Great trip very well organised and went smoothly. Said our guide was very knowledgeable and gave us a good insight into ancient Egypt. The cushions and goodie bag on the mini bus are a lovely touch . Would recommend this trip to anyone looking to go to the valley of the kings ,very good value for money.
An ambitious programme sandwiched between two long minibus trips proved to be a great success and a wonderful day out, full of with terrific memories.
Ramashka Tours provided a really good personal service and we were happy to be in their friendly, safe and efficient hands.
The new Toyota minibus was very comfortable and well equipped, even having a video screen for movies and Egyptian history documentaries to keep us entertained.
We met our guide Sayed in Luxor and he did a great job throughout the day, enabling us to see all the highlights on offer in Luxor - and there are many of them. Sayed gave us a very interesting and informative commentary which engaged all the members of our group, in particular our youngest son, aged 10. He also provided good advice regarding souvenirs and dealing with street traders.
Even though we were limited to the one day, our guide Sayed ensured we saw all the best bits of the Karnak Temple, the Valley of the Kings, Queen Hatsetshup's temple and viewed all of Luxor's other major attractions, by land and also by boat, during a very enjoyable trip on the Nile. The lunch was very good too, at a very nice restaurant overlooking the Nile.
We found the experience of visiting the ancient tombs in the Valley of the Kings to be quite exhilarating and this was aided significantly by our excellent guide and tour company
Experience ancient Egypt’s most iconic sites on a full-day tour to Luxor from Hurghada, El Gouna, or Makadi. Explore a complex of royal tombs in the Valley of the Kings, and walk the imposing arcades at the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, the powerful ruler who became Egypt’s first female pharaoh. Slip between the crumbling Colossi of Memnon, stroll through the chapels, temples and sacred lake at the Karnak Temple, then return to the present with a trip to an alabaster factory and papyrus bazaar.
A long day but Definitely worth it! The company was very well organised and the transport was great, brand new van and pillows, much better than another company we went with later in the week. Snacks were provided and we had an excellent guide ‘Mama’. Only negative was an expensive transfer of £25 from Makadi Bay , but overall an excellent trip and would definitely recommend this company .
We highly recommend this tour! We were picked up outside of our hotel at 02:45 in a small van with four other passengers. They provided us with some small snacks and water, and we were on our way to Cairo. The trip is obviously a bit long, so we slept for the beginning, but once it was light out it was very pretty and an enjoyable trip. We started at the Egyptian Museum, which I didn't have any expectations for, but ended up being a great supplement to the trip, as I learned a lot of history I didn't know about and it ended up making the pyramids even greater. Mama was our tour guide in Cairo, and as every other review says, he was amazing! He really treated us like his own family and wanted to make sure we had the best experience possible. After the museum, we paid 200 lira extra ($15?) to take a Nile cruise. They make it seem optional but it's really not, so bring extra money for that. The cruise was nice though (very cold), and it took us to lunch. Lunch was really great, and Mama was great about getting us there before other tourist groups arrived. After that we headed to the pyramids, and of course the best part of the trip. The pyramids were awesome. Mama made sure to get our pictures throughout it, and took us to a great panoramic spot that no other tourist were at. We learned a lot of history and they definitely lived up to the hype. The only downside of the trip was right after the pyramids, you're taken to a shop to have tea and coffee, but really it is someone trying to get you to buy fragrances. If you say you don't want tea or coffee, he makes you get some anyway. And then they make you try fragrances and really pressure you to buy something. One person in our group did but it's uncomfortable when everyone is just sitting there not buying anything.
Other than that though, the trip was amazing! It was a great price and I would do it again and again!
Brilliant experience to learn some of Egypt's history
, Feb 2020
Brilliant day from start to finish . Mini bus great and the added cushions a delightful extra as was the goodie bag. Our guide mama was so knowledgeable and passionate it made us hungry for more history of Egypt so have booked a tour for luxor. It is a long day but absolutely worth it . A big thank you to the two drivers also who are a marvel at getting through the streets of Cairo safely .
While in Hurghada, seize the opportunity to visit Cairo on a full-day trip with a professional guide. After an early start, journey to Cairo by air-conditioned coach and explore the main must-sees. Visit the world-famous Egyptian Museum to view its ancient artifacts, including Tutankhamun’s treasures and gold death mask; and if you wish, take an optional look at the incredible Mummy Room. After an included lunch, continue to Giza and ogle the Great Pyramids and Sphinx, the last remaining Ancient Wonder of the World, as your guide explains their history.
My gf and I were on 3 similiar daytrips, and this one is the best by far! Crew was friendly, and had the trip well organized - I was able to get within 1m of the dolphins, jump from the top of the boat, see the coral reefs, eat a delicious meal and chat and make friends. Definitely try it out.
We had a great experience with this tour. We were lucky to actually see dolphins (in &out of water) which I didn't believe when I booked the trip!
The team was great and made the day entertaining. Everything was enjoyable about this trip. The only thing is that we felt rushed when snorkeling (on free time) even though the boat got back at 3pm (a bit early). I strongly recommend this tour as we had a lot of fun and saw great things!
Dolphins are not guaranteed on every tour, we were unfortunate to not see any at all during our tour. The snorkeling was good, however, and very well-worth it. The only downfall was that everyone on board smokes cigarettes, and if you are not a smoker you cannot escape the smoke. Our lunch that was included did not settle very well and we were sick upon returning to our hotel at the end. The 'banana boat' part of the tour we excluded all together after seeing four banana boats go out on the water and everyone on board was flipped over into the water. Being on the Red Sea was fun and the snorkeling was great, just a few logistics made this a less than ideal rating.
Cruise over the Red Sea to spot and swim with wild dolphins, and ride a banana boat on this full-day trip from Hurghada, El Gouna, or Makadi. Sail to the Dolphin House, an area known for its high density of wild dolphins. Watch for these beautiful mammals in their natural habitat, and take a swim: with luck, dolphins might play alongside you. While you’re here, snorkel around the fish-filled corals or sunbathe on deck—the choice is yours. Cap your adventures with onboard lunch and unforgettable banana boat ride.
Discover the “City of a Thousand Minarets” on a full-day tour of Cairo, with round-trip transfers by bus from Hurghada.
Upon arrival, your private Egyptologist guide will take you to Giza Plateau to see the oldest of the 7 Wonders of the Ancient World. Get breathtaking views of the Pyramids of Giza as you explore the mortuary temples of Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinus.
Continue to the Great Sphinx, the giant statue of a reclining mythical beast with a lion’s body and the face of the Pharaoh Khafre. Go to the Valley Temple opposite, attributed to the Pharaoh Khafre, and marvel at the feat of ancient engineering.
After lunch, drive into central Cairo to explore the artifacts of the Egyptian Museum in Tahrir Square. The museum’s collections exceed 120,000 masterpieces from the pre-dynastic to the Pharaonic and Greco-Roman periods. Learn about the mummification art of Ancient Egypt before your return transfer to Hurghada.
Visit the magical Giftun Island National Park. Enjoy snorkeling on amazing coral reefs with a variety of beautiful fish and swim with dolphins and partake in exciting water sports. Take your delicious lunch on the boat.
4 Hours Snorkeling With Dolphins Trip By A Private Speed Boat
From $108.71 (Price varies by group size )
Great trip with snorkeling and dolphins!
, Dec 2019
Someone picked us up at our hotel and took us to the marina. We had a boat driver and a guide, Jamal. Jamal was great! He guided us at the first coral reef, which was beautiful. Then we came upon a family of dolphins! Our boat driver followed them so we could swim with them. They took us to a private island, which wasn't that great to be honest; skip it if you can. And then we ended the trip with another coral reef. Total trip was about 3.5 hrs.
Venture out onto the Red Sea in a speedboat for a half-day private snorkeling excursion in search of dolphins. Head to a coral reef, dubbed the “Dolphin House,” and don you snorkel gear for a snorkel safari to find these majestic creatures. In addition to dolphins, you can spot colorful corals, fish, manta rays, moray eels, and more at the Dolphin House and El Fanadir reefs. Then, visit Abu Minqar Island and make a final snorkel stop at a shipwreck.
Day Trip to Luxor from Hurghada with Hotel Pickup and Lunch
Long trip but worth it
, Feb 2020
Long trip, but absolutely worth it. Our guide was very passionate about his job. The day was packed with interesting sites and he told us a lot about the Egyptian culture and history. Boat trip was not included, we paid 100 Egyptian pounds pp. Lunch was nice and there was enough food. Bring something for the long ride (4,5-5 hours one way Hurghada - Luxor by microbus).
We had a really good guide, who gave us loads of information and took us to all the good spots. Luxor was amazing and we got to see everything as advertised. But they also took us to shops (alabaster and papyrus factory and shop) which wasn’t in the itinerary and the prices there were way high. Also be aware there might be small children on the trip which doesn’t really make sense being a historical tour. Overall still satisfied with the tour for the price (:

We were picked up from our hotel at 5.30am in a very comfortable vehicle. Our drive was 3.5 hours to our first stop, where we met with Marian who was our very friendly and knowledgeable guide for the whole day. After our first temple Marian said we were heading to the Nile where a boat would take us to a restaurant on the other side. She phoned our lunch order ahead and we had a lovely trip across. Lunch was plentiful and excellent. Soup, salad and flatbread with hummus, followed by chicken or beef or fish or vegetarian with rice. After lunch was the actual Vally of the kings then two more temples. We were really well looked after and I felt the extra cost to have our own vehicle and guide was well worth it. An amazing day we will all remember (6 of us). Special thanks to our wonderful guide Marian.

Round-trip flights, hotel transfers, and lunch are included on this private tour.
A terrific day out overall. We felt the magic of Giza, the Nile and the most awe-inspiring exhibits of the Eqyptian Museum.
The journey from Hurghada commenced at an unearthly 3am but was reasonably comfortable in a 20-seater coach. Great early-morning views of the Gulf of Suez helped pass the time and a services stop that was surprisingly similar to what we are used to on the M4 in the UK!
We eventually arrived in Cairo about 9am, most of the people in the coach having had at least a little bit of sleep. Our guide for the day, Ahmed, boarded and gave us all the boost of energy that we needed with his enthusiasm and the obvious joy and pride that he got from his job. He mapped out the day's programme very clearly and everyone was content to go with his recommendations. As there is so much to see in Cairo, one day could never really do it full justice. However, the programme successfully provided all the things that we most wanted to see plus many extras that our guide was able to provide through his extensive knowledge and friendships with officials at the places we visited. Ahmed engaged with everyone in the group very well, displaying his range of language skills, and was particularly good at responding to the questions posed by our 10 year old son and providing him with fascinating facts and personal insight.
Our co-drivers did a great job whizzing us around Cairo under Ahmed's direction, helping to ensure that we didn't waste much time in the terribly busy city traffic.
After an enjoyable boat trip on the Nile, an excellent lunch was provided in a very pleasant restaurant with good views of the pyramids.
We whizzed around the sights at Giza under Ahmed's direction, which maximised our opportunities for great photographs of all the pyramids and the Sphinx and its temple.
We finished with the inevitable visit to a perfume shop but I think most people were too tired to take much interest, although it was quite pleasant to sit there with a cup of mint tea.
Another 6 hour drive back to Hurghada then followed, but was quite bearable and was helped by having had such an excellent and memorable day out.
Staying in Hurghada needn’t mean missing out on the joys of Cairo. Check off the city’s star attractions in just one day on this convenient guided tour. First, head to Giza for the Pyramids of Giza, the Great Sphinx, and the Valley Temple. Next, soak up the atmosphere in Cairo as you visit the Egyptian Antiquities Museum. Your tour includes lunch and hotel transfers.
Dolphin Habitat Snorkeling Tour from Hurghada, Makadi or El Gouna
Nice boat day trip
, Nov 2019
The boat trip itself was very nice, we got to see dolphins even at one of the two snorkeling spots. Snorkeling spots were very well chosen and the crew was friendly. Massage on the boat was surprisingly good, we do recommend it. The drive from the hotel to the marina was strangely quiet, but all in all the day trip was a good experience that we would recommend!
Snorkel among vibrant corals, native fish, and dolphins during this full-day tour departing from El Gouna, Makadi, or Hurghada. Board a comfortable boat at the nearby pier to meet your friendly, experienced captain and crew. Set out into the Red Sea in search of pods of dolphins. Don the provided snorkel equipment and dive in to explore the underwater world, populated by vibrant coral, tropical fish, and other marine life. Back on board, enjoy a hearty lunch before returning to the pier. Round-trip transportation from your hotel in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle is included.
We had great day visiting Dolphin House! The tour is very well organized, fun people, clean boat. We have great memories: we saw and we actually swim with dolphins. Fresh drinks all day long, good food. Recommended! I took many tours while in Hurghada, but this was was from far the best!
Dolphin House trip in the most beautiful trip to see the dolphin in its natural environment at a time when you have a chance not frequent swimming next to the dolphins in a rare experience. The trip program also includes water games and lunch, which consists of an open buffet containing meat and salads, fruit. Water, soft and hot drinks are available during the whole trip which starts around 7:30 am and ends around 4:00 pm.
Kindly remember to take your own towels with you as you will receive the snorkeling tools (masks and swimming fins) Remember that Adolph marine organism is affected by circumstance atmosphere and the weather so sometimes you may see it and sometime you may not.
This trip was our favourite part of our 9 days in Hurghada. The quad biking into the desert was amazing & you catch a beautiful sunset whilst you are there. Camel ride was short but was fine. Food and entertainment at the end of the day was a huge bonus! Thank you for a brilliant trip
Overall the experience was good, taking speed over the body shaking rocky sands on the bikes. Brief look at village life/ camel ride but great views from top of mountain able to climb during the stopover. Only negative was pressure to buy DVD/PHOTO which the guy was taking during the experience(many were taken individually/group shots),600 Egypton dollors but on viewing at home( only way to check) was none of myself/group where on disc's so total waisted of money for me... Just be warned!!!
This was a fun tour, however there were a few disappointments. The lack of professionalism from the guides upon meeting them was less than impressive, the cigarettes hanging from their mouths was really disgusting, especially since they smoked at almost every break right in front of us. The 'camel ride' is a rather pathetic 2-minute ride around a single mound of sand in a circle. The ATV part of the tour was fun, however, we enjoyed that very much.
Zoom across the desert by quad bike and visit a traditional Bedouin village on a 5-hour afternoon adventure from Hurghada. Climb aboard a rugged quad bike and feel the thrill as you follow your guide over the desert terrain to a Bedouin settlement. Chat to the friendly locals over tea and, if you wish, puff a shisha (Arabic water pipe), plus enjoy dinner. Enjoy a camel ride across the sands and watch a beautiful desert sunset from a dune before riding your quad bike back to base.
It's worth it to explore Hurghada with a local guide. Ruby was very friendly and willing to show us lots of interesting places: panorama view, the port, the fish market, the mosque, the church, we had some tea, the local market and at the end we did some tourist shopping. He will give a lot of interesting information. During the shopping someone will accompany you to guide you.
Rabie was an excellent guide. Friendly and knowledgable, he really took the time to show me the life of locals in Hurghada.
Exceptional value for money and a fascinating insight into Egyptian culture. Would absolutely recommend.

Well organized trip, excellent and friendly staff. We were the first group in the Orange bay - without a lot of tourist!! We spent there 1,5 hour (this was a bit short). I could stay there for a whole day, but I think it is not possible. After the island visit we had delicious lunch at the boat. Then we had 2 stops for snorkling. I recommend this tour!!!
You’ll discover one of the liveliest seabed in the world, you’ll swim between the bright colours of the red sea while a Caribbean sun shines during the entire trip. Our driver will pick you up from the hotel in high-class vehicles with A/C

Afterwards, watch the sunset between the beautiful mountains. You will have a photo session on the beach before driving to other spots where you will see the beautiful corals from above.
This was an excellent but a very long day when you travel from Hurghada. The tour commenced with a visit to the Egyptian Museum and I visited the Jewellery Room and saw treasures from the Pharaohs' tombs including the gold mask of Tutankhamun. from the Museum, we went on a boat trip on the Nile which was interesting before lunch in Giza and a visit to the Pyramids. This is another sight in Cairo which should not be missed. The huge size of even the smallest of the three pyramids was impressive.
We next saw the Sphinx at some distance before going on to an unwanted visit to a perfume factory. This review would have had five stars if we had spent time having a closer view of the Sphinx and not being rushed off to visit a perfume factory. We were also due to visit a papyrus factory but it was cancelled following an overwhelming majority of us choosing to start the long journey back to Hurghada.
I left Hurghada at 0245 returning at 2330 so if you book this trip which is very enjoyable, be prepared for a long coach journey.
Visit Cairo without the expense, hassle, or carbon cost of flying on this great-value all-inclusive bus tour, with transfers from central Hurghada hotels. Hit the essential highlights in a day, from the Giza Pyramids and the Sphinx, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, to the Egyptian Museum, home to priceless treasures, and the 12th-century Cairo Citadel. Excellent journey with our driver, who was very good and very funny! Our Egyptologist guide, Osama, was very informative and kind!. A great way to see the incredible ancient world that is Luxor!! 5* Thank you!!!
There is no place in the world must be seen as Luxor, a guided day trip from Hurghada to Luxor should be on top of everyone’s priority. We start from Hurghada up to Luxor in a journey of 4 hours. Pick up from hotels around 05:30 am. There will be a stop if needed for breakfast,
drinks and toilets. This Elite Trip is a tailor made option. In the east side of the Nile our customers can choose between Karnak temple Or Luxor temple. In the west side customers can choose between the Valley of kings Or the Valley of Queens then the last choice between the temple of queen Hatshepsut Or the temple of king Ramsses III (Madinat Habu). We start our visit with Karnak or Luxor temples then the boat trip in Nile for lunch in the west side. Visits to the Valley of the Kings or queens depends on our client's choice and the beautiful temple of the queen Hatshepsut or the awesome temple of Ramsses III (Madinat Habu) plus the two colossal statues of Memnon. It is such a trip will be in memories for ever.
Luxor Excursion “Valley of the Kings” from Hurghada
Amazing trip to Luxor
, Jan 2020
Two days after visiting Cairo this was a second trip within one week wirh this agency.
Perfectly organized program with its nice and friendly crew!!! We couldn't imagine to see so many attractions within one day, especialy not for that price.
We also took a boat trip to Banana island and it was fun.
Thanks to Mohammed & Co we really enjoyed this unforgetable day a lot!
We knew that there would be a long bus ride there and back which was quite boring. We picked the guide up near to Luxor. He was very knowledgeable but had too many people to herd and had difficulty being heard over the hubbub. He didn't have an easily seen identity (a flag or parasol which is easy to follow). He also had some very active people who walked on ahead and someone in a wheelchair who was pushed by a person who was challenged by the terrain, This meant that he had a difficult time there. It would have been better if there was another English speaking guide to ensure smaller numbers. I believe that the Germans on the bus had a much better guide to tourist ratio.
The trip across the Nile was interesting but getting on to and off the boat on the East bank was rather challenging for those who were not sure footed. We spent too long on lunch and in the Alabaster factory and as a consequence couldn't spend much time in the valley of the Kings.
On a positive note the guide spoke well and was very informative. The large number of English speakers was not his fault.
We enjoyed the tour of the temple
time in the Karnak temple area as there were many other tour groups there too..
Guide was brilliant, coach assistants were disorganised, rude and abrupt. Food stop was great food but again it was rushed. Main dissapointment was not going to Tutankhamons tomb as we were not made fully aware that we had to buy tickets at the gate separatey. Still worth the trip and great value for money.
Discover the wonders of ancient Egypt on this fun and interesting full-day tour from Hurghada to Luxor. After the pick-up at your hotel you will explore the Temple of Karnak, Hatshepsut, the impressive Valley of the Kings, Colossi of Memnon and take a boat tour cross the Nile River.
Great time at SEA MOOn. We were picked off from our hotel exactly at the time we agreed on. The boat was clean and nice. We were 15-20 participants so we got the special one on one treatment. Yacht was clean and had more than Two bathrooms and many showers. Food was tasty and the crew were amazing. Multiple snorkeling spots, visit to the island where you can swim and chill, and even did fishing on the boat. This is a trip for everyone, young or senior, you will have a great time. We had kids as young as 7 and seniors as old as 62 and everyone seemed happy
We had booked this snorkeling trip for Nov 6, 2019 on Viator website. The cost was CAD$54.20 total for two adults. We were picked-up on time at about 8:30 am from our hotel with another two guest and then transferred to the port and boat. The weather was very sunny. It was a beautiful day cruising with the boat out to the snorkeling site. All snorkeling equipment was provided. On arrival at the first reef site, there were many boats anchored and many snorkeling groups in the water. It was crowded with snorkellers but the reef area was teaming with sea life (we saw many species of colorful fish, moray ells which came out of its den to feed from the guide, and many types of coral). This trip included a second snorkelling site which was literally about 50 - 100 meters away and was not worth moving to. It was better to have just spent the whole time at the first site. Never the less, the whole day was very enjoyable even if you didn't snorkel because you could just enjoy the beautiful sunny day out on the Red Sea, and even get a sun tan. After returning to port, we were transferred back to our hotels by about 5 pm. The boat staff and snorkeling guide were friendly and helpful during our full day trip with lunch & coffee/tea included.
Head out on the waters of the Red Sea on a full-day snorkeling tour from Hurghada. You’ll travel by boat toward Giftun Island, where you can jump in to swim and snorkel with the native marine life. Lunch is provided on board. By booking this tour in advance, you won’t have to worry about missing out if it fills up on your preferred day.

Your tour includes door-to-door shared minibus transfers.
This day started early at 0345 and after many hotel pick-ups we were finally on the road two hours later. The day in Luxor started with a visit to the Karnak Temple which was outstanding and after lunch, a ferry trip across the Nile to the Western shore where we visited the Valley of the Queens and the Al-Deir Al-Bahari temple. These were outstanding and the opportunity to see the paintings 3500 years old in superb condition was memorable.
The unnecessary visit to an alabaster factory with its schooled choir of lecturers was a distraction which added nthing to the day but thankfully the visit was very short.
This review would have had a five star rating if it had not been for the Nile River trip. This trip left from the point where we had disembarked having crossed the Nile from Luxor and then landed on a small island where we saw tropical fruits growing before trying them and then returning straight across the Nile to Luxor to board the coach. We in effect paid ten euros st cross the River when we could have stayed in the coach.
After pick-up from your hotel, drive to Luxor to visit the most famous monuments in all Egypt, including the temple at Karnak. After that, relax over lunch at a local restaurant in Luxor. Then get on board a Felucca, a type of sailing boat typical in Egypt to cross over the Nile to the City of the Dead (optional).
The impressive Colossi of Memnon will greet you there – the the last remnants of the Temple of Amenophis III. Be enthralled by the magnificent architecture of the Valley of the queens and visit the temple of Hatshepsut, one of the female rulers of Ancient Egypt. After you've had enough time to explore the extensive monuments to your satisfaction, you will be driven back to your hotel.probaly back at 21:30 pm
Adrenaline junkies will thrill to the roar of a quad bike on this morning desert safari. After transfer to the base station and a quick orientation, race 16 miles (25 kilometers) across the desert sands. Along the way, enjoy a camel ride, sip Bedouin tea and—if you’d like—try a traditional shisha water pipe. Finally, transfer back to your hotel.
