The Ardastra Gardens was beautiful. Not as large as I thought but still nice. It was a bit of a hike from the cruise ships to the bus depot, then when we got dropped off it was yet another hike to the actual zoo. That being said the zoo was not crowded. Self guided quiet walk through amazing foliage and animals not normally seen in zoos around here. Some areas were still being worked on from Hurricane Matthew but most of them were open to the public. It was worth the money. Just wish we knew ahead of time of the walking distances. Take good walking shoes for sure.
Did not get to enjoy this tour due to a hurricane hitting the island.
We had the best time ever! We were able to feed the parrots apples! So Cool! Thanks a bunch!
We truly enjoyed ourselves at the Zoo. The parrots were so funny...My grandchildren enjoyed every moment. We also enjoyed taking some photos with the flamingo's.
Lovely seeing the wide variety of birds and other animals. The Flamingo March was good as was the bird feeding.
The animals at this zoo did not seem to be well cared for.
We had a great time at the Ardasta Gardens, Zoo and Conservation Centre in Nassau, Bahamas! Our whole family was together and we were able to get a family photo with some of the flamingos walking around us! It was a great time! Both little and 'big' kids enjoyed themselves! Thank you!
We only went to the zoo. It was nice. Small and only takes about 1 1/2 hr.
It was a nice oasis that was unexpected.
