fantastic trip, really well organised and guide was superb.
This was an extremely informative tour. Picked up on time and the guides knew their stuff. Definitely got to be seen.
The weather didnt cooperate on this tour, but added a more Solemn feeling to our Tour. The Salt mine is a Breathtaking experience...and Auschwitz should be a MUST experience for everybody...so grateful for the Tour and the memories we brought home! David and Ianne . Toronto Canada

Feel everyone should go to one of these camps in their lifetime so that the suffering that the people endured here will never be forgotten it is hard to believe mans inhumanity to itself but it did happen and we must ensure it never happens again. We never took any photographs choosing to remember with our eyes and out of respect .What i found really difficult were people taking selfies in the most harrowing places of the camp, the people who died here were denied a future they committed no crime the reason they were persecuted is that they were Jews .Me it will stay with me i felt the suffering because i wanted to try and imagine what it must of been like to arrive there and go through that experience....
Fantastic tours very emotional at the camps. Salt mine was fantastic. Guides on all the trips were excellent and very knowledgeable
The pick up at our hotel was flawless. Our trip was an English language trip. Our guide spoke perfect English, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Other than the weather .... rain ... which couldn't be helped the entire trip was excellent.
Highly recommend this trip ,our viator representative met us outside our hotel and escorted us to our bus was a very informative tour but haroing at the same time.
We had heard a lot about the Holocaust but until we visited Auschwitz the full horror of events had not hit home. But here you cannot fail to be appalled at the sheer brutality of the men who ran these camps. It is a most sobering and thought-provoking place and we should be grateful that it has been turned into a museum so that the world never forgets the atrocities committed during World War 2 by this regime.
These two tours were great. Don't miss them. It is a lot of walking but well worth it.
great tour leader - new the history - can't fault it
Great organization, we were picked up near our hostel at exact time. Ana was our guide, very profesional and informative.
Moving tour of Auschwitz-Birkenau with excellent tour guide.
extremely well organised and very interesting
Excellent pick up and drop off service
Would highly recommend visiting Auschwitz-Birkenau through the tour, you cut the huge queue and go straight to the entrance with the tour guide and get headphones so you can hear them throughout the tour. Take an umbrella! Lots of walking.
Very moving and interesting experience.
This was a great tour! Our guides were excellent at explaining and showing us around Auschwitz and the Salt Mines. Loved that it was a small group!
Excellent Tour. This has to be done if visiting Krakow. Will definitely affect they way you view life.
Educational, tear-jerking, but with a super guide telling everything from the heart and telling how it really was, the tour is a must, something that has to be done if you are in Krakow or nearby
Very informative, words can and #39;t express the feelings I felt. It certainly opened my eyes (even more) to the atrocities! It and #39;s a must if you visit Kraków. Wrap up (if you visit Oct - Mar), wear comfy shoes and a few tissues.

Very professional and well organised trips, would definitely do this over two half days as I feel would be very long if all in one day. We were picked up at 7am for Auschwitz-Birkenau and returned at 2pm then on the second day to the Salt mine picked up at 9 and returned at 2. Tour guides were professional, friendly and very informative. Make sure you wear suitable shoes and clothing as a lot of walking involved in both visits
Great tour guide- very informative. A point in history that should be remembered.
The guide we had at the museum was really good, very informative and professional
Pick up and drop off by the tour company was first class, would definitely recommend
Well organised, our guide was excellent. Thank you

Pick up from hotel on time. All transfers were in comfortable luxury coaches. We did both tours in one day which was a long day but not on bad. In fact, I'd recommend doing both on the same day. In the morning/early afternoon you see the absolute worst side of mankind at Auschwitz/Birkenau which is an interesting but ultimately harrowing experience. However, at the Wieliczka salt mines you see the ingenuity and collaborative brilliance of humankind. They are amazing. Far better than I'd imagined. There are beautiful chapels, lagoons and about 3.5km of mines about 100m below ground.
