This excursion was a good way to get around and see the surrounding areas of Paphos. The tour guides were friendly, and the hotel pickup and dropoff was very convenient. I thought it was a nice mix of activities however felt that you really got what you paid for on this trip. The bus is a little run down, the stops could have been timed differently, and it was not great for someone traveling alone. The boat ride was not what I was expecting as they anchored the boat 100m or so from the shore and expect you to just jump off the back of the boat into the sea which is fine, but you can't see anything if you want to snorkel as the water is too deep where you are anchored. I chose to pay 15 euro for the lunch package offered and found the food good (lots of wine is included as well) however it was nothing over the top excellent. Overal, I think I would do this trip again as it was nice to experience these places for a low cost, but I would just expect not to be blown away with the tour.
We had so much fun! Even our hotel was not listed but they came picked us up on time and communication was perfect and easy! Totally worth it to see around in a fun and cool group and they take you to all the cool spots you must see! 100% recommend it!
It was an enjoyable mix of activity and sight-seeing. The Blue lagoon was very pleasant though I didn't spot any underwater marine life. There were about 50 people on the boat including other tours, many of whom were smoking which detracted somewhat from the fresh sea air. I thought the taverna lunch was decent value for 16 Euro which included plenty of wine. Eliza was very knowledgable and helpful
Discover the beauty of the Blue Lagoon in Cyprus during this full-day excursion from Paphos. Visit a banana plantation, sample Cypriot wine at a local vineyard, and stop at the Baths of Aphrodite on the way to the fishing village of Latchi, where your vessel departs. Cruise to the Blue Lagoon, passing Akamas National Park, stopping to swim, snorkel, and snack before making the journey back.
This is great for people who like culture tours. Nice mountain and valley views, historic monasteries. Packaged up well by informative tour guide.
Its a 8hr trip with long periods in a coach going up high winding and twisting roads. Some people might get motion sickness. Take a travel pill.
Good value day out.
Nitza was very nice and informative and alsó we had an excellent driver. We regreted choosing buffet lunch. I would like to see Makarios House and his statue not only from the bus. Troodos is magnificent, monostories are gorgeus, the program was very interesting.
Was super chuffed to find Oola leading this tour. Having taken a tour with her earlier in the week I knew what to expect and she didn’t disappoint. Troodos and Kykkos are beautiful places – they are so rich with history. It was a super cold, wet and snowy day but we were lucky as we were still allowed to do the tour. (Obviously safety is paramount and I read of other tours that were cancelled due to weather conditions). Oola’s information definitely added to the mystery of these places and it was a great day out. Our driver Chris fully redeemed himself after the stuck in the mud incident at Aphrodite’s rock as he navigated the snowy / icy winding roads better than Lewis Hamilton at
Explore an intriguing swath of Cyprus with this guided day trip, taking in some of the most memorable sights the island has to offer, from Chrysorrogiatissa Monastery to Kykkos Monastery to the enchanting village of Omodos. Enjoy free time to go shopping or sip a coffee, as well as seamless round-trip transportation.
Full-day Famagusta, Varosha, and Salamis Tour from Paphos
A great day out with the wonderful Maria
, Feb 2020
The tour was very well organised and the coach was comfortable. Every site we visited was well worth the long drive and our guide, Maria, was full of facts, stories and anecdotes which brought the rich history and cultural heritage of the island to life. Fascinating and informative from start to finish.
Firstly, I do these types of tours wherever I travel and Oola is definitely in the bracket of those who are excellent and the best of the best at what they do. She was on the coach when we boarded at the start and that made a big difference ( I did another tour and with another guide and it was not like this), she also knew when to talk, how much information give and got the balance perfect so that you could still talk amongst yourselves but gave us pertinent information. She was very approachable and had her own little witty jokes that made us laugh. I will add for anyone who isnt aware it's a dual language tour so they also had a Russian guide that translated.
The tour was so well organised from start to finish - the driver came exactly at 7.40 like quoted, in crossing the border checkpoints ( one going out and two on coming back) it was a methodical process and there was more than enough time at each site to hear information, walk around, shop and take pictures. One thing that was also well organised was the idea of the 3 course lunch (with a glass of wine) for 12 euros. By placing our orders on the bus it meant that food was ready when we arrived and gave us more time to explore once we'd finished eating. On the way back Oola again understood that people would have that lull and so she kept talking to the minimum, she was also very clear about what would happen for those who has been picked up by mini bus in the morning and clearly advised in what order everyone would be dropped off in. Even though, it is a long day in theory, the excellent organisation between the driver and guides made for a seamless experience so that you didn’t realise how long the day actually was. A big shout out to the driver Adamas / Adamos and he was equally very friendly. No hesitation in recommending this tour at all

Hugely entertaining for all the family. My 3 year old son loved it!
Captain Jack and crew were not only entertaining but very hospitable. The boat is clean and have enough features on it to make it feel sufficiently pirate like for the kids.

So..after the highs of my Famagusta tour I did this and wow the difference was noticeable. Host joined the coach part way through and this was unhelpful because we had an issue where a grown couple who got on later wanted to sit together which lead to a mini standoff – this started the day off on the wrong note. The guide (Adriana) boarded near the end of the pick ups and from the off seemed a little disorganised. Maybe Ruslan need to ensure that a guide is on the coach from first pick ups (just a suggestion). I felt that though most of the information given was useful, it felt very scripted so it wasn’t overly engaging and it was information overload and she talked too much. The day itself was just okay, it would have been good if there was set up where there’s a deal with a local restaurant just in order to maximise your time in Limassol.
It’s hard not to compare to the Famagusta/Troodos tours when they were amazing but something was lacking. Yes we got information/shown around but it felt like it was a chore and that she wasn’t that interested. If your guide doesn’t have the energy you’ve already lost your audience. On the way back we stopped at Aphrodite’s rock and got stuck in the mud… but again things like this happen and yea there were a few grumbles in the group (it was a rainy day etc) but how your guide handles this is important. There were points when we were on / off the coach (a 4 x4 tried to help before the JCB arrived), some got back on the coach and a group didn’t. Given we were not on the coach, one person from our group went for the first time to get an update – the response she received was “ do you expect it to fly, it’s on its way”…that’s out of order. If we had been pestering I understand but it was the first time we asked given we were not on the coach. There is also no way she could have confused the person asking with anyone as there were only two of us who were black! She was very flustered by it all but ultimately you’re the tour guide and it’s your job to maintain a cool head in situations like this. Ruslan dealt with it the best the they could; a new coach was dispatched quickly <1hr but the lead guides whole attitude on the day – wouldn’t recommend if she was leading. Once we were on our way – limited information given (“ok if you came on a minibus you’ll be dropped off”). She disembarked where she got on and left the Russian guide and driver to sort it out. Ruslan you run good tours but some staff let you down

If my hotel hadn't called the local tour company we'd have missed this tour as we did not receive the email supposedly sent to my email. Not the best of all the Viator tours we've done and as for the Russian guide (although she seemed nice), she talked all through the speech from the potter so the English people missed most of it. The pottery was lovely though. She also talked for Russia on the coach. The English speaking lady was very nice. It was not clear how to see any of the authentic Rosa house and did not get the demonstration of halloumi making which I'd looked forward to seeing or the donut making. But the 'breakfast' we had there at around 11.30 so more like lunch was lovely. Shame we thought we were getting breakfast because we had paid for it at our hotel but didn't have it because we were told we were getting it on the tour. I actually thought we were going further afield than just Paphos so was disappointed that it was only round the city! The church at Geriskipou was lovely as was the monastery. The winery was fascinating but didn't want to buy any.
It was a great trip very informative and learnt alot the only down side is yes you request an english guide but you also get a russian guide so its a mixed trip and they were ignorant and rude including the guide time you have listend to your own guide your then getting it in russian the trips should be separate the trip to shopias house was lovely she is such a lovely lady i asked if i could buy some of the halloumi she makes she was only to pleased to sell me some ive never tasted anything like it its definitely a trip worth going on

Children were well entertained by captain Jack Pidgeon and pirate Lucy. Weather was a bit windy so there were occasional big waves which made the trip even more fun. We all got to swim from the ship. Afterwards lunch was served. Food was OK: salads, pasta, chicken and potatoes. On the way back some more entertainment by the pirate crew and limbo (for grown ups also).

3 Hour Blue Lagoon Cruise along the NW Akamas coast including 1 hours swim
Worth every penny
, Oct 2019
What an excellent trip along the coast to Blue Lagoon. We'd booked a morning trip but had a message from Bev asking if we'd move to the afternoon which we did as it was no problem to us. The temperature was around 28 so it was perfect for the trip. The 1hr swim in the Blue Lagoon was lovely as the sea was so warm. Can fault this tour. Very friendly staff made the trip even better. Worth every penny
Friendly, polite and interactive staff.
One of the smaller boats so not overcrowded, my teen boys absolutely loved it.
Snorkels and googles provided and plenty of fish in the Lagoon.
Light refreshments were available on the return journey which was a nice touch.
Would definately recommend, thank you to all Atlantos staff & crew. 😃
We are the smallest Cruise boat at Latchi Harbour going to the Blue Lagoon. We pride ourselves on trying more for the customer than for profit. Me and another family member purchased our cruise boat 3 years ago due to my passion for the sea. I love the area we live in and I could talk about the Akamas all day. I love the Blue Lagoon area and also taking people there. It's an amazing part of the Mediterranean. The water is so clear the fish are so bright. It's great hearing what people have seen in the area. We want your time with us to be as relaxed as possible. Exactly what a holiday should be. Our boat is great for children as well. We have life jackets to fit new borns and up if needed and with the boat only being 17 metres long you can keep a better eye on them. We have a top deck with shade. The main deck with front and back seating. A bar serving a number of different snacks and drinks. Unlimited free wine, juices and seasonal fruits. There will be a soft relaxing music returnin

Traditional Cuisine & Cultural Flavours - City Walking Food Tour Paphos 2.5hrs
, Nov 2019
Paphos doesn’t have as much variety of food to offer as some of the food tours we have undertaken. Nonetheless this was an interesting and enjoyable tour with Pauline who was well informed and a lot of fun. We enjoyed being taken to the old town of Paphos which we hadn’t found for ourselves and having various landmarks pointed out along with restaurants for future reference. Enjoyed hearing about Cyprus - especially its meow recent history, seeing the artisans at work and tasting Carob syrup. A worthwhile tour
