Our tour of Penang has been one of the best tours that we have taken.Lee was our guide ,an excellent one⭐.We were given in depth knowledge of the history and culture of each place we visited. The snake temple, the Penang Hill, botanical gardens and Georgetown's history was well explained in a manner that we wanted to hear more and more on it.I specially liked his knowledge of the spices and flora of the gardens. The view of Georgetown was amazing from the Penang Hill. The six hours tour was too good,we were able to see the temples ,the Anglican church as well as the Kapitan Keling Mosque. We saw a lot based on our time frame.Little India, the Harmony street,Armenian street ,Gurney street and a lot more sights was covered with in depth information which Lee gave tirelessly.
It was a wonderful tour of Penang.Thank you for the amazing tour Mr.Lee.
Overall a very good package. When I asked about how to meet the driver, the reply was prompt and gave detailed directions. Our driver cum tour guide was Tiger, and he was very knowledgeable about various topics on Penang. He also shared with us many nuggets of information. For the places to visit, we selected a bunch from the places listed in the package description and also requested to visit some shops where we could buy the tambun (green bean) biscuits and preserved nutmeg. Tiger planned the itinerary for us based on our requests and we managed to get back to our cruise ship on time. He also took us to a hawker centre at Air Itam and we had some delicious local dishes for lunch. It was excellent service overall.
Jackie is a extremely knowledgeable guide and a great person, we saw many wonderful things and felt like we left with a great insight into Penang history, also went to a yummy non-touristy banana leaf curry house, great choice! Thanks Jackie

Good day, picked up from the hotel on time and goy to the west of the island smoothly. The bikes were lined up and off we went. The pace was easy and it was very flat. It was interesting to see the countryside with the cows, fish farms and rivers. We stopped to see different things including a fishing village, a goat farm, a fruit farm and a local village where we stopped fora tea. Overall it was a good morning. If I was to do it again I would not have the bikes with the fat tyres, they were harder to pedal.
Wonderful half day with Eddie who picked us up at our hotel and drove us over a hill to the backside of the island. On arrival we were given a bike and water and off we went through beautiful countryside seeing many sights and animals on the way.

We had a wonderful tour in Penang. Our driver, Mr Gan, was very knowledgeable and personable. When we wanted to change the itinerary he was very accommodating. He also was very willing to answer our questions about living in Penang.
We had a super tour with our guide Sam and driver Kris. To be honest when we met them it was like meeting two old friends that were showing us round their town. Sam introduced us to his friends as we went round Penang, people he went to church with and people whom he had worked with, like the doorman at the E & O Hotel where we breezed in to look round as easily as we would had we been staying there.
Sam bought us little bits of street food, which we probably wouldn't have tried otherwise.
At the end of the tour he showed us where we could get a typical Malaysian lunch and helped us to change sufficient money in order to buy lunch.
And, of course he was an excellent guide and very knowlegable.
Kris was a very experienced driver adding his own little bits of humour into the tour too and I never had to open the car door once as he was on it like a shot the minute we pulled up anywhere.
I would highly recommend this tour. I know we had a better time doing this tour with Sam and Kris than the people on our ship who bought the ship's excursion.
It was a pleasure.

Overall quite pleased. The guide, Tiger, picked us up at the airport with a sign. He took us by car to a Buddhist temple with venomous snakes. Then to the top of Penang hill by Funicular, to have beautiful city views and award winning fried noodles. After that to another temple with the worlds largest bronze goddess statue. He took us around George Town to see the Clan Jetties, an old mosque, street art, antiques Chinese mansions etc. Then dropped us off at our hotel.
Tiger was cheerful, pleasant and accommodating. He seemed quite knowledgeable and could name every building and every flower. He gave us great advice for the rest of our trip. Very happy. Overall spent about 50 RM on tickets and lunch per person.
Our local guide Mr. Lam was very attentive and provided us with a very memorable day in Penang. He went out of his way to make our trip one of the best ever. He even brought his drone to take our pics! Our trip was only for 8 hours but he provided us with a very informative guide service lasting almost 12 hours.
We highly recommend this tour with Mr Lam.

This was a good way to get outside of the Georgetown city center and see some of the other sights around the city. Our guide "Gshen" was great and gave us a lot of information about the sights & the city.
The top of Penang Hill is a bit of a "tourist trap" with vendors selling trinkets, photos with animals, etc. but if you ignore those vendors, it's still worth it for the views and having the Fast Lane access is worth it to skip the line for the tram up & down. Both the temples we stopped at were very interesting.
