The 6pm boat was a good choice as we returned as the sun was setting and got some great photos. The guide was very informative and with some added humour we thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Millionaires row was great sight seeing and gave a great flavour to our experience.
Doing what: Biscayne Bay Sightseeing Cruise
Excelente opción para conocer todo Miami en un sólo día.
We thoroughly enjoyed the day and it was an excellent price for all it included. The open top bus tour of the city was fun and informative. The boat trip on Biscayne Bay was excellent and we saw some fabulous mansions. The trip to the Everglades was again first class, the air boat ride exhilarating and all in all, it was a day that gave us a complete overview of Miami and what it has to offer. All the tour guides were excellent and the day worked like clockwork. Really pleased we booked the trip and would do it again!
Nice tour for the money.
I recommend this trip. The schedule was very good, and all trips done on the exact time. everything was So well coordinated. The city tour was much better than I expected.I had a lot of fun.
Very good experience. Cindy, our driver/guide to the Everglades is excelent. Thank you!
I would recommend this city tour if you are limited on time.
Very pleasant trip to the everglades with a kind staff. Ideal for a quick Park overview and air boat experience. The cruise from Biscayne Bay allows to visit the main sea spots at miami included the high luxury houses and the exclusive islands. Definitely worth It!

Great tour and must do in Miami. The Biscayne cruise shows how the other half live, plenty of stars homes to see.
Good fun, well organised and excellent bus guide Cindy, see really made a difference. The only thing I would change is the extra time a locations just to be encouraged to spend money on gifts
Excellant trip, wish we could have seen some big alligators on the Everglades trips
Good value combined tour. Bus and boat tour were good but nothing special, Everglades airboat and gator show excellent. If on the top deck of the bus tour watch out for the trees.
I booked this trip through Viator. They sent me a voucher. I found an e-mail Id of local operator. I contacted them and got prompt reply. As expected, they came to my hotel Cavalier on Ocean Drive at 9-15 am on the 12th day of October, 2014 and picked us me with my wife. However, the double Decker bus was running too fast. So there was no scope to see the houses mentioned by the guide. I tried to capture photos with my DSLR but failed. It would have been better if there were some photo stops.
Most of the times, we had to bend our heads for saving our heads from the branches of trees. The guide was shouting, watch your heads !!!
The bus stopped at Little Havana for 45 minutes. It was a little bit frustrating. Only a period of 20 minutes would do sufficient.
At the port, we had to wait for 1 hour 30 minutes. It was a boring session. The cruise was good but we did not get any seat neither on upper floor nor on lower deck. We had to stand up for 1 and half hour.
After getting down from the cruise, we had to wait for another 1 and half hour for getting the bus. If this waiting period could be shorter and the bus did not run rapidly, I could enjoy more.
City tour with our guide Larry was good. The Bay cruise fell far short in meeting our expectations, it was just a cruise that pointed out who lives or lived in which house. Surely there is more to Biscayne Bay than that! The airboat ride made it all worth while we would strongly recommended this to everyone The driver/guide/pilot was both knowledgeable and entertaining. It was exciting and exhilarating
The Everglades airboat was just OK, maybe we spent about 30-40 min in the actual boat. The guide pointed some alligators and an alligator nest. After that we went to the animal show, which it was so short. A worker pointed things about 2 alligators that they have in a pen, showed a snake and a small alligator. They told us to wander around as they had more alligators but most of them were hiding. Spend the last 30 min waiting for the bus, as the cafe only took cash.
The bus took us back to the mall to catch on the cruise. The cruise was a nice ride around Biscayne Bay and we were able to see the Miami skyline and some celebrity houses. The guide was very informative. The cruise also had a small bar to purchase food and drinks.
very long day. City tour and cruise were fine.Everglades was not what we expected.Very ordinary.Half a day taken for a 30 minute boat ride.
The trip was excellent for the money paid. I highly recommend to spend more time at little Havana . I would still recommend it for any one visiting Miami
Very good trip!
We (four friends and I) had an awesome time on the city tour and the boat tour. That staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. One recommendation would be to at least offer to drop customers back off to the hotel that they were picked up from Downtown.
Amazing tour. So well coordinated. Bus tour in the morning, biscayne bay cruise in the afternoon, then everglades air boat ride last. Super value, super nice hosts. if you're in Miami, you gotta do this.
The tour was great and amazing. All the tour guides were great too. We will be using your company in the future
Excellent experience. The city tour was much better than I expected. It was on a hop on hop off kind of bus. The airboat ride was crazy. Saw a few baby alligators. Didnt see any grown ones though, but I had seen them last year when I visited in December. Maybe September isnt the best time of the year to spot them. The Bay cruise was ok. Its just my personal problem that seeing ultra rich houses doesnt get me too excited. Maybe I am jealous lol.
Cindy is amazing really, really, helpful she went out of her way to help meet all my needs. The other tour guides was also great. Loved the boat cruise and airboat tour super fun as was the double decker bus tour. I really recommend doing this combo .
