Niagara Falls American-Side Tour with Maid of the Mist Boat Ride
Niagara Falls - American Side Tour
, Oct 2019
Took the Over the Falls Tours Niagara Falls - American Side. Picked up at our hotel in Niagara Falls on time. Total group size was 10 which was great. Rainy morning so we did the Maid of the Mist Boat ride first since you will get wet anyway. Easy access and no lines. Observation deck was the next stop for some pictures. Short bus ride to Goat Island to view the Falls from above and see Cave of the Winds which gets you very close to Bridal Veil Falls from below. Note: There is no Cave and in late October they begin taking down some of the walkways in preparation for winter.
Final stop was Three Sisters Islands which is accessed from Goat Island. Then we were returned to our hotels. Tour guide was Josh who did a great job. Very personable, easy to talk to and answered all questions. He provided lots of information.
Well planned, explained, and managed! Pat R. Did an excellent job making sure each passenger had the experience possible.
He was very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions we dad.
We loved it!!

The tour took place on Wednesday, 9/11/2019. Our guide's name is Harvey. He is very kind, friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable of the history of the Falls. It was the best tour I had this beautiful vacation!
Grey line tour on the American side was excellent as was Tom the tour guide. If you take this tour it is best to lodge yourselves on the American side since it can be a hassel going back and forth through customs. Tom is funny, engaging and knowledgeable about the falls, the development of hydro electric and all other related matters. My husband and I went with our adult daughter and enjoyed getting wet at the falls and on the Maid of the Mist. I highly recomment this tour.

The Best of Both Niagara Falls American/Canadian Tour is well worth the money. Being a first time visitor to the area, it was important that we see as much as we could on the day we were there. Viator helped us make the most of our time. The Maid of the Mist boat ride was the highlight!
The tour had so much packed into it. It was well worth the cost of the tour. The tour guide was delightful!!! Lunch is the only weak point but I can understand with the time limits. With that being said I would go on this tour again in a heartbeat.

Our van was very comfortable. Touring on the weekend AFTER Labor Day meant no crowds. Dave made all arrangements and we never waited in lines. He loves his job and it shows!
The Niagara Falls All American Tour exceeded our expectations. We were in a small group of four people consisting of our daughter, her husband, my husband and myself assisted by a one friendly and knowledgeable guide. Our guide (Dave) seemed like family. He allowed us to take as much time as we wanted at each site, never making us feel rushed. We made memories that will last the remainder of our lives. The Falls is a definite must see and a small, personal tour is the way to go.

We decided to do this tour so save ourselves the hassle of finding everything, parking, waiting in line for tickets, and possibly missing something important They did not disappoint. They were prompt, professional, entertaining, and knowledgeable. It was nice to just relax and go where they took us. They also took care of getting our tickets and got us through in a hurry, so that was nice, as well. Some places we didn't stay very long, but I felt like the time spent everywhere was appropriate. I would highly recommend this tour!
