In this 4 hour class you will learn how to make traditional Moroccan couscous, bread, and mint tea. You will also visit the community oven where your bread will be baked and the open-air market. Our Moroccan hosts and teachers will welcome you to our beautiful cooking studio to enjoy the sights, smells and delicious tastes of preparing mint tea, traditional bread and Moroccan couscous, as well as visiting the market where we buy the ingredients and the community oven where the bread is cooked.
