florence and entry to the museums without having to queue for hours.
