The property has 4 accommodation shelters and only 5 hectare of vineyards producing high quality wines with low yields. Upon arrival you will get to see the vineyards by golf cart followed by a countryside lunch at the top of the hill in an idyllic setting with breathtaking views! The vineyard makes fruit forward wines that really express their terroir, which is a combination of soil, topography, and climate. Its Uruguay's latest hotspot and a must thing to do. Your host and wine expert comes from a food and wine background working in Scotland, London, South Africa, Argentina and on Luxury Cruise Ships like the Yachts of Seabourn as a Head Sommelier, so you will be in safe hands. The Wine Experience is also about visiting small boutique wineries off the beaten track for more of a personal and intimate experience. Think of this as more of an Adventure visiting a winery that are not normally that accessible. You’ll have a sensory meditation, a nature walk in the vineyards, and practice some yoga with a fantastic local teacher. This sexperience lasts around two hours, and then the rest of your day is free to explore however you like.
