Saw this as a tour option on Viator and thought it might be fun! There were 4 of us, friends for over 40 years who signed up. From signing up, the communication from the tour company to the tour itself, everything went super smoothly! We found the pier easily and our tour guide Joel did a great job prepping us as to what to expect. The coats (and pants if we wanted) that were provided were perfect in keeping the wind out. Joel even had a pony for my hair as i'd forgotten one! The tour was amazing and beautiful, such a great way to really see the city! HIGHLY recommended!
This custom sightseeing tour on the Hudson River is designed for photographers and tourists alike. The captain’s narration provides a comprehensive overview of New York Harbor, with close-up views of landmarks like the Brooklyn Bridge and Statue of Liberty.
Upstate New York's Windham Mountain might just be the perfect winter getaway—and at just about a 3-hour's drive from New York City—it's an ideal day trip destination. With this tour from Manhattan or Brooklyn, let someone else whisk you to the mountain, where you can enjoy a day of winter sports on the slopes. Whether you ski, snowboard, or just love sipping hot cocoa, there's nothing better than a day at Windham.
2-Day Niagara Falls and Tannersville Tour from New York by Bus
From $350.00 (Price varies by group size )
, Jan 2020
The service was excellent. Both the tour guy (Andriy) and the bus driver (Herbert) were very nice and explained everything in detail. It was a beautiful and unforgettable experience. Totally recommend!
Took this organized trip in early January 2020. Booking was easy and efficient, we left NYC at 7am from a fairly easy spot to find in the city. Bus ride was made much easier with appropriately placed breaks and pull overs, the driver Harold was a kind, patient man and an excellent, safe driver. Got to the american side of the falls with enough time to enjoy the bridge view and walk around the park before heading back to the bud to cross the border to Canada, we were able to stop at the duty free as well. We arrived at the hotel (Ramada, exceeded expectations) at a very reasonable hour, around 6:30pm, and were given a free night to roam about and walk to the falls at night. Wake up call the next day was around 7am, left after breakfast to see the falls in day light and take the Journey Behind the Falls tour, as the boat ride is unavailable during winter months. From there, with sufficient timing we left to head back to New York with ample stops for food etc. (bus was also equipped with a restroom), got 1.5 hours at the Tannersville PA outlet for shopping and headed straight back to NYC from there, got back around 7:30pm. All in all this trip is very well thought out, not at all overwhelming or exhausting. Our tour guide,Bruno, also elevated the experience with interesting anecdotes along the way, he was very patient with the large group we were and accommodated whatever individual needs he could. I highly recommend this quick and satisfying trip!
Niagara Falls is one of the world's most famous natural wonders and this overnight tour lets you experience the falls from both the American and Canadian sides. Admire spectacular views of American Falls and Horseshoe Falls, get up close to the falls on a Maid of the Mist boat cruise, and see the falls lit up at night. On the way back, stop in Tannersville to visit one of the largest outlet malls in the US.
I really enjoyed our visit, we were only in NYC for a 2 full days, and we wanted to do a lot, but we really love visiting zoo's or animal parks when they're an option. The Central Park zoo is especially good for a morning or afternoon visit, but it's certainly only about a half-day experience. We also visited when it was pretty cold, I imagine it's a bit more pretty in the Spring and Summer. It's also pretty accessible, most exhibits are accessible, with some viewing points only accessible by stairs. I wouldn't categorize it as full accessible, especially for chair-bound guests. I think our ticket also included like a kids area petting zoo, which we did not take advantage of.
Head out into the Icelandic night for an adventurous Northern Lights ATV tour that includes pickup and drop-off at Reykjavík hotels, hot drinks, and all equipment. Ride alongside Lake Hafravatn and Mount Hafrafell, find panoramic views over Reykjavík and Mosfellsbær, and search for the Northern Lights above a rugged landscape.
The prestations are much better than the rude welcome by the person in charge of security.
This person wanted us waiting outside in freezing temperatures during the flight of our grandkids , arguing that the waiting room was small
Our experience was great but I would have liked to have some kind of information (email, text or something) regarding longer than expected wait time. Since you guys didn’t fly Thanksgiving Day due to uncomfortable wind speed, that rolled over all customers from Thursday’s flights to Friday’s flights.
Get a bird's-eye view of New York City on a brief helicopter tour that soars over the Statue of Liberty, the Chrysler Building, One World Trade Center, and Central Park. While helicopter tours can become expensive quickly, this flight is just long enough to see all the top sights without spending extra time in the air, making it ideal for budget-minded visitors who want to get a comprehensive view of the city.
Get unobstructed views of the New York City skyline and the Statue of Liberty on this helicopter tour. With a small group of just six people or fewer, you'll enjoy an intimate atmosphere while hovering above New York's most famous attractions. Listen to in-depth commentary from your guide, see more of the city in less time, and take advantage of the chance for epic aerial photo ops from your bird's-eye view of Manhattan.
Carriage arrived on time and driver was very friendly and knowledgable.
We visited many great areas within the park and we stopped several times during our 45 minute carriage ride to take photos of iconic water fountains etc within the park.
Don’t settle for seeing Central Park through the window of a non-stop tour bus. Instead, make the most of good weather and enjoy a tour of the park in one of New York City’s iconic horse-drawn carriages. Hear about the history of Central Park and the Big Apple from your driver and take advantage of photo stops at park highlights made famous in so many movies, books and television shows.
The visit itself is very short, almost four hours in total but it was amazing. Unfortunately the day I went was rainy in the morning, so I guess it took us longer to get there. Be ready to stay 14-16 hours on the bus! The guide was super nice, even brought movies for us to watch during the return trip.
Experience one of the country’s most famous sights with a day trip to Niagara Falls from Manhattan. See the waterfalls from many different vantage points and have some time to explore Niagara Falls State Park on your own. Get close enough to the falls to feel their mist, and have plenty of great photo ops. Plus, leave the worry of driving and navigating to your guide.
It was a wonderful experience , staff are well trained , so professional and helpful, the captain was amazing , Hellicopter was almost new and super clean , and seeing new york from the sky is a different taste , my advice to everyone to try it 🙂👌
Great view of New York and would recommend to anyone visiting the City. My only feedback and why I wouldn't give 5 stars is the poor organisation we came across. We were told to arrive half hour before our time slot which was 12pm so we got to the tour at 11:30am, we waited in the waiting area till about 12:10 to finally be called over and driven over to where you get the Helicopter from. We were put in a room and told that someone would come and get us shortly for our turn. We waited in the room for about half an hour and had around 4 different people come in and say we had been on already right? But we hadn't. A guy then came in and told us we were waiting in the wrong room and moved us into another room we had originally came in through, we were then told we would be going on shortly and continued waiting till approx. 1:15pm when we finally were taken outside for our turn. Our time slot was between 12-1pm and by the time we had finished and had been driven back to the start it was around 2pm so the whole thing took approx. 2.5hrs, not ideal if you are in New York a short amount of time like we were and half of your day is wasted by waiting around!
There’s no better way to see New York than from the air and helicopter tours don’t have to cost the earth. Feel the history as you soar above Ellis Island, Wall Street, Brooklyn Bridge and more on this short but perfectly tailored flight that brings you eye to eye with the iconic Statue of Liberty. Choose between multiple departures throughout the day, with a maximum of six travelers per flight.

Best Carriage Rode through Central Park

Our driver, Luiz, and his horse Dante provided us the best ride! Luiz was able to provide us so much interesting information about Central Park and offered many ideas of things for us to do while in NY. He was so personable and highly recommend Luiz and Dante!!
The ride was wonderful. Seeing the skyline lit up at night is a beauty in itself. Lori, our driver, was wonderfully kind and informative. Bella, our horse, was a beautiful animal and my 5yr old son was able to pet her and feed her a few carrots. We enjoyed every single minute!

I had booked a flight out of town , not realising it was out of the town . Would if had to miss the flight but a friendly staff member called kiane was easy going and friendly , she changed my flight to a closer location and was very pleasant to deal with .
The flight was fun , safe , and very informative as the pilot flew around and spoke about the land marks we were passing , while also communicating with air traffic controllers his coordinate 😱🎧.
Amazing service , thank you to everyone involved
I wanted a special experience for my sister and her boyfriend as they never been in New York or flew in helicopter before. Overall experience was great despite the President arriving and forcing us to reschedule the flight.
Booking and date change was flawless, thanks to Kiani from the office who guided us through the process and even gave us superb navigation tips with pictures of a best way to get to the airport.
Pilot and supporting crew were fun and professional, made the whole experience fun, easy and unforgettable.
I will do it again next time I'm in NYC.
See New York City from the sky during a scenic helicopter flight that lasts up to 15 minutes. Enjoy incredible photo ops of Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Staten Island, and listen to live commentary from your pilot as you fly past landmarks such as the Statue of Liberty, One World Trade Center, and the Brooklyn Bridge. Select the optional upgrade to include transfers by private SUV from a central location in Midtown Manhattan.
The whole journey was hassle free. A tiring and long day but worth it. The down period in winter also ensured that you have the space to take in the view and have some nice photos taken without having to jostle with others. The journey behind the fall was awesome and worth what I paid for. Would have been better if it is 3/4 of a day instead of full day as some of the stops up river and down river can be shortened.
Straddling the border between Canada and the US, Niagara Falls is a thundering testament to nature’s power, with drops up to 167 feet (51 meters) high. We were so appreciative of our fantastic guides. They worked with us on scheduling AND pace. It was, perhaps, the #1 activity my mother wanted to do for her 70th birthday trip to New York and we loved it!
