Best in Boston!!!
, Oct 2019
Picked up on time close to our a commodation, really friendly greeting by Chris with a smile and our tickets and our tour packs. Great commentary on history and myths around Boston. Chris was helpful throughout the day and we felt very well looked after. Outside of this we left our phone with all of our booking info on the bus and lovely Lisa drove back into Boston in her own car to bring it to us. What a fantastic thing to do!! If you want to see Boston book book book with New England Trips. They know what customer service is. Thank you Chris,Lisa and Steve!!!
We would like to thank the company, our guide-driver for the excellent organization of the tour-call before tour to agree on the place and tie to pick up, First of all, we have been suggested a comfortable hotel to pick us, because we lived in Quincy and it was real very comfortable place for us. The second, the driver arrived exactly on time, We have been impressed with his knowledge of the Newport , as well as with all places that we passed. According to the program, we should see 2 mansions and tour around the town, but we have seen more, thank guide- he helped us how during free time for lunch to see more mansions during cliff walking that we asked to show. So, we walked around and spent pleasant time with beauty of town., we saw other churches, buildings, ship and boats and made a lot of pictures for good memory.. We thank you a lot for our guide and definitely recommend to apply for this trip and others our friends. Thank you)

We have had such a tremendous response to our Providence Day Trip we are adding Newport, RI.
Enjoy a day on Martha’s Vineyard! Sightseeing, shopping, and fresh "right-off-the-boat" seafood! We will pick you up in our comfortable, semi-private vans at your desired location in the Newport, RI area and take you to the historic seaport of New Bedford, Massachusetts, where you will enjoy a luxurious cruise to Martha’s Vineyard on the SeaStreak Fast Ferry. The SeaStreak Ferry glides through the waters between the islands ensuring a smooth, relaxing trip! When you arrive on the island, explore the sights that interest you at your leisure: perhaps check out the Aquinnah Cliffs, visit the Ginger Bread houses, the lighthouses, beaches, and picturesque harbors. Take in authentic New England seafood and just relax. At the end of the day, we will meet you at the ferry for your return ride to the Newport, RI area.
Noel and Shawn were great! Tour we purchased on island was unprofessional and driver was rude. Forgot 6 passengers and we had to go back! Wasted an hour of our trip and he didn't even apologize or request another van to pick us up when we decided to end tour. We were on a very right schedule and he didn't care! Please tell your passengers to use buses and not purchase 3,4,5 hour tours on island. People can just hop on and hop off buses and so much cheaper.
Just to be clear, this day trip only includes round trip car service from your hotel in Providence to the Martha's Vineyard ferry terminal in New Bedford, MA and round trip ferry tickets. So, once you are on the island, you must do your own thing. There are tours you can purchase independently once you arrive at the island. Having said that, it was a very convenient way to go. Our driver, Dan, was very pleasant and friendly and he gave us great service.
The assistance received from the Host was great. The calls received and information given to help us to get to location, everything ran smoothly, and most of all the kindness and pleasantness we received. Great trip.
