Mick, the driver, was fabulous and the spots to visit were good but the amount of time at each stop was not well thought out - Ross Castle, for instance, There was not enough time for a tour so you either got off and walked around yourself or waited multiple hours which seemed like too much time. I would also suggest working on the printed schedule. Just about everyone that got on with us had questions about it because they were unsure how it worked.

Evidently this is a new service and no one was sure at the visitors center which bus we were suppose to take. We ended up on a shuttle to Muckross house which I could have booked at a less expensive price. Once the kinks are worked out I am sure this will be a much better experience.
