worth all the money! I booked snow experience and had a lot of fun skiing and sliding from the hills :) I am not an expert on mountain ski , so small safe slides were just fine for me.
guide Peter was friendly and informative with good sense of humor. Overall a good day trip , I would highly recommend.

Swiss Alps Day Trip from Zurich: Jungfraujoch and Bernese Oberland
A wonderful experience
, Feb 2020
I took the trip with my parents (both are I over 65). The trip lasts for about 12 hours. We had two tour guides , Larse and Liwei, both are very friendly and helpful. They introduced the history and background of the cities/towns that we drove by making the whole trip very interesting. More importantly , the price includes all tickets (coach, several trains). It is a stress free. The view on top of the mountain is amazing.
The tour was very well organized, with Swiss precision! From Zurich, there were a few stops, in Lucerne and Interlaken for additional pickups. We spent 40 minutes in Interlaken to walk around main street, and 2+ hours at the main attraction, atop of Jungfraujoch, it was stunningly beautiful.
Ascend to one of Europe’s highest peaks on a full-day trip to the magnificent mountain region of Jungfrau from Zurich. Explore the enchanting depths of an Ice Palace and capture fabulous photographs of the breath-taking landscape during your tour.
This experience was so wonderful.
The tour guide was incredibly thorough and funny. He really made the tour. I met very nice people on this tour. You have more than enough time to see everything for the full day tour with lunch.
The trip was good but it’s just a few tips, organisation and tickets to the attractions.
Neil who was our guide was good but didn’t explain enough about Geneva city, Charmonix and Switzerland.
It was still a good trip. Just wanted to make sure people know what they’re booking.
An absolutely great day. The trip up the mountain on the cable car was a highlight. We had a blue sky day so the views were the best. The trip on the train was just as good with fantastic views. The town is a beautiful place to wander around with lots of shops to explore and cafes to enjoy

Heidiland and Liechtenstein Tour from Zurich: Two Countries in One Day
, Jan 2020
This was a very pleasant tour. Given that it was winter we knew ahead of time we wouldn't be visiting Heidiland and instead went to a cute village in the Alps. Our guide Walter was very helpful and knowledgeable. We started with about 16 people but most left at lunchtime on a boat back to Zurich as they had booked a different tour. So for the afternoon we were just 5 people and it was like having a private tour. I would recommend it for anyone looking for a day out of the city.
From start to finish this tour was perfection, well organised, very knowledgeable guide, spectacular scenery. Even included a surprise tour of Zurich city before heading out into the countryside. Absolutely brilliant day. Best value tour in Zurich. And if you have never been to Liechtenstein it's a must see place in the world.
I went in mid December mainly to see Liechtenstein which to be honest wasn't the magical land I had dreamed of. On the plus side we had a bonus tour round Zurich, and went to see a couple of nice wee towns and the scenery was lovely and the other guests were great company. There are USB charging points on the wee bus too.
Experience the natural splendor and cultural richness of two countries on a full-day tour of the Zurich region and the Liechtenstein Principality. With a knowledgeable guide, immerse yourself in a wonderland of sweeping valleys, alpine lakes, plunging waterfalls and scenic reserves as you explore Heidiland by coach. See the spectacular sights of Zurich on a guided city tour and marvel at the ancient majesty of Rapperswil and its medieval castle. Discover Vaduz, the capital of Leichtenstein, and its charming beauty and then return to Zurich after a comprehensive and captivating experience.
Amazing experience. My group had the best tour guide with Raymond. He made the experience unforgettable and made it as personalized as possible. I couldn’t have enjoyed the trip more and recommend it for anyone to go on.
Excellent Tour, Well guided(Tour guide Raymond was excellent and knowledgeable of the area, He stayed with the group the whole time and even took lot of family pictures as well). Jungfraujoch tour is one of a kind experience that everyone will enjoy(just bring warm clothes, gloves etc on your tour)
Highly recommend Raymond as he is one of a kind(takes personal care of everyone on the tour)

Little costly. Viator should atleast include a bottle of Water or Juice at this cost!
Apart from the above point tour was perfectly managed. Guide was fantastic and knowledgeable. Guide made the tour easy and enjoyable. About the destination??? It's a must visit!!!
Rode a tour bus from Interlaken to the first of two trains up to the Jungfrau viewing platform. The ride up provided beautiful views in themselves. Gratefully, it was a sunny day and beautiful views were available of both the Jungfrau and Munch peaks. They were also interesting exhibits inside the glacier at the platform. A day well spent!
Enhance your experience of Jungfrau’s Alpine majesty on an exhilarating full-day excursion from Interlaken to the Top of Europe. Travel to Grindelwald and board a cogwheel train up the Jungfraujoch pass and arrive at Europe’s highest railway station, known as the 'Top of Europe'. Absorb magnificent panoramas of snow-capped Alpine spires; gaze at the jagged peak of Europe’s largest glacier; and explore a fairytale ice palace while enjoying illuminating commentary from your guide.
Kid D was an excellent tour guide. He helped us get to scenic spots quickly on top of mountain, handled train seating perfectly and was very personable. The tour was very timely and it allowed picture and eating time. I would highly recommend this tour.
Travel to Jungfraujoch — Europe's highest railway station at a dizzying height of 11,333 feet (3,454 meters) — on this full day trip from Lucerne. A scenic coach drive via the Bernese Oberland delivers you to Lauterbrunnen for a cogwheel train ride. You’ll wind through the Kleine Scheidegg mountain pass below the foot of the Eiger North Face. At the Top of Europe, explore the glaciated Ice Palace and enjoy World Heritage–listed views of the soaring Swiss Alps and Aletsch Glacier from the Sphinx Observatory.
Edwardo, our guide to Jungfraujoch, was superb. Lots of knowledge, friendly and easy to understand. He handled the large group speaking several languages with ease. But the Jungfraujoch was truly the star of the trip. We had a perfect day, clear blue skies, temperatures in the 1-3C range and a light breeze. For a mid-October day, we could not have wished for more, the views were stunning. Left us overwhelmed. The walk to the snow side was fun as was the Ice Palace walk. The only suggestion is to announce that people can sit anywhere they want on coach on the return trip. Because we got the bus in Lucerne, we rode in the top of the double-decker bus but on the way back found seats on the lower level, easier on our old bodies. But this upset one couple who expected the same seats.
Ascend to Europe’s highest point on an exhilarating full-day excursion to the Swiss Alps from Lucerne. With a professional guide, travel by luxury coach through the spectacular scenery of the Bernese Oberland region and board a cogwheel train at Interlaken. Ascend the UNESCO-listed Jungfraujoch mountain pass and absorb sweeping mountain vistas on arrival at the ‘Top of Europe’. Explore the frozen witchery of an Ice Palace at the summit and marvel at incredible panoramas of the alpine wonderland from the Sphinx Observatory.
A lovely tour. We went up by cable, and spent about 2-3 hours at the top and walked to the highest point. Beutiful views everywhere, then went to the restaurant for some nice Swiss wine. then we took the worlds steepest train to the bottom near the wharf. Then we went on boat tour of Lake Luzerne and were dropped off close to the tran station. It was a lovely day and we took a lot of photos. Highly recommendable
The trip started a bit rough. There was a guide at the meeting location but she was not our guide. She said we would be with another guide, but she couldn't answer when the other guide and bus might show up. It ended up we were joining a bilingual tour on a bus that was coming from Zurich. This tour is what I would call "semi-guided".
Spend an afternoon in the Swiss Alps during this seasonal trip to Mt Pilatus from Lucerne. Your 5.5-hour round-trip journey includes a 30-minute panoramic gondola ride from Kriens to Fräkmüntegg terminus plus an ascent by aerial cableway to the peak of Mt Pilatus. After free time at the summit, take the world's steepest cogwheel train down to Alpnachstad, where you’ll board a boat for a 1-hour scenic cruise on the tranquil waters of Lake Lucerne. Enjoy commentary from your guide and coach transport from Lucerne.
For short stays in Zurich I would recommend this tour, as it covered all the interesting sites as well as a short walk through the "old town" The ferry across the lake and the trip up to Felsenegg was definitely worth the visit. Our guide was lovely and very knowledgeable and luckily everyone spoke English. We had a beautiful sunny day and the views from Felsenegg were amazing.

All went well right from the pic up...except the wind (which is not in anybody control).
Since, this is December, expect high winds and no access to Chair lift and Cliff walk.
Our guide Mr. Pedro was really good and helpful.

Rhine Falls and Stein am Rhein Half-Day Tour from Zurich
Good way to spend a day
, Jan 2020
These waterfalls are a much see if you have the time while in switzerland and we took some amazing pictures while in Stein am Rhein which is a quiet small town. Driver/Guide was full of knowledge and a nice fellow.
We were thankful that the rain had stopped when we arrived at the Rhein Falls, and what a spectacular view! The tour group was blessed with a gentle, calm and knowledgeable tour guide called Anna-Liese and we also had a very skillful driver. Thank you Anna-Liese for giving us the snippets of all the interesting stories and background of Stein am Rhein, it was a very interesting, educational and well-paced trip.

Visit Laufen Castle to see the falls, and if you’re here in summer, take an optional boat ride for an up-close look at the cascades. Continue to Stein am Rhein and enjoy a walking tour through the Old Town, passing the fresco-covered houses and other medieval landmarks.
Right from the start our trip met or exceeded our (group of 16) expectations. Once out of the city we traveled through gorgeous countryside and small Swiss Villages. Our guide shared interesting information along the way and we stopped for photo opportunities also. Once we arrived at Mt Pilatus the experience and views became breathtaking. The gondola and tram rides up were exciting for some in my group who have never ridden on a gondola/tram and on this particular day we broke through a cloud cover as we took the tram to the top of Mt Pilatus, a photographer’s paradise. Many of us climbed the trail to the very top while others stayed at the restaurant/top station. The facilities allowed everyone to have a wonderful experience. The cog train down was fun and just added to everyone’s enjoyment. Added to an already great experience was the boat ride on lake Lucerne which in itself was a beautiful experience. The whole trip was well worth the cost. Our group later in the week took a Viking Cruise and had a great experience, but most put Mt Pilatus as one of their favorite days on our vacation.
This trip was wonderful. The company operated like clock work. The whole day was relaxing and wonderful. The weather was a bonus - perfectly sunny and cast a warm glow on everything. I would highly recommend this for everyone.

A wonderful way to see and experience this gorgeous area of Switzerland
, Aug 2019
My 10- and 8-year olds and I loved this tour. We found it worthwhile to do the upgrade to “Gold” which includes the cheese fondue tasting and the panoramic train ride. We wish there was more time to spend at the gift shop after the Cailler tour ended, and some time to eat a proper lunch. While the cheese fondue experience was fun, it wasn’t a full meal, and by the time we had an hour to spend on our own in Gruyères, it was 2 pm, and we wanted to spend the time there (only 45-60 mins) exploring. The tour guide, Maggie, was excellent and the ride was comfortable. Overall, a day well spent!
Delve into the rich traditions and picturesque landscapes of Switzerland during a full-day train and coach trip from Geneva. We signed up for this tour to see the sights around Lucerne. We were not disappointed! Our guide, Jagna, was right on time and guided us through a boat tour, cog railway up the mountain, and cable car ride down. All the time she shared a wealth of information about the area and life in Switzerland in a friendly and engaging way. She was flexible and accommodating in giving us free time on our own to explore. We would definitely book this tour again and would recommend it to others.

Ok tour if you just wanna visit Black Forest from Zurich and you're pressed for time. I enjoyed the Rhine Falls experience however, I felt that a big chunk of the time was spent for the shopping. Our tour guide Ana did not give us any background about the places we will visit. She was more enthusiastic about bringing the group to the place where the clock demo would be held.
Just a tip, if you are not into cuckoo clocks, do not follow the tour guide in the place where the clock demo will be head. Skip it and just explore the place on your own. You will know where to meet the group when it's time to leave the place anyway. The back forest cake is a must try.

As a solo traveller who doesn’t want any hassle, this tour was perfect for me. I had enough time for everything on this tour. The paragliding was amazing!
