At first, you will learn how to make traditional khachapuri on the cooking class, according to old recipes of families from the villages of Ajara region. It is the cheese pie with egg yolk in the center, which is well-known in Georgia but requires some secret technics to be cooked. You will also make khinkali in the style of highlanders from the north of Georgia.Then, you will attend the traditional Georgian "supra" (feast). Table with traditional food and drinks will be served for you. Homemade wine and chacha from your own cellar is also included.
