The teaching of Shamanism is delivered by Shaman Arutam Ruymán under a strictly traditional method that is typical of the “Shuar” lineage.
His objective is to bring ancestral Shamanism to a new and not necessarily experienced public, we have a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists and experts in the practices of this tradition.
These are some of the activities you will join in the two week retreat:
6 Traditional Ayahuasca ceremonies within the option to drink San Pedro at least one time.
Traditional Waterfall ceremony (Tuna Karamamu), where the participants walk the path that leads to the learning of dreaming and spend the night next to the waterfalls in the jungle.
Purges with Piripri and Guayusa after ceremonies.
Learning to prepare the medicines following the ancient recipes.
Teachings about Shuar spirituality and life in the rain-forest.

3-Day Altar Volcano Trekking Tour to Laguna Amarilla from Riobamba
Nature lovers can trek through Sangay National Park with a guide who knows the terrain. This moderate-to-strenuous 3-day route follows the east Andes to Laguna Amarilla.
