Chai Partner Yoga will get you into the island flow with your significant other (or traveling partner). We move gently together, using the power of breath and mutual support to release tension and open hearts. You and your partner will learn how to support each other and build trust as you move through a progressively challenging series of poses and movements (modifications provided for those with physical limitations - and you are very welcome!) We close with an extended savasana pose, holding you partner's hands and feeling the movements of their breath. We conclude by sharing homemade chai (Indian spiced tea) and conversation about Puerto Rico and the many adventures possible.
