What a fabulous experience we had with Doug, our tour guide. Right from the start we felt welcomed and treated as individuals. The excursion was exactly what we wanted, a chance to get our bearings and hear some of Seattle’s history. We weren’t disappointed. Would recommend this activity.
I went to Seattle as a female solo traveler and this was a great experience than just going about the city myself. Wouldn’t have seen as much as I did, for sure. Lance was a wealth of knowledge as well. Would recommend.
What a great introduction to the city of Seattle. Ken was a fantastic tour guide and I definitely enjoyed his knowledge as well as his easy going and funny nature. He made everyone feel welcome and kept the mood bright as we were guided thru the streets, always pointing out where to look and when we should be taking photos. I would recommend all those new and old to to the city to join this tour.

One of the things that must go for, really interesting to know all this details and to see it in front of you, the minibus that drive us to the factory is 10 out of 10! Had great acknowledge about the tour and so on the factory guide! about the price is fair and it shouldn’t be more than that, so it’s excellent!
Our guide and driver, Mr David Caroll or known as DC, has got to be one of the most comprehensive guides around. I appreciated that he took time to share, explain about the place and even threw in bits and pieces of fun facts about Seattle. The Boeing tour was amazing and I felt that I've gained a slightly more insight into the aviation industry. One of the coolest tours I've ever been in Seattle!

My partner and I bought the Seattle CityPASS the day before arriving in Seattle. The only downside: we had to print the voucher to pick-up the booklets. Overall, we loved our experience. We were able to visit some great locations and filled didn't run out of activities until Day 4. I'd highly recommend to anyone interested in visiting Seattle :-)

Absolutely amazing experience made even more memorable by Joe. His passion for the national park and his energy levels to give a good experience to tourists in exemplary. The views in the overall snowcapped region are speechless. We also had a good talk from the ranger who mentioned a lot about the history of the park since 1899. Highly recommended tour. Plus Point - Joe has spare gloves, jackets, socks, snow shoes for tourists who come unprepared! And offers them cup cakes, water etc on the way back. So definitely go for this one if you are in Seattle.

Tour was good with views of Mt. Rainier that were limited on this day but the tour guide tried to find the best location that showed as much as possible. We were able to get some decent pictures of the mountain plus better other view pictures. Just a beautiful area! Several stops for hiking from easy to moderate with nice views. Long van ride to and from Seattle but it was a good tour and I recommend it!
This tour was one of the best we've been on. I loved the stops along the way for potty breaks, coffee, food, waterfalls, hikes, etc... Our tour guide John was the best. Very informative, very caring and a little dry sense of humor. He was great with keeping us on track for time so that we could see it all.

We have been to Pikes place many times and with the food tasting on this tour we discovered new food and areas we didn’t know about. We will definitely come back to these food sources over and over again. Thanks

I surprised my wife on our 3rd day of vacation with this tour. It was such a beautiful experience that started with a calming drive by bodies of water and vast tree scapes. We then arrived to our first winery where we got to take a tour of the gorgeous grounds and production facility. Along the tour we got to taste different and delightful wines. After that we got to go to another winery for a completely different memorable wine tasting experience! After having our lunch there, we went to visit the Snoqualmie Falls which were an exciting photo opportunity and relaxing scene. We finished the trip by going to a lovely chocolate factory that gave us a tour and samples. Overall it was a 10/10 experience for us and I wanted to than our tour guide who's name I will probably mispell, Corey, for being such a great, informative and fun person to be around!
Delicious wine, awesome scenery, falls spectacular, and ending with chocolate. Our tour guide Cory was great. Only thing I I would change would be to give a little more time at wineries. Felt a bit rushed at Chateau Ste. Michelle.
Escape to the beauty of Snoqualmie Falls, one of Washington’s most popular scenic attractions, on this winery tour from Seattle. Visit an independent, family-run winery as well as the beloved, world-class Chateau Ste. Michelle, one of Washington’s oldest and most acclaimed wineries. Extremely knowledgeable & passionate guide. This 3 hour tour went slightly over time due to traffic and amount of content to cover. Information shared by our guide about Seattle was interesting and enlightening. Well worth the time and cost. Small group tour is great. For spots we ran out of time to see eg. Troll under the bridge because of Friday afternoon traffic, our guide gave us directions and suggested other similar attractions to visit. Will definitely recommend this tour to friends.
My parents also used the same company to tour the Boeing Factory & had a positive experience.

Day Trip from Seattle to Victoria on the Victoria Clipper
Day trip to Victoria Canada
, Nov 2019
We had a wonderful time. Make sure to park where the ticket tells you to as the boat will give you validation for free parking. Also upgrade to comfort class for only $10 for a much better view, seat and tables.
My husband and I booked this trip since he has never been to Canada and I wanted him to see Victoria. I am on a cane, so the staff in the port - especially on the arrival to Canada - were awesome and took me to the head of the line and looked after me. The trip was pleasant, staff was great and we had fun - thank you to everyone - I am a southern girl and you showed us the south is not the only place with hospitality - Thank you !!!!!

Kenmore Air creates a wonderful way to experience Seattle!
, Nov 2019
The seaplane experience of viewing the city is really spectacular. Kenmore Air is the vendor for Viator, and is well organized, and very hospitable. Our pilot made us feel safe and gave us a great landing. I strongly recommend having this experience to get the pig picture of Seattle.
This seaplane ride was excellent and exciting. My pilot was very informative and the views up above seeing down on Seattle was amazing and clear. I would definitely do this again next time I visit Seattle. You definitely should try it, you won`t regret it.
I took my Mom on a quick trip to Seattle. First time for both of us. Friday to Sunday. From Virginia. And, I’m 51, for perspective. This was the highlight of an extraordinary trip! The facility, plane, pilot, and memories are worth the 6 hour, trans-continental flight! Do it!
Fly over Seattle on an exhilarating 20-minute seaplane adventure. Lift off from Lake Union and get a stunning bird’s-eye view of Seattle, with beautiful Mt Rainier set as a backdrop in the distance. Land back on Lake Union to conclude the tour.
Our tour guide greeted us at our starting point, Orfeo, and briefly explained the adventure for the day. Along the way she also highlighted local points of interest and gave of some information on the local historical legends. The choice of food stops was varied and the food was delicious.
If you're traveling solo this is a great way to meet people and spend time dining with others. You also get to sample small plates of signature dishes from some of Seattle's finest restaurants. It was really a great experience.

From appetizer to dessert, enjoy a relaxed pace on your introduction to some of Seattle’s most popular restaurants.
We loved this tour and tour guide, Matt! The wide variety of food options is stellar, and the history about Pike Place market is so interesting. But the key ingedient is Matt - his passion for the market and this tour is so infectious. It makes you want to learn more about the people, the market, and the food. Great job Matt!
Mark was such a delight and very knowledgeable! We thoroughly enjoyed the food tour of the market as well as all the delicious treats. If you’re planning on coming to Seattle, make sure to add this tour to your “To Do” list.
Experience the food and culture at one of Seattle’s most famous landmarks, Pike Place Market, on this guided tasting tour. Great time, my wife and children loved it! As well as myself. I can't say enough about the exhibits and the work that has been put into them. The personal courage wing was mine and my son's favorite! My daughter loved that there was a F-14 tomcat in the aviation pavilion. My wife enjoyed the apollo exhibit.
We liked the museum very much. There are interesting expositions there. If you have any questions - there are gentlemen in every exposition - I don't know if they are employed or they are volunteers, as they looked like they might be retired pilots - who are happy not only to answer your questions but also provide some additional information you would not even think to ask about. It was cool to see all those old airplanes and the original Boeing wooden building where the factory kind of started. My husband is a pilot himself, so it was exciting for him to see how the Jep's Charts were started. The weather was bad and we didn't have much time, so we never went to outside exhibit to see the big airplanes, We will be back sometime, when again in Seattle.
I also want to give the extra credit to the Viator and museum stuff for been flexible and accommodating. I made a mistake while making the reservation at Viator and didn't notice that next day date just populated into reservation. So instead of making a reservation on the day we needed - I made a reservation for the next day. I noticed it the second after I booked the reservation. But because it was next day - the reservation was not changeable and/or refundable.
First when I called Viator they weren't very helpful, but they did send the request to the museum about the date change. They also told me to call the museum, which I did - to be told that we are going to be at the mercy of the person who will be at the museum admission the day we actually come to the museum: they might still let us use the Viator voucher, but they might not. But the next day I got an e-mail from Viator that my date was changed to the date I needed! Thank you!

Seattle Combo Tour: City Tour, Pike Place Market and Boeing Factory
Very informative and great value
, Oct 2019
We had one of the best tour guides, named Ken. We spent the entire day with Ken, doing the city tour first, he took us all over Seattle and pointed out so many points of interest, he was extremely interesting and so friendly, we could not have had anyone better than Ken. Ken is a real asset to North West Tours. Thanks Ken !!! The time in Pikes Place Market was great (approximately 90 mins), then off to the Boeing Factory, this part of the tour was in the afternoon, and we were disappointed at what we could see on this portion, but that is Boeing's issue not Ken or North West Tours. We spoke to another couple who had the Boeing Tour with a different company, and they were underwhelmed by the Boeing Tour!!
