It all depends on the tour guide. WE had Nick Hurd, a good tour guide and if one could select a tour guide, I will recommend to ask for him. My kids had a blast on this tour, the boat ride, the trip up the skylon tower and the best part was the hurricane zone visit near the bridal falls.

This tour exceeded our expectations. Our guide was superb and we saw more in half a day than we would probably have managed on our own, in at least twice as long. Bridal Veil Falls, Maid of the Mist boat ride and trip to see the downstream rapids and whirlpool all stunning.

Great, all encompassing tour. It was very well organized and timely. We were picked up at our hotel as promised. The tour guide, Randy, couldn't have been nicer or more knowledgeable. We started with the best event of the day which was the Caves by the Bridal Falls. You can't get any closer than this. Then a few islands and ended the morning with the Maid of the Mist. There was very little wait times, including crossing the border. After stopping for lunch, we ended the day at the Tower for a super panoramic view. Randy shared a lot of little known facts about the falls and the area. It probably could have been done in 4 1/2 to 5 hours but overall it was great and well worth the money.
