Secret Lagoon, Buffet Dinner, and Northern Lights Tour from Reykjavik
Not sure it was right time to visit for northern lights
, Feb 2020
It was ok. Secret Lagoon was nice. No luck of Northern lights. Understand about Northern lights are not promised since it's about nature. Not much guiding. Wished if guide has not much to tell us story about Iceland or this tour, rather watch Iceland history DVD or something about Iceland. Since being a dark bus ride for more than an hour, nothing to see/do but just taking a nap or so.
Dinner buffet was very good. Not sure if Jan. was good time to visit.
Our tour guide Sig was extremely knowledgable about Iceland and very friendly. Secret lagoon was amazing and very quiet, food was very nice and plenty of it, didn’t think we would see the lights due to the weather but our guide spotted them twice and pulled over both times to let us take photos. Amazing experience would 100% recommended.
Had a great time this was an add on to see the lights early and add one more if they were a bust. The Lagoon was great I liked it over than the Blue Lagoon less commercial. The dinner was very good just watch out for the smoked lamb it was basically like eating a tree bark. The rest of the meal was outstanding. As i stated the lights were a bust. The Guide was outstanding and very informative.

Absolutely fantastic day. Weather was not the best but as our tour guide Howser (hope I spelled his name right) and driver Christophe were so brilliant did not matter. Secret lagoon was idyllic and waterfall amazing. Howser's knowledge and skilled story telling of Icelands history had just the right balance of fascinating facts and humour. Outstanding day timings for pickup and drop off went without a hitch. When return to Iceland would definitely book with you again especially if gave same outstanding team.
Our guide was very informative, they were all very polite. Pick ups and drop offs were timely! Great excursion, lots to see and experience. please wrap up if you’re going during winter time, it’s absolutely freezing!

Golden Circle and Secret Lagoon Natural Hot Springs from Reykjavik
, Jan 2020
We were very lucky to have a knowldegable guide, Heaf (hope that is the correct spelling), who gave us a brief before we visited the sites but then let us explore on our own. I think the amount of time at each attraction was exactly right, I thought some of it sounded too quick or too long but it worked out really well. Pickup was smooth and we managed to see everything in the daylight!
Thank you Heaf and team!
wonderful excursion. sights were great and guide was informative. the secret lagoon really beats out the blue lagoon in that it is surrounded by nature and has many fewer visitors so you do not feel crowded. also they have "noodles" available for floating or sitting on.

The thundering Gullfoss waterfall, the geyser Strokkur that erupts every five minutes and Thingvellir National Park with its tectonic plates and Öxarárfoss waterfall are the other highlights of the day.
Very hands off, but if you have questions ask! The tour guides are very informative and full of answers. The day was a leisurly fun water day with small hiking and sufficient time at each stop to get a good glimpse of what each area has to offer. The hos spring will leave you feeling very tired, but your body will feel so good afterwards! Highly recommend!

The things we saw were as described. Hot springs, gullfoss falls, geysers, the driver Stefan was brilliant very knowledgable and funny. All the history as we drove around and with a twist of his own which made it amusing. Not like the footballing guide we had for the northern lights tour who just kept talking although didn't say anything very much to add to the experience.
