Skip the Line: Kuala Lumpur Petronas Twin Towers Admission Ticket with Delivery
, Jan 2020
Actually a 31/2 star rating but that's not available. Probably overpriced and skip the line wasn't worth it as there was no line, just a handful of people.
The tour was ok and the views were great. We did a 7.30pm tour. The Towers are an amazing structure. Still worth doing.
The evening water fountain display in the park out the back, after wards was amazing. A must see.
Our ticket were waiting for us at our hotel. Skip the line ensured seamless entry to this must see attraction. A great place to start your visit to KL. Fantastic views across an ever expanding and dynamic city.
We booked the entrance tickets while we were still in Singapore,
Viator gave me a call where to bring the entrance tickets. Our flight was delayed from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur, nevertheless our tickets were there on time!

The service worked great. They reached out to me before my visit and even dropped off the tickets at the hotel concierge the day before I arrived. When I checked into my hotel they had my tickets waiting for me.
The Petronas towers experience itself is separate from this booking service, but here's what to expect:
Upon arrival you'll have to queue up for security (no bags, etc.) and you'll be put into a group of about 20 people with whomever is around you in the queue. You'll go up to the sky bridge first for some views - you'll be timed and required to stay with your group. Then you'll go up to the top. We didn't feel rushed at the top, and actually started on our way down before they officially told our group we had to depart.
There's a small gift shop near the top, and a larger one at the bottom. If you like tall buildings and observation decks, its a worthwhile sight to see.
