Set your intentions for the day during a relaxing sunrise SUP Yoga class.
Don't worry if you haven't tried SUP or Yoga before, this class is suitable for beginners of both activities. You'll learn the basics of paddle boarding while we're still on the sand, and then we'll head out on the water. You'll enjoy a short cruise around the bay, and then anchor up to start the "floating yoga" sequence.
Our SUP Yoga teacher, Tammy, teaches a gentle Yin-Yang style class on the paddle boards. The "floating yoga" sequence will start with some gentle Hatha yoga poses, followed by some relaxing Yin yoga poses, and finish up with savasana. You may get a little wet, but don't worry we're in the tropics and the water is warm.
The only pre-requisite is that you know how to swim. We do not wear life jackets during the SUP Yoga paddle tour.
