A really good way of seeing all around LA. I did 2 routes in one day you would struggle to do more and used it as a way of getting to the Paramount Studios tour too. The stops are clearly labelled and there are plenty of staff around the chinese theatre area to help you out with information and tickets.

Great way to get around would recommend two days we did one which was enough but two would have been great. Take water and sunscreen. Great map and easy to follow please note the stop for paramount studios you must prebook a tour otherwise you will be turned away, bad mistake on my part but still a great day and the paramount stop also has Hollywood forever cemetery.

Would have been higher rating had the bus got a little nearer the Paramount Studios. It was too hot to rush along the extra block and get back in time for return bus. Should have planned an earlier bus from Chinese Theatre.

We did not like this service at all. We've been on several Hop On Hop Offs and this one was the worst. The first bus we got on turned off the narration and missed several stops. We went to Paramount Studios and tried to catch a bus after to continue the route to connect to another line. In the middle, we were forced off the bus and were told to wait 30 min for another. Then, the connection bus was late for the Santa Monica route. We wasted 1.5 hrs to get to Santa Monica and were told the last bus is leaving in 45 min. That bus stop was so secluded no one knew where it was, even when I called the company, they didnt know. We had to run around and prey we didn't miss it. Then, when the bus finally arrived, it had issues and bounced around like a trampoline. Not a good experience at all.

The tour bus website , never showed a map - so i had no idea how far we would have to drive to get on the bus with our printed passes. We decided to park at Paramount Studio Tour and get on the tour bus there. We waited at the "bus stop" for 45 minutes, before realizing we were wasting our day - and called for the fifth time to exact our pick up location. That was when we were told two walk five blocks up and wait in front of a seedy car cover seat store. We stood and watched as the big red bus drove right by us. So we called again - t be told that another bus would be by in 30 minutes. We wish we had gone with another company. We will never use your services again.
