Testimony:"Ramen and Gyoza Extraordinaire My partner took me to Tokyo for a quick adventure in honor of my 49th birthday. The highlight of our trip was cooking with the instructor. She welcomed us into her beautiful home and taught us how to make homemade ramen and gyoza. She is a professional chef, having lived and worked in New York and Chicago for a number of years, and her expertise is clear. She is organized, and she makes cooking seem effortless. She did quite a bit of prep work before our arrival and made sure we were okay with the tasks she assigned us: chopping, dicing, stir-frying, folding gyoza. Our creations were absolutely delicious, the best we have ever tasted. How fulfilling to know that we made them ourselves. We enjoyed our time with the instructor immensely and felt that we left her home as "friends" rather than students or clients. "
