Used bus often but only once did we have the narrator. Would be useful to have one on every bus. Otherwise it was great. Covered a lot of area. Buses came frequently to all stops. Plenty of ear buds and naps always available.
The Big Bus Tours are amazing - the audio descriptions are very good (and there'e even music) BUT if you get a live commentry it is fantastic - as they add their thoughts and feelings and can be really funny.

this bus tour is perfect if you don't have much time visiting a huge city like Paris. the guides are very good and multilingual and the lines cover the most part of the city. The blue line bus is very frequent and visits Paris's main attractions. I highly recommend it!

We caught a lot of rain and a lot of traffic. With the windows fogged up it was a little hard to see. But it was good to get an idea of some of the main attractions in Paris. Seems pricey as you can get a day pass on the subway for a quarter of the price, and get from point a to point b in a fraction of the time.
Enjoy Paris sightseeing without the hassle of navigating public transit with this hop-on hop-off bus excursion through the City of Light. As you're whisked across Paris in an open-top bus, you can admire top sights—from the Eiffel Tower to the Louvre Museum—and hop out at over a dozen stops to explore. With busses running every 30 minutes, two different routes, and even an optional cruise, this tour is a dependable way to see the best of Paris.
Excellent Tour to take for our first night in Paris. We get to see the city and the popular attractions at night with all that bright and festive lights. However, they should improve directions on the pick up point as we had a hard time looking for it. They could just simply say that Stop 8 is at the corner of Champs Elysees facing Arc de Triomphe. Nevertheless, it was a great start of our week long vacation in Paris especially when the driver parked in front of the Eiffel Tower and waited for it to sparkle. It was a lovely experience.
Martin was so funny. We took the night tour. It’s difficult to find the bus stop bc it doesn’t make special note for the tour company - just look for a regular bus stop with a company representative checking you in. It ended up raining for the second half but they provided ponchos. Great way to see the major spots of Paris in a short amount of time. FYI no getting off the bus and no bathrooms.
This tour allows you to see the "City of Light" after dark on a city bus tour. See the Paris' landmarks and monuments illuminated, such as the Palais Garnier, Moulin Rouge, Champs-Elysees, and the Eiffel Tower. Listen to recorded commentary in several languages to shed light on each location's history.
Experience Paris from three different perspectives during this half-day city tour that covers the city’s top attractions. Tour essential sights from the comfort of a coach, and take to the water on a Seine River cruise, floating under its many bridges as you go. Then, skip the long lines at the Eiffel Tower to absorb panoramic views of the City of Light from the second-floor observation deck.

This was a really pleasant experience.
Mini van turned right on time - it was clean and a small group (5). The driver/guide was very resourceful and knew all about Versailles. There was time to wonder alone in the gardens before we met for our timed slot. Little ear-pods (sealed in a plastic bag) were provided and so we could wonder in each room listening to our guide. It was very practical and one could focus entirely as he kept talking into his little microphone. Tour was not too long, not too short, just right. And drove me back to my hotel. A door to door service. Highly recommend and would definitely do it again. Side note : gardens in January is not the best month but there was no queue at all to get to the Chateau!

Skip The Line: Palace of Versailles and Gardens from Central Paris
Versailles is Spectacular
, Feb 2020
Versailles is stunning and a must see during any visit to Paris. We booked our Magic Ways tour through Viator along with a number of other tours - click, click, vacation planned!
Magic Ways offers three different pick-up/drop-off points around Paris where you can board their buses to travel the short distance to Versailles. Very convenient. When we reached the site, our minders - Inez and Javier - whisked us past the long queues and into a side entrance reserved for groups. Inez sorted the audio guide equipment and sent us on our way.
We were told to gather at the meeting point no later than 4:15 pm which gave us ample time to explore this magnificent palace. The audio tour is easy to use and contained interesting commentary though the personal touch of a human guide would have been nice. The gardens, in winter, are so serene that we spent a lovely hour or so wandering the myriad paths. There are a couple of food options within the site, so you won't go hungry. Be sure to visit the sweet little gift shop for fun souvenirs!
From pick-up to drop-off, the experience was well organized and easy breezy.
Nice tour. Guide was helpful. Waited for the return bus a bit longer than i think we should have. Otherwise, it was a great experience. plenty of time to explore. Would like the overall time printed somewhere in the details.
Versailles is an amazing place to visit.
The tour was as described on the web site; on time, very good bus, guide very friendly.
The only thing you should tell people before is that the audio guide does not include earphones, it wasn't fun to realize it when you get the machine and hold it with your hand next to your ear while you are walking for 2 hours.

Great time!!! We were able to see everything we wanted. Our driver was not only very informative, but a great photographer as well. This was an even better experience than the river cruise. I would highly recommend it.

Palace of Versailles Skip the Line Audio Guided Tour & Gardens Access from Paris
Nice Big Palace, Quick Audio Tour
, Dec 2019
Overall, it was nice seeing the Palace of Versailles and to have transportation (van) and tickets included. However, it was a bit pricey for a couple of hours at the palace, and we didn't really need to skip any lines. The tour guide explained about the place as we drove which was nice, but the tour of the palace is only on one floor and is self-guided. It rained when we were there so we didn't get to go out to the (huge) garden as much since it was muddy. Overall, the palace is nice to see.
Our guides were kind and knowledgeable. They spoke English and Spanish which was a plus for many of us on the tour. They gave us advice about how to tour Versailles to maximize our 2.5 hours there. All in all a great value and wonderful experience.
The Palace of Versailles is so worth the trip! Gardens and Palace are gorgeous. Only issue was that the four hours was not enough for palace and gardens. If I ever get the opportunity to go again, I will opt for the full day.
Travel back in time to the site of France’s most extravagant monarch with this 2.5 hours guided audio tour of the Palace of Versailles. Fast-track entry allows you to skip the lines at this UNESCO World Heritage site, and you’ll arrive in style in a fully air-conditioned coach. Spend time exploring one of France's most famous and impressive landmarks.
This tour can seem kinda pricey BUT ITS WORTH EVERY PENNY (or euro😉) . The private van/driver stays with you the entire time and the guide really knows his way around and knows how to cut through all the lines very efficiently. He was also bery knowledgeable of the history and demographic .
Our guide was wonderful and did so much to accommodate the various guests. Given the construction at Notre Dame, the long lines to see Mona Lisa and the short amount of time for lunch, along with the incredible traffic in Paris, it all felt a rushed, however, that's the nature of the city and sights, not the tour itself.

Versailles Guided Tour and Priority Access with Hotel Pickup from Paris
, Feb 2020
Excellent tour. Our guide was knowledgeable. She made sure our group was treated with privilege. I recommend the guided skip the line tour. The line We slipped was hundreds of people waiting for hours.
The driver was very late and I think it impacted the amount of time we had in Versailles. Our guide was very knowledgeable but because we were late in arriving I felt hurried through the palace. The palace was so unique and the guide was great at explaining the history of the palace through the many French kings and their reign. just wish we hadn’t felt hurried.
