Aix-en-Provence, Cassis & Marseille Small-Group Tour from Marseille
Fun day with Alex
, Dec 2019
My husband and I were participants in the small group tour with Alex. He was very informative and shared a lot of history about the areas we visited. It was a full day of activities. Alex was a tremendous tour guide...we would recommend this to anyone visiting the area.
The tour was very nice. Our guide Edouard was good but could have talked more while we traveled between destinations. There was a lot of driving with no conversion between some destinations. The people in our group ended up making our own small talk due to guide not talking. Still was worth the money.
Highly recommend this tour. Pick up location was central. Small groups in very comfortable minivan - we only had four people in our group. Our tour guide, Leo, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions about local history. Covered a lot of amazing sites in one day - highlight of the day was the panoramic view of Cassis and the boat ride around the calanques.

Classic Marseille private tour.
, Oct 2019
This was the first time that I went on a private tour. I usually was in a group. If you want to learn the most about your visit this is the way to go. You have the guide's undivided attention. My guide Chris (I hope I have the right spelling) was very knowledgeable. I learned more things than I cared for.I also was few minutes late to the start of the tour but he waited for me. We spent almost 3 hrs. walking around downtown Marseille, which I feel , was more than I paid for.
