Great guide and really worth getting up early so that you may avoid all the other tourists.
This was EXCELLENT. Missing the queue was fantastic and worth every cent. The guide was very knowledgable and detailed. Highly recommend this tour.
I loved this tour and attribution goes to Khan, our tour guide, who made the tour so enjoyable. His knowledge of the history of the Royal Family was extensive sharing tidbits of stories culled from the past. He was an excellent tour guide. I would highly recommend this tour especially the early access advantage
Thoroughly enjoyed the tour as well as the tour guide.
Our guide was very knowledgeable and we covered a lot of interesting sites, especially the palace. I would be happy to recommend it.
This was a real treat and so glad we did it. Plus there was an art exhibit that was absolutely breathtaking as an added feature in the palace at the time. One note - the ticket shows conflicting information regarding where to meet. On some it says under directions Opera subway stop and others it clearly indicates that is where you meet the tour guide. Those that didn't get clarity met us at the palace and missed some great history provided by our tour guide on the walk to the palace. Overall it was a wonderful tour.
Good tour. Unfortunately inside the palace you can not take pictures. It is an amazing place to see. The decorations and paintings and other objects used in the palace. It is worth to pay extra to get in early otherwise you have to stay in line for about 1hr or more depending the time of the day,
First part of the tour was a comfortable bus that drove around the city with ample time to stop at various locations around the city. The second part involved a walking tour of the palace with a different tour guide. Both guides were very knowledgeable and spoke excellent english. Highly recommend especially if time is short in the city.
Great. Tour had only 9 people on it. We were in the palace by ourselves for the entire tour. Saw the rooms with exceptional dialogue from the guide. Very worth it. Beat the line!!! Too.
Great quick tour of Madrid. Sylvia was a nice and informative guide with great English!

The tour was great, Rosalinda was great and she did a great job explaining.
Isabel was rude and very un-personable, I think she should not be working with the public. She did not introduce her self and left people behind, she does not had any patience and act like she was with kindergarden kids.
Included the basics
Worked great, right to the front of the line....however hoards of tour groups which enter at a different location all entered at the same time.... it would have been great if all the tour groups didn't ruin the experience..also the two rooms my wife wanted to see the silverware and china rooms were closed...there was no notification from Viator or the agency selling the card.
Doing what: Madrid Card Royal Palace
Was just ok...1st guide was not as forthcoming with information in English as she was in Spanish...was passed off to a 2nd guide, which made the small-group walking tour, not so much as we were in a very large group to tour the Royal Palace. The saving grace was that the 2nd guide was very knowledgeable and very good about switching back and forth between Spanish and English!
Tour guide was good and tour was good. But the meeting place is not clearly identified on the voucher and more than half the people didn't understand where to meet just like us. Also the tour was stated to start at 8:30 am. The palace doesn't even open until 9:00 am and with the confusion on the meeting place, we didn't start until 9:15 am. This is pretty horrendous for what is supposed to be a professional tour company.
The tour in the bus around the City was ok but this was not why I had booked the tour. I wanted to see the Royal Palace and this tour suited as it was skip the line and we had limited time. The Guide was good but at one point she got quite political about Brexit and why she wanted Spain to come out of Europe because of a certain population of people. I might really disagree with her views or I might agree but think it was really inappropriate that she discussed this with us. I also object to having to spend 20 minutes sat in the Hard Rock Café to get a free drink and some horrible sugary fluid in the hope we buy something from the shop. I feel this was unnecessary and made us even more late for the Royal Palace then we needed to be.
We picked some other guests up on our way to the Palace and this caused a bit of confusion. We arrived late and it took a while to get in the Palace. It was very busy and we waited a long time to get the earphones sorted. She then said that the tour would take an amount of time to complete and I think as we were already running late she advised if we did not have the time we should leave the tour then and go by ourselves. We tried to stay with her for the Guided tour we had paid for but it was extremely busy and groups had to wait to go into the next room until the group before had left it. We had to leave the tour group as we had a train to catch and felt disappointed we missed out on the guided part and had to rush ourselves through the Royal Palace.
The palace was beautiful and Khan was an extremely knowledgeable guide. We asked him about everything from politics, to history, to culture. It's worth the price to be the first group in the palace and it makes for beautiful pictures! When we left the palace, the entrance line was pretty long. Since the tour ended in the morning, it's also a great was to start the day. You'll have plenty of time to walk through Plaza Mayor, then through Puerta del Sol, then Museo Nacional del Prado, and finally spend the evening at Parque de El Retiro.
Interesting panoramic tour.
We did not only receive royal palace entrance ticket, but also excellent guided visit
Excellent tour by Alfonso! Extremely knowledgeable and the private early access was totally worth it!

This was everything that was promised. We had early entry before the massive crowds, and our guide was incredible. He took the time to answer all our questions and was so interesting to listen to. I would have loved to have him be my guide for all of Madrid. This was another well done tour from Amigo Tours.
