Orchard Road means one thing: shopping! Relentlessly lined with flashy shopping malls and upmarket hotels, Singapore’s premier shopping street is cheerfully lined with plenty of shady trees, seating and flower boxes. You’ll find luxury ...

The tour was excellent and especially the Christmas Lights switch on at the Gardens.
The tour was made more magical with all the Christmas decorations on Orchard Road.
The boat trip was wonderful too with all the buildings lit up.
I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Singspore.

Great way to see all the tourist stuff. Covered a lot in one day and then there was more the next day. We could go again for free. Thank you Viator! No wait there was more, we also had a free night tour down Orchard Road to see all the Christmas lights. Doesn't get any better!

We found the routes to be well thought out and informative. We saw the Botanical Gardens, little India, the Mosque, the Chinese quarter, Raffles, the Merlion, the Singapore Flyer, the malls on Orchard, and many other sites as well. Our only complaint was that we ended up stranded at the "hub station" for over an hour when both buses went to lunch at the same time. We lost an hour of touring time, something that could have been avoided if the driver's lunch times had been staggered.

We loved everything, most of all that the worry is taken out. You are picked up, taken to tour office, then onto your particular tour. Tours were all good. Only down side is the wait to leave at the tour office, but not too bad and it was the busiest time of the year. All the guides were very good, each with their own style. We adored Universal, what fun. Viewing the amazing Christmas decorations on Orchard from the top of an open aair double decker bus was spectacular. We learnt a lot, especially on the Duck Tour.

The Hop-on Hoff-off tour was an excellent way to gain an insight into the various areas of Singapore. Unfortunately, even though we had purchased tickets through Viator over the internet we were still required to get off the bus on Orchard Rd and sort out passes etc. Also the downloaded maps were out of date and the bus routes had changed. We also felt like it was more of a Hop-On and stay on bus as the drivers raced past the various bus stops and didn't stop unless someone had risen from their seat and indicated that they wished to alight. We weren't entirely confident that the bus would pick us up from a stop along the way should we have got off during the tour. Commentary was good but a little repetiitive over the various routes. Had also chosen this tour as Songs of the Sea was included (you needed to buy your own ticket to SOS) however, when I attempted to book I was told that it was no longer included and it would cost an extra $9 (plus SOS ticket) to do tour. We paid the extra and enjoyed the tour but felt ripped off as information on Viator site had indicated that it was included.

Understaffed. The office is at the flyer and no shuttle from orchard. Had to catch a cab and reach there and find the place to pick up our tickets. The card has no value by itself. The hop on hop off bus tour is only available on one of the days and you can't hop it on other days! Good thing is it gave us an itinery and tickets in one go. It's a good deal money wise.

It was Saturday night so everything was crowded. Gardens by the bay was packed...the orchard road drive was jammed... On the contrary, the bumboat ride was pretty quiet, too bad it made lots of stops along the route so feels like am in a public bus...so we took off before we finished the whole route. Would it be better if it was on weekdays? Not sure.

extremely disappointed in the trip. I signed up on line and then when I got there presented my certificate and was given the tour map and information and afterward was told that the buses would not be running after 2:00 and to look for another type bus. I took the yellow tour and got off on Orchard Road to have lunch and never saw another bus come around again the entire day....so I just wandered...it was a shame as I wanted to take the red tour as well. It was pretty much a waste of money that day.
