There are few better times of the year to visit New Orleans than on Halloween. The temperature has dropped, fall is here, and the local spirits are high. New Orleanians love a good time, and from Bourbon Street to Frenchmen, there are good things ...

As the French Quarter is crazy on Halloween, we rescheduled for 11/1. It was a great way to find out about the gruesome stuff that happened long ago and not so long ago in the quarter at various houses and locations. Our tour guide was really knowledgeable and made the experience fun and great. I would recommend to anyone who wants to hear about the weird stuff that happened.

We took our tour on Halloween night in the rain and it was fantastic! Our guide was so knowledgeable about NOLA history and even got us into 2 haunted buildings. I highly recommend this tour!

Excellent tour. Little crowded at the cemetery but it was Halloween weekend after all.

I enjoyed this tour but just a heads up - I only booked this tour because I wanted to go see the cemetery where Interview with the Vampire was filmed and we did get lucky to go on Halloween when they kept the cemetery open. For all you other people who go on the normal Saturday and Sunday trips the cemetery closes at noon on Saturday and is closed all day on Sunday so you will not be able to go inside and see it. I would have not been happy because I think this is something that should be posted since they highlight it as one of the sites. Otherwise we saw some cool homes and the tour guide was very cool and funny.

The tour was disjointed, granted we went on Halloween. The cemetery was extremely busy and I felt that the tour guides and cemetery personnel should have worked out a system for bringing groups through instead of haphazard catch as catch can. It made for a difficult tour. The portions outside of the cemetery were terrific and the tour guide was very knowledgeable. Loved the French Quarter portion.

I have used Viator before and was pleased. Unfortunately, this time was a very big disappointment... and I had work friends with me who trusted my judgement.. we actually left the tour at the half way break... the tour guide was nice .. but was not very entertaining and talked in a forced loud voice that was more annoying than anything.. He actually mentioned that, when talking about vampires- people have been known to disappear from his we understand why... they leave on their own accord.. It was really a big disappointment... it was Halloween night.. we were looking forward to fun... would not reccomend
