This was the highlight of our visit to Paris. We chose this tour because of the volume of excellent reviews and it truly lived up to the 5 stars it deserves. Nick made this tour delightful, fun, exciting, and interesting. We tasted a variety of Parisian delights, drank delicious wines, walked the charming streets of Montmartre, and made wonderful friends. This tour was worth every penny and should absolutely be included on everyone’s Paris agenda !!
We had Julie as our tour guide and what an amazing job she did. Tour was well worth our time as it gave my wife and I the ability to experience a different area in Paris. Places we visit were great for food and was able to visit some

We were a group of ten, from Canada, the US and the UK. We booked this tour for the day after we arrived in Paris and it was a terrific way to get oriented to the neighbourhood and enjoy food and conversation. There was plenty of wine, lots of food including cheese, meat, and a variety of sweets at several locations. Our host also told us about the history and architecture as we walked through this fascinating district. Highly recommended.

We spend a great evening with Marion. Se was so friendly and knowledgeable!
My entire family felt that Marion was the best tour guide we have ever had.
We all left the tour with both our bellies and minds full.
Thank you so much Marion!
My wife and I have been to Paris 10 times. Nothing could compare to the tour we experienced with PJ!!! He was so knowledgeable, energetic, enthusiastic, and every other positive descriptive word!! We learned so much about Paris and its history along with so much information about bread, cheese, meats, wine, and chocolates!! This tour was at the beginning of our vacation and we experienced Parisian food in a new light because of PJ!!!! Thank you for an incredible day PJ!!!! You are the best!
Embark on a culinary tour of Paris's Montmartre neighborhood, one of the city's most charming neighborhoods. Sample delicacies like croissants and éclairs at a local patisserie, enjoy a guided tasting of various cheeses at a fromagerie and satisfy your sweet tooth at a classic chocolaterie. Of course, no gourmet tour of Paris would be complete without a stop at a boulangerie, where you learn the proper way to eat a baguette in France.
Spectacularly presented by Ellie, who was knowledge-filled, energetic and enthousiastic about her topic, the 10 of us met some incredibly friendly shop-owners, ate amazingly dellcious food and sweets, and had a tasting of a couple of wines at the end of the tour which we would never have known about otherwise. The Marais was already one of my favorite neighborhoods in Paris, but I learned and saw so much more in detail than I had ever known before. The time just flew by, partially because of the congenial mood that Ellie set for our group. I will do this and other "Devour" tours as soon as possible, bringing my husband next time, and will highly recommend this to all of my friends who travel to Europe. A total blast!!
This tour with Ellie was more than we could have asked for. Not only was she delightful but her knowledge of food and the choices of local eateries that were chosen were so delicious and different. We would highly recommend this to anyone who wants a taste of Paris!
This was a wonderful food tour. Ellie, our guide was fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable about the food and the wine and the Paris neighborhood. Enthusiastic with a wonderful wit. What a pleasure to spend half a day with her and see what a Paris neighborhood is all about.

Wonderful tour with David who shared interesting facts about the history and food of this great city. The jams were a surprising highlight as well of a more than 2 hour walk through the streets of Paris
Guide was awesome , knowledgeable, and fun. We liked our small group of 6 so that we could participate. Definetly do not hesitate to try out this tour. Food tours are our favorite way to get to know a city!
We had a very fun time learning about (and tasting!!) chocolate and also Paris's famous boulangeries! Our guide David was particularly great - he knew about history, architecture, food and art in addition to chocolate, pastries and bread. A leisurely but active tour with only 7 guests, including us.

Small group Paris tour: Wine, Cheese & Pastries at the Marais
Great Tour, Great Food, Great Company
, Feb 2020
We had a great time on this tour. Mich was really knowledgeable about food but also about the city, the buildings and French history, all of which were covered. The food that we tried on the tour was also delicious. It should also be noted that we booked our tour for a Monday which is not usually a tourist day in Paris and Urban Adventures asked if we would move it but when we couldn't they honoured the booking and we ended up on an effectively private tour allowing us to set our own pace which was also great. Overall, would thoroughly recommend.
My tour was fantastic! First of all I was the only person who signed up and Urban Adventures still ran the tour - so it became a private tour. The tour guide Mich was so knowledgeable and interesting. He knew the best places for the 3 different pastries we tasted. We also did a wine and cheese tasting that was terrific. I highly recommend!

The drive through the French countryside was very beautiful and peaceful. It was great to see the Chambord Castle from the inside. The gourmet meal with the wine selections for every course was amazing. The highlight was the winery tour at the end and the delicious Loire valley wines. Our guide was very knowledgeable about wine.
Loved the winery tours. Loved the lunch. Loved our guide — and wish I could have just heard her talk more about wine (she was very knowledgeable) rather than spending time at a castle. Just a personal preference.

Exclusive: 3 Course Dinner Cruise with Champagne at Paris Seine
Fantastic two hours
, Jan 2020
We took the lunch cruise in January. We had 4 adults and two children aged 7 and 10. I expected that the sights to see would be wonderful and the food just so - so, but the food was delicious and the cruise itself a wonderful way to see some of the main sights of Paris. Our children pronounced it their favorite visit. If we get back to Paris we will take the lunch cruise again.
The Christmas Eve Seine dinner cruise was a pleasant way to spend the evening. The boat had tables set with tablecloths, candles and champagne. Dinner was 3 courses with a glass of wine and while not Paris gourmet quality it was definitely good and more than enough. The wait staff was friendly and efficient and the views of the Eiffel Tower beautiful. As a tourist away from home during the holidays, this was a nice activity.

This tour was terrific. Our whole family -- two adults, plus 12- and 10-year-old sons -- really enjoyed our time with Gelsomina, who was friendly and fun. She clearly knew where to find great food and we were happy to get a chance to explore a new-to-us Parisian neighborhood. She adapted well to our tastes, including one child's pickiness, and we discovered new favorite foods. She was well-prepared for working with children, including coloring pages that taught French vocabulary and a scavenger hunt. I highly recommend this tour to families looking to learn more about French cuisine.

Lunch Seine River Cruise with 3-Course Gourmet Meal
VERY uncoordinated but good view of the city
, Jan 2020
When we arrived, there were two boats on the dock. We asked the lady in the booth which boat we were going to ride and she told us which Boat 1 (forgot actual name) so we lined up for Boat 1 then when we got in, the maitre d’ said we were in Boat 2 so we lined up again for Boat 2 but were told that we were supposed to be in Boat 1. We went again to the lady in the booth and she wrote something that she told us we should give to Boat 2 this time (remember how she initially said we were supposed to be in Boat 1?). When we got to Boat 2 AGAIN, we were taken by a crew member to Boat 1 AGAIN. The maitre d’ did not seat us immediately when we got there nor did they at least offer us to stand in the warmer atmosphere of the boat. We eventually were given a seat in Boat 1. The view of the city from the Seine was good and the food is all right. Would definitely have been a better experience if my family and I were not passed back and forth between the boats repeatedly and left to line up and stand in the cold for so long.
My mom and I were the only two African Americans on the cruise and no one approached us to take our orders. We had to flag someone down to take our orders which made be the last group to be served when we were one of the first ones to get on. It felt like we were being ignored when we had made reservations a month in advance. Once we were served the experience became better, but would have Been much better if we were acknowledged in a timely manner.
A Seine River cruise—plus a gourmet lunch—is not to be missed during a stay in Paris. Board a glass-enclosed boat conveniently located in central Paris, and float past attractions such as the Eiffel Tower and Notre-Dame Cathedral. You’re served a 3-course meal while you savor the views. Upgrade to include a glass of French wine or Champagne to pair with exquisite cuisine on board.
3-Course Seine Dinner Cruise at The Marina de Paris
30th seine dinner and cruise
, Feb 2020
Had a fabulous experience! The food was delicious and the scenery was picturesque. We did pay a bit extra to sit in the front and it was worth it but the glass panoramic windows allow it possible to have a view from anywhere you sit.
In love with this tour ❤️Every time feels like the first time !
, Jan 2020
It’s our third time and we always come with family members and they feel it’s the best thing to experience in Paris! And the dinner is always amazing and this time now they have vegetarian menu ! For sure we will keep going to this tour for many times in the future
Boat experience was good, we were able to see Paris in a glimpse, as well as see the other areas of Paris besides those near the Eiffel Tower. Things to further improve on:
- FOOD. My husband got the steak and asked for a well-done. The chef gave us a medium rare. When asked for it to go back in the kitchen to fix it, it was too hard to eat (unlike the other well-done steaks we eat) and it tasted too burnt. We know it's suppose to be harder than rare, medium rare, etc. but this was really hard to chew and the taste was awful.
- Dessert could be better. Since I'm a dessert lover, for the amount we paid for and in a formal cruise dinner, the dessert was subpar.
- It would be more excellent if they had a little live music inside maybe a duo of strings to make the evening more romantic since we were mostly couples there.
On this Paris dinner cruise, glide along the Seine aboard an intimate La Marina de Paris boat, and enjoy a 3-course meal while admiring riverfront sights like the Eiffel Tower, Notre-Dame, and the Louvre. Options are available to exclude drinks from your experience.
