Barcelona Sagrada Familia and Montserrat Small Group Tour with Hotel pick-up
From $108.54 (Price varies by group size )
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Stunning
, Feb 2020
Our tour was simply amazing! From the very beginning our tour was perfect. Our tour guide Pablo arrived at our hotel exactly on time and he greeted us with a warm and friendly good morning. Throughout the day he explained history and stories of everything we went past. We learned so much about the beautiful city of Barcelona. Pablo was also kind enough to give us wonderful suggestions of restaurants and shops we should check out during our remaining days, once he got to know us more and learned about what we liked. This tour you can’t miss, and added to our amazing experience in Barcelona!
Tour was very well organized with good tour guides who were very informative.
Enough time was given for breakfast and lunch. Coach bus was comfortable, though it would have been great if there was wifi on the bus. Overall, totally worth it!
Visit two Barcelona must-sees in one day without any rushing for trains or buses, and with a guide to provide background and stories on each site and wider Catalonia on this full-day, small-group tour. Beat the lines at the Sagrada Familia to admire Gaudi’s mastery, and after a stroll around Barcelona’s Gothic Quarter, be transported to Montserrat to explore the mountainside monastery. If you wish, upgrade to a private tour.
Morning or Afternoon Montserrat Tour with Small Group and Hotel pick-up

Tour to Montserrat
, Jan 2020
We booked a tour to Montserrat (family of 4) with our guide, Nuria. The beautiful drive up to the mountains was brought alive by Nuria’s storytelling abilities and her love and passion for Catalonia really shone through. The church and surrounding area was gorgeous despite the heavy winds and we were able to really get a feel for the monastery.
Make a pilgrimage to the mystical mountaintop retreat of Montserrat during this half-day excursion from Barcelona with a small group. Join no more than eight guests on an exploration of this nearly 1,000-year old Benedictine Monastery complex set high above Catalonia. See the famous ‘Black Madonna’ icon and visit the legendary ‘Holy Cave’ where the virgin is said to have once appeared. Finish by enjoying the sublime singing of ‘La Escolania de Montserrat,’ one of Europe’s oldest children’s choirs. A guide, entrance fee, and private transport are included.
We visited three places (Girona, Pals, Costa Brava) and all three places are beautiful. We also got free time to walk around by ourselves. The only thing that is not very satisfied was the restaurant that the guide picked for us - definitely overpriced. Other than that, we are happy with the trip.
Leave Barcelona behind, and head for the medieval city of Girona and the scenic Costa Brava. This day tour through the Catalonian villages of northeastern Spain includes guided tours of Pals and Calella de Palafrugell. Take in the breathtaking Mediterranean Sea from viewpoints along the way and enjoy the intimacy of travel with a small group. Hotel pickup and drop-off are included.
This tour was absolutely the highlight of my 2 weeks in Spain and Portugal. The palaces are stunning, both inside and the gardens. Going to the westernmost point in Europe was a cool experience. I cannot day enough nice things about our guide, Guilherme. Guilherme had tons of information about the sites we saw, Portuguese history, and local culture! He also had some excellent food suggestions. I would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Lisbon.
Easy way to visit Gibraltar without thinking where to park or how to cross the border, but I think that there was much more to visit there and that it could've been better organized.
Roman was ok as a guide, but limited with his explanations, we learnt everything about olives and olive oil, even though there is much more to learn about Andalusia, he also recommended some restaurants to visit in Sevilla claiming that there were not touristic, but actually when we checked it turned that they couldn't be more touristic
Venture to the ancient and culturally diverse city of Gibraltar on an exciting full-day excursion from Seville. Accompanied by a knowledgeable guide, immerse yourself in the intricate cultural tapestry of the city; gaze at the dramatic landmark of the Rock of Gibraltar; explore the subterranean depths of St. Michael’s Cave; then frolic with the famous monkeys who inhabit the island. Explore independently during a relaxed afternoon and treat your taste buds to the traditional flavors of Spanish cuisine in a rustic local restaurant (own expense).
Small group is the way to go!
There were enough of us booked on this day that we split into 2 groups and our guide was Ferran (hope I spelled that correctly!). The meeting spot was easy to find, our guides on time, and we quickly got into the vans and hit the road.
The drive out of Barcelona and up into the mountains was lovely. I do with that our guide had given us a bit more information on the are we were passing through. He was always ready with an answer, but tended not to offer information unless asked.
There was a lot of walking, and little of it flat; either slopes or stairs, so be aware that this could be a challenge for anyone with mobility challenges.
There were many tour groups at the monastery, and more arrived throughout our visit, so everything was a bit crowded. Be aware that you may get jostled or have to press your way in to see the sights.
After a tour of the monastery we boarded the cable car for a ride up into the clouds. Note, the ride is smooth and secure, but those with a fear of heights may find it a challenge. The peak was still shrouded in clouds when we got to the top, but as we descended on the well maintained trail they began to clear. The views were spectacular. Our hike brought us back down to monastery where we had free time for lunch at one of the many cafeterias, shopping at the gift shops, and more wandering of the grounds, before heading back to Barcelona.
I do wish that taking the teleferic/gondola down the mountain was an option for the tour. There were more attractions around the monastery than time to explore in our short free time, such as the art Museum. Also, seeing one of the main attractions, the Black Madonna, was not included.
Overall, it was still a great visit.
Escape the city for a day in the mountains on this 6-hour tour from Barcelona to the famous peak of Montserrat Mountain. Soak up the scenery on a dramatic cable car ride to Montserrat and spend time exploring the stunning Montserrat monastery, perched on the mountaintop. Pay a visit to the sacred Black Madonna, enjoy a performance of the world-renowned Montserrat boy’s choir, then embark on an easy hike along the mountainside.
Palma de Mallorca Shore Excursion: Private Tour of Valldemossa, Soller and Serra de Tramuntana
From $311.54 (Price varies by group size )
Palma Mallorca Private Tour
, Dec 2019
Michael took us all over Mallorca and we had a great time. He was very informative and took us to places we would not have been able to see if we hadn't been on a private tour. Our boat did not get to Palma until 11 so we started at 11:30 but they were very accommodating.
This is the tour if in port for one day and want to see the island outside the city of Palma. Guide arrived on time, with a driver in large limousine style BMW. Saw many beautiful sites. Able to see what would have taken a few days in a group/ship tour. Not inexpensive but if can afford well worth the money. Our guide Peter was great to be with-highly recommend
Picked up at the cruise port....punctual and professional
Very knowledgeable guide!
Palma is beautiful however the back side of the island is absolutely gorgeous
So happy that we took the tour instead of the excursions offered through the cruise line
When your cruise ship sails into the pretty port of Palma de Mallorca, embark on an exploration of the idyllic island on a private 6-hour shore excursion. Admire seaside splendor as you venture to the traditional village of Valldemossa, a place replete with colorful flowers and antique architecture. Gain cultural insight into the villages of Deia and the verdant Soller Valley; sample seafood specialties in the coastal town of Port Solier; and absorb panoramic vistas of the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Serra de Tramuntana mountain range. Entry fees and food and drink are not included in this tour.
Pyrenees Mountains & Medieval Towns Small Group Day Trip from Barcelona
, Nov 2019
The guide could be better thats why I did not give five stars. My rating is for the venue and sightseeing. Pablo was our guide and he thought he was being funny but he was not, it was getting annoying by the end of the day.
Spectactular Scenery/ Pyrenees Day Trip from Barcelona
, Oct 2019
It was a beautiful trip from start to finish, hot, sunny day. The tour guide Sergio was very informative and interactive with the group, very attentive to our needs. Such beautiful scenery and really enjoyed the medieval towns we stopped in, entered a church that was from the 10th/12th century, it was amazing.
First, this day trip is long, but sooo worth it! So if you're on the fence, just do it. You won't regret it, especially if the majority of your time is in Barcelona as this is a nice contrast to the crazy city. You go through older and much more quaint/small towns and you get a couple hours to hike the beautiful Pyrenees mountains after a short train ride up to them. It's awesome.
But more so than that, our tour guide Sergio was seriously next level! You can tell this is someone who thoroughly enjoys their job and meeting new people. He made certain every single aspect of our trip was enjoyed. My wife gets a little motion sickness and he constantly was checking in with her to make sure she was ok. An old lady on our tour lost her phone, he called it, found it, then sprinted back to the bar where she left while our bus driver did a quick loop of the town, then he hopped back on. During our train ride, he was running up and down the train to tell everyone when we were about to come to good views and on what side of the train, so we could have our cameras ready. Nothing about our tour felt like a script he was trying to get through. He seriously took this trip from an 8.0 to a 10.0 for everyone in our group.
Revel in the incredible mountain scenery of the Pyrenees Spain on this hiking day trip from Barcelona, with an experienced guide. Travel through the charming villages of the Pyrenees’ foothills by minivan, and ride a rack railway to the gorgeous Nuria Valley, a vision of green pastures and peaks overlooking a jewel-like lake. Drink in the setting and crisp air, and enjoy time to follow the hiking trails, go horse riding or boating, or visit a traditional restaurant. Numbers are limited on this small-group tour for a more personalized experience.
Mallorca in One Day Sightseeing Tour with Boat Ride and Vintage Train
Fabulous day trip
, Feb 2020
My husband (who has walking/balance difficulties and uses a rollator) and I booked this day trip with a little anxiety because of his disability. Our guide Sebastian and our wonderful coach driver could not have been more helpful or concerned for our enjoyment on the trip. They helped us on and off the coach and other forms of transport, making sure my husband’s ‘chariot’ was always there for him. The day trip itself was very enjoyable with wonderful views at the top of the Serra de Tramuntara mountain range, so glad we didn’t drive! We then dropped down to Sa Calobra on the coast for lunch and enjoyed walking the easy path to Torrent de Pareis. Next we took a boat ride round the coast to the beautiful Port de Soller and after some ice cream time, took the vintage tram to inland Soller, again with as much time and help as we needed to get on and off. Then on to a larger version of the tram to meet the coach to return to Palma. We were then taken back to our starting points. We were concerned about finding a taxi back to our hotel in the dark so a very, very big thank you to our coach driver who took us right back to the door of our hotel. A long day but well worth it for all the lovely places visited and especially for the kindness showed to us by Sebastian and our coach driver.
We had a full day tour “Mallorca in One Day Sightseeing Tour with Boat Ride and Vintage Train”. We walked a couple of blocks for the pickup in a nice bus. We stopped in Inca for ½ hour. There was nothing to do, but a grocery store. We bought coffee and snacks and a Spanish magazine for our daughter. Then we headed toward Lluc and stopped at a lake, Panta de Gorg Blau. We backtracked a few miles and started down Ma-2141 a dead end crazy windy road with a cliff straight up on one side and straight down on the other. We loved this drive! After about 30 windy miles we ended up at Sa Calobra, a small area with cafes for lunch and a hike through the mountain to a secluded beach. We caught a boat for a ride up the coast to Port de Soller. This was a beautiful bay with a yacht harbor and very nice beach. Here we caught a trolley to Soller. After gelato and church visits, we boarded a vintage train back to Palma. We had a 9:10p flight and made it in plenty of time. This was a beautiful tour.
Uncover the stirring landscapes of Mallorca’s west coast on this full-day tour. Following pickup from your hotel or the cruise port, travel by coach to the UNESCO-listed Serra de Tramuntana mountain range, whose formidable limestone peaks tower over the coastline. Follow the winding roads to La Calobra, where you’ll catch a boat to the coastal village of Port Soller. After free time to do as much or as little as you want, take the tram to Soller before capping your tour with a ride through Soller Valley aboard a vintage train.
Ernest was a very friendly and knowledgable tour guide. He knows his wildlife and animals and history of the Sierra Nevada. The views are spectacular. I was hoping that we would go up to 3500 metres but went up to 2500 meters. Definitely worth the money when you get to see Mother Nature that close up.
This tour was definitely the highlight of my trip to Granada! Jaime is so enthusiastic and caring that it's impossible not to have a great time. The Sierra Nevada is breathtaking but exploring it in a 4wd takes it to another level.
It's worth every penny!
Embark on a half-day 4WD adventure in Sierra Nevada National Park that’s tailor-made to provide the most spectacular views of snow-capped peaks, white mountain villages and Mediterranean forests. Access remote and less-visited sections of the park, and enjoy a drink at an alpine restaurant while soaking up panoramic vistas.
Hot-Air Balloon Flight Over Catalonia with Pick-up from Barcelona
From $213.30 (Price varies by group size )
, Dec 2019
This is one of my top experiences.
We got lucky with the weather, we had a beautiful sunny day, and our balloon trip was really amazing.
We also loved that we started from the very early preparation of the balloon itself, and it was fun to help the staff at the end to put everything away.
By the way, the staff is great, nice, funny, and extremely prepared.
If I may suggest, when you book the flight, have the chance to change day, it all depends on the weather, and there might be the need to postpone the trip.
We loved our hot air balloon ride. The driver, pilot and assistant were all so courteous and informative. The company did everything to make our experience exceed out expectations. We highly recommend this become part of any Barcelona tourist’s itinerary. Locals would enjoy the flight as well, of course.

Collaborating with SEA SHEPHERD 2 hour Whale & Dolphin No Chase or Harrassment
They know their Business - noch worries
, Jan 2020
Everything according to booked arrangement. Boat was not very crowded at the 11 h sail. Found some whales but no dolphins this time. Ship boarded on/in time and guide's explanations where helpful but not over the top. We would book here again. (Acceptance of the electronic ticket with no questions asked was ok)
We really enjoyed the cruise. I think 2 hours was an ideal length of time (not too long but long enough), great trip for holidaying with teenagers. We got to see the Pilot Whales close up which was wonderful and also some Dolphins from a distance. The scenery was also outstanding and the crew friendly and enthusiastic.

Bilbao, Guggenheim and Gaztelugatxe small group tour, lunch included
From $246.98 (Price varies by group size )
, Sep 2019
Comfortable ride in vehicle with tour guide. Nice lady. Gaztelugatxe is fantastic. The hike was fun and somewhat challenging but totally worth it. The Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao was just ok although I am not a big museum fan and the display there was so so. The pintxos bar we ate on the tour in Bilbao was just average but then again it's difficult to compete with the pintxos bars in San Sebastian. I am glad I did not stay in Bilbao on our trip as San Sebastian is much more exciting and fun.
Explore the Basque Country beyond San Sebastian on this full-day private tour. Get picked up at your hotel and set out to see the 10th-century hermitage of San Juan de Gaztelugatxe. Montserrat Monastery & Horse Riding Experience from Barcelona
Traveling with my special needs daughter
, Sep 2019
Traveling with my special needs adult daughter can be challenging at times. This tour was not one of those times. Unfortunately I do not remember her name, but for my daughters safety, one of the guides walked alongside my daughter the entire ride with a lead rope attached to the horse during our ride. Back at the Montserrat Monastery which was extremely busy due to a huge event that happened to be taking place the day of our visit, our guide managed to get us in and out of places that everybody else seemed to be waiting in lines to see. He also seemed to appear like magic anytime we thought we might need him during our free time..
Wouldn't have wanted to miss this tour for anything.

This was a wonderful tour to Montserrat. Pau, our guide, was great. He is very knowledgeable of Montserrat, local Barcelona history, and has a very good understanding of many other points-of-interest. I loved the way he interacted with each of us. He was able to relate to my son in a way that helped him enjoy the trip as much or more than my wife and me. I would highly recommend scheduling a tour with Pau. You will not regret it. Thank you!
