Join your host Ciara in her charming kitchen, and learn to cook a global vegan meal from recipes that have been influenced by her travels around the world. Your meal may include dishes such as a smoked carrot pate served on black cabbage with a dill dressing, an aubergine and wild mushroom pie topped with sweet potato and crunchy radishes, and a dessert of chocolate and coconut cake or chocolate mint mousse.
Your cooking demonstration will last about two hours, during which you will watch Ciara make three different dishes from scratch, while chatting, eating and helping her prepare a few of the ingredients for the meal.
Please note: This is
not a hands-on cooking class, but a cooking demonstration in which you will have the chance to watch an expert cook, and learn the tips and techniques involved in putting together a vegan meal.
