Mission Beach Tours

3-hour guided Island Tour explores Mission Beach Family Islands Group Dunk Island, Bedarra Island, Wheeler Island, Bowden Island, Hudson Island stopping at two or three Islands depending on the day for you to explore, swim and snorkel.

The extensive and stunning inlet is lined with estuarine mangroves, Melaleuca, specialist Eucalypts species and a sanctuary for many types of wildlife. The park is part of the Coastal Wet Tropics Important Bird Area, identified as such by Birdlife International because of its importance for the conservation of lowland tropical Rainforest birds.

Our purpose built fast-cat island ferry gives a comfortable voyage and pleasurable experience for all passengers. Our main deck has 45 high back coach style seating and a fully licensed bar. Upper deck we have deluxe outside seating with also a VIP Captains Lounge able to be pre-booked privately for groups of 12 or less. We visit Dunk Island for 6 hours which gives the most disconcerting hiker or explorer time to indulge themselves in any of the island's wonderful walks. Dunk Island is truly the jewel island of Far North Queensland and is the perfect day out for soft adventure seekers.
