This tour was amazing, we did it on our first day in Marrakech and it gave us a really good overview of the city, a really rich insight into the history and culture and Aziz, the tour guide, was friendly, helpful and super knowledgeable.
We had a great half day with Rasheed. His English was superb and his knowledge of the history of marrakech, Morocco and culture was second to none. We enjoyed every moment with him. The whole day was flawless and being driven to many of the sights made it very easy in a sometimes chaotic city. I would highly recommend this tour and particularly Rasheed.
This was a great tour but too much to do in a half day. Our tour guide Al-Eddine was very knowledgeable but he did divert us to a carpet store we were not interested in and we spent too much time in there and missed a couple of places that the tour had listed. The gardens were beautiful but we were dropped off and not “guided” as expected on a private tour. The Médina was awesome (no shopping as I had hoped). I let the company know that we were not able to see a couple of places that were listed and felt that the guide had an “agenda”. Younes went out of his way to ensure that we “finished” the tour the next day (no charge) and our driver even stopped by Harley Davidson for us. We would definitely use this company again!
Explore the attractions of Marrakesh on a private tour with a driver only, or upgrade to include a guide, if you prefer. You'll visit Koutoubia Mosque and Minaret, and see other landmarks that symbolize the history and culture of the city, from past to present, such as Bahia Palace, the Saadian Tombs, botanical gardens, and Jemaa el-Fnaa.
Mohammed was a really nice guy and a very knowledgeable tour guide. Took us all around the bustle of the Medina making us feel really safe and looked after. We went down and through parts that we wouldn't have ventured on our own through fear of getting lost. Loads of history was explained and all our questions answered. Nice tea on the rooftop overlooking the square to finish. Would recommend.
Great tour. Booked for first night in Morocco and the guide showed us all the places to go and tourist traps to avoid. Also got to try local food and drink included in the tour. Great tour excellent value.
A guide is essential when it comes to navigating the narrow streets of Marrakech’s historic medina (old town), not least because they can fend off the hustlers and carpet touts. Soak up all the magic of Marrakech by night on a private walking tour with just you and your guide. Exploring from the Djemaa el Fna, enjoy musicians, snake charmers, and dancers, sip tea or coffee, and savor traditional snacks.

All in all a good tour but not exceptional
, Feb 2020
Guide arrived a bit late but once we got going was very knowledgable. He was a little heavy on the religious presentation versus historical Made great recommendation re a dinner location
A good primer to old Marrakech
We don't normally choose to do something this but glad we did, Aimed was very good and informative, we see places we would not have gone on our own or even known was there. We are mum and daughter and felt very confident walking the souks after our tour. He made all of the history sound interesting and fun as well! This was also a private tour!!!
Our guide, El Hassan, was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He was very easygoing and adapted the schedule to our needs, even stretching his time with us to make sure we weren't rushed in doing the things we wanted to do. His English (and French) is excellent. We learned a lot about the city and would highly recommend this tour to anyone.

This was fantastic tour. I wish I would have booked the full day tour. Our tour guide was so knowledgable and informative. He was accommodating and helpful. I learned so much about Marrakech that I never would have known had I not taken this tour! I highly recommend this tour.
We only had a couple of days in Marrakech so this was a perfect way to see the main sights. We modified the itinerary a little to cater for my mother and went to YSL gardens and museum instead of doing the walking part of the tour. Nourdine was so accommodating and interesting to talk to. We learnt so much about Marrakech and Morocco in general and Having a lovely van and a driver made this a comfortable and enjoyable few hours. It was the highlight of our two days here. Thanks Nourdine!

We had a fantastic afternoon being shown around the sights of marrakech. Our guide Mohammed was fantastic and truly engaging and informative. He had a great sense of humour. I would highly recommend this trip.
On this tour of Marrakech, visit Koutoubia Mosque, the Saadian Tombs, and Bahia Palace in the morning or afternoon, leaving you with time to relax or explore on your own. With a guide to lead the way around the souks, you have assistance exploring overflowing stalls and workshops less frequented by tourists. Finish up at Jemaa el-Fna square and marvel at the storytellers, musicians, snake charmers, acrobats, jugglers, and other performers. Upgrade for a private tour.
I would consider this more of a transport trip, rather than a guided tour. We were in a convoy of three vehicles, and the guide joined us after the three odd hour drive from Marrakesh. I felt that he struggled to keep the entire (large) group engaged, and at times it was difficult to hear what he was saying. The city is beautiful, and the three hours free time is more than sufficient to explore, do some shopping, and grab a meal from the plentiful restaurants.
Spend a day in the seaside community of Essaouira on a full-day trip from Marrakech, and discover an atmospheric medina, colorful bazaars, and a center that bustles with open-air cafes and seafood restaurants. Pre-booking a ride to Essaouira is a hassle-free way of making the trip, with all transport by climate-controlled minivan, plus a short guided tour of the area before exploring independently. This trip includes pickup and drop-off at centrally-located hotels in Marrakech.
My mother and I were surprised the drive was more than three hours but visiting the UNESCO site was well worth it. Our driver Hussein stopped so we could have breakfast and for pictures in several locations. He maneuvered the sometimes treacherous roads with expertise and had us back by 6:30. He made sure our guide Ali was waiting for us. Ali shared great historical and cultural stories, knew everything from names of plants, to effects of climate change, to movies and shows filmed there. He told us not only about history but the benefits of being a UNESCO site. Then dropped us off at hotel for lunch, which honestly was the only disappointing part because of the touristy atmosphere and westernized small menu (like pizza). Then Hussein was waiting for us when we were ready to return. There was no rush but we were satisfied.
I will come back and bring my family because there are stories for everyone’s interests. Thank you Hussein and Ali!
The kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou is one of the most popular day trip destinations from Marrakech. This guided tour visits the UNESCO World Heritage Site with spectacular views of the Atlas Mountains and Sahara Desert. Plus an optional camel ride through the desert, and lunch can easily be added to your experience.
Explore the heart of the old medina during this private tour of Marrakech. A personal guide accompanies your group of up to 15 through the Koutoubia Mosque, Majorelle Garden, and traditional souks. En route, your guide uncovers the city’s history and culture via its food markets, bakeries, hammams, fountains, and artisan workshops. Admission fees for Bahia Palace and Le Jardin Secret are extra.
When in Marrakech it is a must. Azim had a lot of knowledge of local life and history. He was patient with us and our questions. He also gave us a lot of tips on how to shop in souks. We had a great time!
Great tour with Azim, amazing walking through the backstreets of Marrakech, it was like going back in time. He is very passionate about what he does and his history knowledge was outstanding. Thank you Azim.
This tour takes you away from Marrakech’s most famous monuments and helps you discover the hidden treasures of the city. Exploring the city on foot means you can get to places inaccessible by car. See hidden sights of the Medina, including traditional ovens, bakeries, inns, a mausoleum, and much more. It’s a great way to hear about the local perspective of the city, and its ancient roots.
Atlas Mountains & 5 Valleys Day Tour from Marrakech - All inclusive -
, Jan 2020
Abdel was amazing, he taught us a lot and we saw wonderful things. The food at the Berber house was spectacular. The hike up the waterfall was brilliant, and the guide even showed us wild monkeys. Highly recommend.
We thoroughly enjoyed this excursion. Our guide, Aziz was very knowledgeable and open. The only thing I would suggest is that the description of the hike is updated as it did include some scrambling up and over some steep rocks. I have a shoulder injury and it was very difficult and painful but once there I had to go ahead!

This was a fantastic tour in so many ways. Nourdine, our tour guide, was wonderful. He was so knowledgeable about all of the places and sights that we saw in Marrakech. He was so nice and accommodating as well, answering all of our questions, being patient when there were line ups, and was always happy to take our picture. He also knew a lot of people around Marrakech, and his friendly demeanour was so pleasant throughout the tour. The sights that are included in this tour are among the top attractions in Marrakech, and they’re all equally beautiful and scenic. Overall, we really enjoyed this tour and highly recommend this to anyone visiting Marrakech!
This trip was a great experience and we really enjoyed our guide Nouridene who did a great job telling us about the sites we visited. It was a perfect way to see the gardens, burial sites and palace with our own private guide at a leisurely pace. thanks so much

Marrakech Hidden Medina: Half-Day Guided City Tour
, Jan 2020
We had a super great afternoon on this tour - we went around the inner corners of the Medina, which we would have had NO way of finding without the expertise of our guide. We got to learn about how Moroccans live and take care of each other as well as seeing the amazing abilities of some vendors. We also got to experience a traditional Riad versus a very modern Riad, and seeing the architectural differences between the two was incredible. I highly recommend this tour because it's an amazing way to see the insides of the market in a very safe and illuminating way. I'm also a photography nut, which I told our guide, and he kept showing me incredible places to take pictures, which in turn helped me notice and appreciate little details even more. Thanks for a wonderful day - could not recommend more!
Soak up the atmosphere of Marrakech without the stress of navigating on a walking tour that hits the medina’s top landmarks, from Bahia Palace to Koutoubia Mosque. Going with a guide gives you an inside perspective often missed by visitors about daily life, tourist traps, and hidden gems loved by locals—and gives you access to shopping discounts during a visit to the city’s souks.
We had a fantastic trip. After spending two full and interesting days in the crowded city of Marrakech, we were very happy to see more of the beautiful landscape of the Atlas mountains and the Sahara desert. We had a very good driver (Ibrahim) and an excellent tour guide (Mohammed) who shared a lot of information with us about both the islamic and the Berber culture and who was happy to answer every possible question we could have. If you can, book three nights - you won't regret it! Bring warm clothes for the desert and gloves for the camel safari (early in the morning it is really very cold) and also enough coins for the restroom stops!
The guide didn't speak a good english, he never explained well the plan or what were we going to do, too far from marrakesh, we spent three days in the car, we arrived late in the desert and left too early to enjoy our time there.
I took the trip with Moha (guide) and Ibrahim (driver). It far surpassed my expectations. I initially thought I would take a short trip, and maybe 3 days was too long. I also thought maybe it was a bit overpriced. I was wrong. Everything was wonderfully planned and authentic and I really feel like I got a taste of real Morocco. The guide really put his heart and soul into the experience and his love for his country and its people was so clear and infectious. Plus, the desert was a dream. . . something I had always wanted to do but until you really experience the desert you have no idea how magical it truly is. Lastly, I was traveling solo and I had wonderful accommodations and always felt at ease. 5 stars!

My sister surprised me with a trip to Morocco for my Xmas present. We wanted to experience the market but not on our own so we decided to book this tour. From the moment we met Aziz at the meeting place we felt we were in safe hands. We informed him what we were after at the market and boy did he deliever. He not only gave us informative information about Marrakesh and the local cities, he allowed us to taste some local cakes and fruits as well as purchasing the items we wanted and seeing other parts of the market. Amongst our conversations Aziz found out we had not been to the market at night when the food stalls were out. Our tour was in the afternoon and would have ended when it started to get dark, he went the extra mile to give us a little tour of the food market and explain the local cuisine which we felt was very kind of him. I must say the hussle and bustle of the food market at night was magical. Thank you Aziz it was a tour we both will never forget.

Overall it was a unique and wonderful experience. I’d recommend if you can have a flexible mindset and don’t mind group travel. You’re not provided a ton of information and while the sites are neat, the guides don’t actually give you that much information. The last day is a long drive back from merzouga (be prepared) and the food places for lunches/breaks are over- priced. However, the last night watching sunset in the Sahara and spending time with berbers is incredible and was an unforgettable experience.

The tour provided by Morocco Inspiring Tours was fantastic!
Khalid (our driver) was great fun and extremely professional from pick-up until drop-off of every guest - and really managed to make the trip memorable.
Our guide (Abdul) during the hike to the Ourika waterfalls was equally amazing!
We all joined the tour on a sleepy morning and left with our hearts full of joy, our eyes full, our bellies stuffed with a delicious Berber lunch, and great new friends!
Thank you so so much!
I went to Marrakech early November. Abdullah was our tour guide and he did an amazing job. I do not always give people 5* review but he did such a good job that i had to. The Berber family whom we ate with were so welcoming and the food was amazing. I recommend using this company for a great tour.
Our transport was clean and the trip was amazing. He did stops so that we could take pictures. I was travelling solo but in my group, there was one other Canadian couple. We all had a lovely time chatting and just enjoying the trip.
