This is a first rate experience- every thing from the prep to the climb itself is really nicely done. We were equipped with rain gear in the event of rain, and that really helped. We wore the rain pants on the way up but only put the jackets on once it started to rain.
Great photos, reasonably priced, and Richard was an excellent tour leader for our group. Don’t miss it!
Was so much fun!! Would highly recommend it! We did the sampler and that was plenty. Is the same as the full excursion, just not as long and we didn't go as high up. Also, it could not be any safer...they cover all the bases.

All though it was a miserable rainy day our tour driver Mike was the star of the show. He went out of his way and made everyone feel like a family and by the end of the tour we all new each other. His history of the region and the people made the tour invaluable. The zoo was the high spot of the day because of the rain and misty conditions. Anderson tours should monitor the conditions more closely and cancel tours when the weather is unbearable.

All Inclusive Full-Day Blue Mountains Trip from Sydney
Very enjoyable all inclusive tour
, Feb 2020
Very nice tour and great value for the money. Guide was a bit aloof or depressed with stories of people or animals dying or afraid to die. But after lunch explained that he was having health issues in the morning and feeling much better. He then became more engaged and his sense of humor improved. He was excellent with instructions and directions, letting everyone know meeting places, what to do, etc. Really enjoyed the wonderful vistas of the 3 sisters and short hikes. Timing was perfect considering all that the tour included. Overall a wonderful tour if you don’t mind having limited time for activities as a trade off for all the inclusions. We always felt relaxed. Great tour and value which we recommend without hesitation.
We had a fabulous tour with Graham as our guide. He was very knowledgeable and prompt. This tour enabled you to see as much as possible in the day. The koala sanctuary and feeding the wallaby’s was our favorite. Lunch included was very good, and scenic world was fun. You can hike a longer path or take a short one at scenic world. Fabulous day.

Great way to get oriented to Sydney! Easy to use. Getting on and off the bus simple with a representative at many of the stops to help! We hopped on around noon one day and since this is good for 24 hours we used it to go down to the opera house the next day. Very good system, thank you Bug Bus!

All-Inclusive Blue Mountains Day Trip with River Cruise
Excellent Blue Mountains tour
, Feb 2020
Great communication from company regarding pickup time prior to tour. We were met at Harrington street by Steve in a clean comfortable coach with toilet. Soon we departed Sydney heading for the new Sydney zoo where we had a tour 20 mins start before the zoo opened. On the way Steve was very knowledgeable and gave us some really good history about Sydney and what lay ahead for the tour with some funny jokes annecdotes.
At the zoo we had a tour and talk about the Aboriginal ways and also free time to roam ourselves.
We then headed for the town of Leura for lunch though it was nice it was only warm.
After lunch we headed for the mountains but the weather has already turned and it was lashing with rain.
We arrived at the Cable car and took a ride over to the other side and explored the valley below and it has a great risen walkway but may prove difficult for some as it has stairs and is steep.
I enjoyed the park despite the bad weather but the park was quiet - a bonus. On a bad note due to the weather the views were limited. ( NOT THE TOUR COMPANIES FAULT)
After the park we headed back to Sydney Olympic Park to catch the boat back to Sydney with views of the bridge and Opera House with a voucher to get a free complimentary drink (alcoholic)
I really enjoyed the tour despite the weather and they needed the rain after the bushfires and drought in the country and my only real complaint was the lukewarm lunch.
Steve was brilliant
This was a fabulous tour. Henry, the driver/guide was amazing. Prompt hotel pick up, visit to Sydney Zoo, tasty lunch in a little village in the Blue Mountains, entry to Scenic World and a river cruise back to the Harbour. Brilliant value, well organised and exceeded my expectations
Ben was a fabulous tour guide, very knowledgeable and personable. He had a complicated task since a couple of tours were combined into one, I believe because of cancellations as a result of fires and coronavirus, but he handled it all seemlessly... Some of us had lunch, rides. Boat cruise included and some did not.
A little more time could have been spent at Echo Point, I felt rushed and couldn't see everything in 45 minutes, and maybe knock off 15 minutes off the 2 hours at Scenic World... In my opinion. Overall, awesome tour.
Explore the Blue Mountains on a full-day tour that features the UNESCO World Heritage-listed region’s natural beauty, including landmarks like Three Sisters, Jamison Valley, Leura, and unlimited rides at Scenic World. Bonus: includes a delicious 2-course lunch at an award-winning restaurant.
Full Day Sydney Tour with Opera House and The Rocks Tour
Great day tour of Sydney
, Feb 2020
Great way to get an overview of Sydney. Our driver Peter T was great. Was very knowledgeable on the history of Sydney. We had a very rainy day but Peter made the most of it for us. Added several sites along the way as we were not always able to get out at all of the scheduled stops. Kept everyone entertained. Can't say enough good about him. The lunch cruise totally exceeded our expectations for the quality of the food. I would highly recommend this tour.
In spite of it being a very rainy day; our guide, Jason, made it a wonderful tour. He had to deal with some “difficult” passengers, and he was able to take care of matters graciously. Jason walked us to our destinations when necessary so we always felt looked after. We saw a great deal of Sydney on this tour. Very worthwhile.
Spend a day exploring Sydney with an expert guide, and take in iconic highlights around the famous harbor-side city on this full-day tour. Take in the sights of downtown Sydney, and wrap up with a scenic drive to The Gap and Watson’s Bay. You can also upgrade to add a lunch cruise on Sydney Harbour if you'd like.
Cruise through Sydney Harbour in style on board a spacious flagship vessel that departs from Circular Quay and King Street Wharf. Glide by landmarks, including the floodlit Sydney Harbour Bridge and Sydney Opera House, and watch the city change colors with the sunset. Then sit down for a 3-course dinner with an array of international dishes including fresh seafood. Enjoy the views from your table or the viewing deck, and live entertainment on this 2.5-hour dinner cruise.
We got to the zoo and they seemed to be concerned what to do with us. There was confusion with our reservation thru Viator and the group was already full. They offered to send us with volunteers on a different behind the scenes tour and we accepted. The volunteers were great and we did enjoy the tour but it was not what we had originally booked. I am not sure if this was a Viator or zoo issue but the zoo did try to make amends.
This behind the scenes tour was amazing. It focused on Aussie animals. I was the only one on the tour so I was able to spend considerable time with the koalas and kangaroos, as well as in the nocturnal area.
Enjoy an insider’s view of Taronga Zoo, a top attraction located on scenic Sydney Harbour. A zoo keeper gives you exclusive behind-the-scenes access to the animals and other amazing experiences that you won't get with regular admission. This small-group tour has a limit of eight participants, ensuring that you receive a personalized 2-hour experience with ample time to mingle with the kangaroos, take photos with koalas and wombats, and have close encounters with a variety of other Australian wildlife.
Morning or Afternoon Half-Day Sydney City Sightseeing Tour
Good Intro to Sydney
, Feb 2020
With only 2 days in Sydney this tour was a great way to get an overview of the city and and surrounding beaches, bays, and neighborhoods. Our driver/guide was knowledgeable and shared interesting info about the area and Australia. Bus held about 20 people, however we only had 9 on our tour.
Make the most of your time in Sydney on a morning or afternoon sightseeing tour that crams all the city’s best bits into just a few hours. Snap photos of Sydney Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge; visit the glamorous Bondi Beach; travel through The Rocks and Paddington; and take in the views from Mrs. Macquarie’s Point.
The whole trip was wonderful. The food was truly spectacular especially given that it was mostly cooked from the back of the mini bus. So many wines to taste. Everyone we came into contact with went out of their way to make the trip a memorable one. Highly recommend.
This could be a lengthy review, only because it was just that good of an experience.
First, Chef Jimmy knows the area better than most. In the morning, he provided pickup at various locations, taking shortcuts and more expeditious mean to get around the city traffic. Once out in the country, we moved rapidly around a truck fire on the M1. There was confidence in everything Chef Jimmy did.
The menu had a variety of opportunities to explore this young man's amazing talents and everything is prepared from his mobile kitchen. This customized mini-bus travels with you. While stopped at multiple locations, a tapas-style dish is prepared for you, on-sight!
I guess cutting this review a little shorter than anticipated is the best way for you to be pleasantly surprised for once of the best days possible.

Enjoyable evening at the iconic Sydney Opera House
, Nov 2019
Our tickets were waiting for us at the ticket counter inside the Opera House. Everything went smoothly.
It's a very nice facility and we enjoyed the quality performance that evening. And we checked another item off our Bucket List! We were able to call for an Uber ride just a short distance out front of the opera house.
Be sure to put a performance by Opera Australia at the iconic Sydney Opera House on your Sydney itinerary. See classic operas by composers like Mozart and Puccini, as well as iconic Broadway musicals, depending on the season. Sydney Harbour Sky Deck Gold Penfolds Dinner Cruise
Great night and superb views
, Feb 2020
Brilliant night from boarding at Circular Quay to departure at Darling Harbour. My wife and I had window seats even although I did not pay the extra cost. We had a glass of champagne and canopies to start then as the boat sailed we started our 5 course meal accompanied by a glass of wine to compliment the food. Our server for the evening was very knowledgeable explaining all about the wines. The food was varied and very tasty. After dinner whilst the boat was sailing you could have drinks from the open bar included within the price. Whilst the boat was sailing you could go out on deck and take pictures with the views of the Opera House and Harbour bridge stunning when lit up in the dark. We left the boat around 10 pm after 3 hours and a great evening.
Was a lovely evening. Food and drinks perfect. Trip a bit short thought it was to be 3 1/2 hrs was 2 1/2 hrs bit rushed with 5 courses and drinks. Was expecting more of harbor sailing. Sailed stopped turned round and round sailed stopped. That's why we chose it to see more harbor.

Sydney The Rocks Historical Pub Tour with Drinks and Dinner
A memorable pub crawl
, Jan 2020
We thoroughly enjoyed our evening “on the rocks” in Sydney, starting with pub dinner at the Australian Hotel pub, where we met our intrepid guide, Colin. Once we finished eating, we strolled to Harts pub for our introduction to the traditions and history of beer drinking as Sydney developed from its hard working origins, learned about “beer crimes” and how the Sydney drinking style developed. Col kept us highly entertained and slipped lots of history into the night.
I highly recommend this tour for anyone who enjoys ‘the bending of the wrist,” and who has an interest in local history.
This tour was fantastic. Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable, not just about beer, but also about the history of the area. It was a smaller tour which made it even more fun because we got to know the people in our group and there's nothing like having a few beers with people that are cool.

Our group of 6 enjoyed this tour to the Blue Mountains very much, while appreciating the difficult situation being managed in the area. At the time we visited, the tragic wildfires affecting New South Wales caused a significant amount of smoke in the mountains. We had enormous respect for the firefighters and others working to control the blazes and could see them working in the distance on a fire line. We were able to do most of the planned activities. A stop at a park to interact with wild cockatoos was a highlight. The gondola, incline railway, short hike to waterfalls, and drives to lookout points were also interesting. We enjoyed the catamaran ride back to downtown Sydney under the Harbour Bridge at the end of the day. We would have liked to see more of the Olympic Park rather than a quick drive past on the highway. Overall, the day was very good, and our guide (Len?) was terrific.
Enjoy a full-day tour from Sydney to the Blue Mountains to discover the charms of this UNESCO World Heritage-listed region. Enjoy sweeping views of the Blue Mountains from Kings Tableland. See ancient Aboriginal rock carvings, then take a boat cruise down the Parramatta River to Circular Quay in Sydney Harbour.
Really glad we did this. Very interesting - the guide was excellent. It wasn’t quite the 2 hours we expected and there was only one variety of biscuits ( we booked the 2-hr coffee cruise) but we still really enjoyed it - very comfortable boat too. Perfect for photographing those iconic sights! Worth the price of the ticket!

Small-Group Hunter Valley Wine and Cheese Tasting Tour from Sydney
Excellent Tour in Hunter Valley
, Dec 2019
We started from CBD. The driver cum guide was awesome. We loved his commentary. He shared all the information in advance before we reach the Wineries. It was a quite comfortable tour. We covered 3 Wineries and 1 Cheese & Chocolate testing area. Lunch was awesome. Before leaving the Hunter Valley, our guide surprisingly brought us to the Kangaroo lookout place. Highly recommend this tour.
Sample lots of great wine, cheese and other gourmet treats on a full-day tour to the Hunter Valley. This is a must see in Sydney!! Ir is incredible. The tour guide was so knowledgeable.
If you are going to Sydney, be sure to include this tour, as you won't be disappointed.
Well worth your time and money.
The boat ride was nice, the ship itself was clean and in pretty good condition. The dinner was ok nothing to get too excited about. They were very liberal with the drinks which was nice, I thought it would be a challenge to get more than one or two and they simply left us with our own bottle of wine. That was nice. The views of the harbor are great and since it was summer and left at 5 really didn't see the sunset on the cruise. The boat was back by just a little after 6. Overall I'd still recommend.

Take in panoramic views of top Sydney landmarks as you cruise through Sydney Harbour en route to Taronga Zoo. Your package includes round-trip cruise from Circular Quay to the zoo, and a ride on the Sky Safari Gondola, which whisks you uphill from the boat dock to the main entrance of Taronga Zoo. From the gondola, get an early peek at some of the zoo's inhabitants, such as giraffes, big apes, and native animals like kangaroos and koalas.
Food was average, poor furniture and overall apearence of the place. Nice waitress and waiter, nice receptionist downstairs stairs. Good surprise having a glass of house wine included in the ticket. Toilete in horrible condition, rubbish bin overflowing and smelling urine. Water instead of liquid soap container. If you are lucky and get a bright and clear day the views probably will be worthy.
Booked the 3-course lunch. The overall dining experience was very good except for a couple minor issues. The bread came without butter. And they also forgot to serve the included leaf salad until we realised it while finishing the mains. One of the water cups had a bad smell to it as well.
As for the food, we tried three of the entrees and three of the mains. The entrees (octopus, tomato, beef) were better tasting and more interesting than the mains. The mains were on the salty side (the highlight was perhaps the lamb). The duck was tasty but had a chewy texture. The salmon was well cooked, but we did not like the spices used in the sauce/reduction. The leaf salad was extremely salty.
Most of the deserts on the menu unfortunately contained pork-based gelatine hence resorted to the only gelatine-free option - the coconut parfait and sorbet servings. The parfait was delicious and satisfying, so were the sorbets. The coffee flavour was balanced and served at a good temperature.
The views were amazing, even from the booth level. The table, restaurant floor and bathrooms were clean.
Something that should be mentioned about accessing the venue, one needs to go to level 4 and check in at a desk then wait to be called to the express elevator. Once at the restaurant, seating was swift.
Lastly, the ambiance was just right and the service was excellent with the waiter being friendly, prompt and courteous. Overall would definitely go back again.
