The secret to success for Ceretto Winery in Piedmont is owed to the exceptional soil and climate of the Langhe and the proprietors’ passion and wisdom to capture this quality in the wine. Ceretto understood this in the 1930s when he began winemaking. His sons Bruno and Marcello completed their father’s vision when they purchased vineyards in what are today some of the most celebrated zones of Barolo and Barbaresco. In the winery’s 3 estates Ceretto produces the great Barolo and Barbaresco wines that are flagships of their production, along with other labels such as white Langhe Arneis Blangé and high quality Moscato. Then, in 2009, The Grape was built at the Monsordo Bernardina winery. It is a transparent bubble that has the illusion of being suspended over the vineyards and is open for wine tastings, events, conferences, and more! Please note, in case of unavailability of the winery, we'll find the best and closest solution for a great experience!

This visit is special because there is not only a company behind it, but the visceral passion of the people who are part of it. Do not visit the historic winery Germano Angelo, it is like losing an important piece of Barolo history. Teobaldo Germano, was the founder and first president of the social cellar of Barolo that obtained numerous prizes and mentions. Dissolved in 1930, it was bought by Davide Germano and transformed into its own cellar, the now restored rooms where the tasting takes place. Davide himself who founded the Consortium for the Protection of Barolo and Barbaresco in 1934. And then there's innovation, through Viviana Germano who throws himself into regenerative horticulture founding the az. agricultural the Flying Hens Wood. The dishes you will taste in combination with the wines are prepared starting from the raw materials produced in the vegetable garden. We are not here to tell everything ... to discover our world for ourselves.
