The driver/guide will pick you up from the hotel or any location of your preference in Skopje. This full day tour will start with a visit to a beautiful medieval monastery in Grachanica (90 km, approximately 1 hour and 50 minutes from Skopje), rebuilt in 1321 on the foundations of an Orthodox church from the 6th century. Then, we drive to Kosovo’s capital Prishtina (20 minutes from Grachanica). We will be able to visit the 26m high clock tower and the National Library. In the Independent House of Kosovo we will find out the story of the former president Ibrahim Rugova in the campaign for independence from Serbia, and see the Newborn Monument from 2008, when Kosovo declared its independence. Sultan Mehmet Fatih Mosque and Jashar Pasha Mosque are two beautiful Ottoman mosques and famous local attractions. Somewhere on the way, we will have lunch. In the end, we drive back to Skopje and will drop you off in any location of your preference in Skopje.

From the capital, we are travelling to the main tourist attraction in Macedonia, the town of Ohrid. Ohrid lies on the shores of the oldest lake in Europe, Lake Ohrid. Everywhere in Ohrid, breathtaking views of the Lake will fill your eyes and cameras. Called the Jerusalem on The Balkans, Ohrid is the centre from where Christianity was spread in these lands.
This tour starts by picking up the guests from the hotel, and transport to Kumanovo which is a 50 minutes ride from Skopje. We start the tour from a local restaurant, riding on asphalt road. Our first stop is Church of Saint George from XI century, famous by the architecture and fresco painting. After this visit, we continue to ride to Kokino, passing by few villages on our way. When we arrive in Kokino, we will have a view of the 4th oldest megalithic observatory in the world, according to NASA. We can see and take a seat in the special stone markers used to track the movement of the Sun and Moon on the eastern horizon. Four stone seats or "thrones" are placed in a row on the lower platform. The observatory used the method of stationary observation, marking positions of the Sun at the winter and summer solstice, as well as the equinox.After we finish view of the observatory, we return to our starting point for lunch in the local restaurant.

Although it is a longer ride, taking the new highway we will be there in approximately 4 and a half hours. We will start the tour at the House of flowers, the Mausoleum and a final resting place of the former president of Yugoslavia, Josip Bros Tito. We will visit the St Sava church on the Vracar plateau, a grandiose Orthodox Church. On our way to the Knjaz Mihajlova Street we will see: Slavija Square, the National Assembly of Serbia, the City Assembly of Belgrade (Old Palace), Terazije Square and we stop at the Republic Square. We will walk across the Knjaz Mihajlova Street for a possible lunch and a coffee break. We will continue with a visit of the Kalemegdan Fortress. We will see the wonderful view of the confluence of the rivers Sava and Danube, the sport terrains, the monuments and museum inside the gates. At the end we will get back in our comfortable vehicle and return to Skopje.
