Learn to cook the authentic Italian cuisine way, in the land of wine in the Marche region of Italy.
Your 2.5 hour class will begin at 10.30 am or in the afternoon at 5.30 pm. You'll drive on your own to the selected agritourism location or choose to do your class in the city center. Once arrived, your chef will demonstrate the history of olive all'ascolana, a regional dish of fried olives with three kinds of different meat: chicken, pork and beef. Tools and ingredients provided , you'll be part of the creation of this special meal, from ingredient preparation to presentation.
Each class will have a maximum of 12 people aimed to a more focused attention from the chef.
