Palisades Park: Things To Do

Los Angeles’s Palisades Park is one of the last bastions of things to do in Los Angeles that are truly free and wonderful. Famous for its jogging paths and wonderful natural scenery, any visit to Palisades Park is a good visit – and in the concrete jungle that is LA, the park is a popular recreational place.

While visiting Palisades Park, consider taking the walking path along the palm tree-lined cliff to overlook the ocean. With panoramic views of the glittering Pacific down below, it’s easy to see why the famous Route 66 terminates here – the majesty of being on the end of the continent coincides with the romanticism of that long, dusty road.
