Wild West Ranch Dinner and Entertainment in Lanzarote
, Dec 2019
Good family entertainment. The youngest (5-12) who are least shy will be on the dance floor first. With so many adults around, guests should make up their mind to set on the floor and dance to make it truly worth it. The show itself is very entertaining and the food good. For those driving in its next door to the main zoo!!
Experience a Spanish-style country and western night in Lanzarote's Rancho Park. Eat, drink, and dance the night away at this evening family-friendly event, including a western-style buffet and unlimited beer, sangria, and soft drinks.
Booking online was easy and straight forward.
Staying nearby we did not need the bus service, but I gather this is timely and reliable judging by the bus load which got dropped off to join our trip.
The trip lasted for about 50 mins and the submarine was very spacious with it being well designed so every seat gets a good view through a porthole. Little TV screens at the seats also display dive information such a depth and water temperature etc. Our trip was dual English/German and the guide effortlessly swapped from one to the other.
It was a bright sunny day and the water is clear so there was no problem with visibility, which meant we were able to see countless fish which filled the vision in shoals of flashing silver. Bream, Damselfish, Flatties, the odd Barracuda etc were all much enjoyed and with a 5 minute rest on the sea bed near a wreck we could take time to spot the better camouflaged sea life.
Great fun for the children and anyone who has never been diving.
The family photo prior to entering is not a pressured sale and is simply waiting back at the centre of wanted. We got both the pic and the fridge magnet as a reminder of a most enjoyable experience.
It is a little pricey, but then running a submarine safely won’t be cheap. I think the sub only actually goes a short distance out from the marina wall, not that it really matters much when beneath the surface.
Try and pick a day forecast for strong sun so the rays penetrate and illuminate the underwater world for all to marvel in.

Both of our adults and our 3 young children loved this trip. Trip leader was entertaining and we saw a fantastic pod of dolphins. Stunning! Great little swim with the fish too. A great 90 mins! Thank you!

Thoroughly enjoyed our day with Martina & Sylvia. Very knowledgeable, gave us lots of information on the history and current climate of the volcanoes, really interesting. Lunch was a choice of delicious rolls, an apple & water.
Anyone interested in a deep geological description of the volcanic history of Lanzarote will love this tour. The tour guides Arnolfo and Silvia were excellent. This particular day had high winds, so it presented some walking challenges, but it was a pleasant, interesting outing. The trip description says snacks would be provided, but we actually had a picnic lunch. I highly recommend this hike to anyone interested drilling down into the depths of volcanic geology.
Adolfo was very knowledgeable and he managed to simplify the concepts so that we were able to have a better understanding of how the Canary Islands were created. He was also very patient in answering our queries. The walking pace was manageable. We enjoyed ourselves.

Was beautiful,we were waited on hand and foot by nico. The captain and his wife dea were fantastic hosts and explained a lot about the island. We went to the bed at the front of the ship and were completely left to our own devices except when the awesome nico brought us drinks, snacks and blankets. Couldn't have asked for better

Admire views of the island as you travel from La Tiñosa along the coast of Playa Grande, toward Puerto Calero, Playa Quemada, a fishing fillage, and other sights.
Haven't laughed so much in ages! Food was lovely and served hot (obviously not the ice cream)!
There was a mix up on the drinks info issued by Viator, MHT are looking into the is but kindly gave us 6 drinks vouchers use because of the Inconvenience. Highly recommended for a good night out.

The experience itself was very good. Definitely worth getting there early to avoid the queues though. 3 people at the ticket office looked at the Viator voucher and didn’t recognise it. They only let us through because a big queue was building up behind us.
Las Montañas del Fuego (Mountains of Fire) are a stunning range of red and black peaks that were created as a result of volcanoes in the 1700s. Some describe this area of Timanfaya National Park as similar to the moon. Witness the magic for yourself and guarantee your entry to the park by pre-booking your admission ticket. Having the ticket in advance saves time waiting in long ticket lines, which means more time to explore.
