Even on a chilly November afternoon, we enjoyed our tour and loved Baldi's anecdotes. The tour gave us a different view of typical tourist places, and gave us a chance to venture out to areas we wouldn't have visited otherwise.

Our food tour was a great experience. Our guide Gundy was excellent! Giving us a great tour of the city while enjoy multiple spots to taste the unique local foods of Iceland. I highly recommended the tour!
Our family of 6 did this tour the day we arrived from the States so we would be active and not tempted to crash in the hotel. Our guide was excellent and the combination of historical facts while walking around downtown (cold) and tastes of 6 restaurants offerings (warm and comfortable) was perfect. The tour was well planned as far as menu items and variety of restaurants. We ended up returning to several during our week long stay based on the quality and ambiance we experienced on the tour.

A full day, this tour covers a lot of sights but well worth doing it. It starts with Relaxing in the secret lagoon followed by a delicious lunch and then hit the sights. Everywhere you turn the scenery is amazing. Great driver / guide who was very knowledgable and informative.
If you are looking for a full day of fun this is it! Small group and scheduled to avoid a lot of tourist traffic. Our guide Ryan was phenomenal and knowledgeable on a wide range of topics. One of the best day tours I have been on.
What a lovely tour!! Started relaxing in a geothermal pool, an amazing greenhouse restaurant lunch and the amazing Geysir/Stroker, Gulfoss, Thingvellir and the scenery of Iceland! Arna was a wonderful guide! Thank you for a wonderful day!!
Most visitors to Iceland journey around the Golden Circle—the popular sightseeing route that includes Thingvellir National Park, Geysir, and Gullfoss. This guided tour from Reykjavík elevates the experience by adding visits to the Secret Lagoon (a less crowded alternative to the Blue Lagoon, which you visit early, when it is quietest) and lunch at Fridheimar Tomato Greenhouse. Traveling in a group of no more than 12 people ensures a more laid-back experience than some of the bigger tours.
A very amazing tour guide mnamed Marianne and had alot of information on the sites we visited. It was a breath taking trip with many landscapes to be explored on the way. Very organised and got to visit what the South Coast had to offer! Would definitely reccomend!

Loved my experience!!! Delicious small plates (yet filling) with beer pairings and I was closely guided by charming Santino who was so knowledgeable about the tasting, cuisine, his brewery and Iceland itself. I cannot imagine a better way I could have experienced the local healthy foods and delicious beers while learning and having fun. THANK U!!

This is a great tour to get the lay-of-the-land when you get to Reykjavic. We did out tour on our last day, sunday Jan. 5th. I wish we had done it on our first full day, all our initial questions would have been answered. Our tour guide did a great job showing us all around the city, explaining the history of things, and just giving us the details from an Icelander's perspective. The lunch was perfect! We had classic iceland soup in bread bowls. Our tour guide recommended the settlement museum and a local bath house, we did both! Excellent couple of hours!

After an initial bout of mis-communications this turned out to be a great tour and a really fun way to spend the afternoon. Our guide was knowledgeable and funny - there were only 5 of us on the tour so he answered lots of questions and gave us some great advice on restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend this company!

Lava Cave, Hot Spring, Krauma SPA & Waterfalls - Small Group Day Tour
Informative and Enjoyable Tour
, Oct 2019
We thoroughly enjoyed all aspects. We would consider this not suitable for those with walking difficulties - involves walking on slippery uneven surfaces and quite a lot of steps. Also not ideal for young children. The cafe at the waterfall is very expensive. The caves are quite chilly - wrap up warm! Excellent guide and prompt pick-up - quitw a long day - arrived back at 8:00 p.m.
Our tour guide, Christina, was knowledgeable and witty. Each location was spectacular and the van was clean and comfortable. There was a lot of walking, the most strenuous was the hike up the crater.
Bring a towel for the Krauma Spa, it is not included with your ticket.
A thrilling adventure to travel through a lava tube. Be prepared for a moderate amount of stairs. You will get to feel like a true spelunker as you observe the lava of a volcano underground. You will also visit a powerful waterfall,an archeological excavation, climb to the top of the caldera of a cinder cone volcano, and finally the spa-since it is open air- I was dreading the moment of leaving hot spring and returning to the dressing room but I was so cozy warm I didn't notice the cool air. Definitely recommend and hope you get our guide who was terrific.
Feel the power of the volcanic energy that has shaped Iceland’s epic landscapes on this small-group door-to-door day tour. We had a fantastic day on our golden circle and secret lagoon tour. Our guide Addy was fantastic, she provided so much knowledge about her country and we have learnt so much. The sights were spectacular, Mother Nature at her best. The day was finished off with a soak in the secret lagoon, bliss. Highly recommend this tour.
Perfectly small and not overly touristy which we loved, group of 15. Our host was incredibly knowledgeable (Addy) and we learnt so much about each location we went to. We were able to stop at leach location and go off and do our own thing without following a group which was also fab and just be back at the bus by a certain time. Was also provided with traditional Icelandic snacks! Would highly recommend.

We had toured the south coast the day before and were amazed and really didn't think that this tour would be able to compare...but it DID! It was an amazing day and the driving was not too long between breathtaking sites. We also went to some cool stops for ice cream and lunch.

Our tour in January wound up being only 5 people so our tour guide took us to more places than expected. After visiting the geysers we stopped to feed the Icelandic horses and then stopped at a farm that makes its in ice cream from the Skyr famous cream. We also had time to stop at a tomatoe farm that grows tomatos in greenhouses. Our tour guide Pauli was very good and answered all of our “Icelandic life” questions.

Day Trip to the Glacier Lagoon: Jökulsárlón from Reykjavik
The glacier lagoon
, Jan 2020
I listened to the others reviews saying what you see on this tour in unlike anything you’ve ever seen - and they’re right - the glacier lagoon was incredible. However the tour itself was just “meh.” Our tour guide was nice, but constantly repeated the same fact 3, 4 times in a row. It was a long drive one the bus just to see the glacier lagoon. If i had to do it over again I would have gone in a small group or a Jeep. The other tours we did were small groups and we were able to make more stops along the way. This was way too structured for my liking. But if that’s your thing, go for it!
The lagoon and the stops on the way were superb, but all this was spoiled by an unbearably hot coach, making for a very, very uncomfortable 10 hour drive.
The party on this trip was mainly Asian and apparently the tour staff said they have to keep the heating on for them! Which left the minority of European and USA travellers in melt down.
Would recommend the trip if the coaches are not kept like a furnace. I did not think I would be coming to Iceland and be so hot!
We spent a wonderful day with Bustravel Iceland (booked through Viator) for this Glacier Lagoon tour. The pickup was right on time. Our bus driver and tour guide, Heigi, was well organized and experienced and made our long bus ride very comfortable. In mid November daylight was short. Heigi tried to make as many stops as possible for us to take breathtaking photos while getting us into the Glacier Lagoon in time. The views of the Glacier Lagoon and Diamond Beach were surreal and unbelievable and we enjoyed our tour very much. I would recommend this bus tour service whilst in Iceland.

Beautiful places, but unlucky with weather and a no good english speaking guide
, Dec 2019
The driver and the guide were nice persons, but the guide spoke basic english, readind almost all the information he had to give us with an accent and spelling, that made it almost impossible to understand more than 10-25% of what he was saying. The weather against us. The last waterfall we saw in darkness. And I think we lost a lot of time for breakfast and lunch, being 1 and a half hours apart. And since the lake was not frosen, I don't see the reason why they didn't give us the chance to have the small boat trip to the icebergs

The bus driver was wonderful with an amazing baritone, and cookies. I enjoyed the small bus and group. The only thing missing was the Northern Lights. I will not be back to Iceland anytime soon so I would have preferred even a parital refund instead of the opportunity to go again.
This trip was well organised, driver was very patient to drive us to locations for northern lights, but no luck.We would have loved/enjoyed the tour if we had witnessed lights- bad luck although the KPI was showing 4 rating which is the maximum.

The horse riding was amazing. The scenery was beautiful especially the waterfall. The horses were fun to ride at all gaits. The lunch was delicious and staff at the farm very friendly and helpful
The Golden Circle tour was also great. Darren the tour guide made the day very interesting and he provided many helpful tips for our Iceland visit. The first stop should have been slightly longer. We felt rushed and felt we didn't get to enjoy the beautiful landscape fully
I would highly recommend this tour
We rode the Icelandic Horses on my 8 year old daughter's birthday. It was a wonderful and lovely time. While we aren't expert riders, the little bit of experience riding allowed us to participate in the "fast group" returning back to the stable which was quite a thrill. The guides were pleasant and knowledgable. The gait of these special horses was so smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend!
